مطور سىئ جدا وموظفين المبيعات كذابين يقولوا اشياء والعقد فيه اشياء اخرى ويستعجلوك للتوقيع على العقد من غير ما تقرأ وبعد كده تفاجئ تم فلوسك غير مستورده خدوا منى 100الف درهم وبعد كده قالولى مفيش فلوس بترجع حسبى الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم شقى عمرى كله خطوه منى

Very bad experience with Aziz developers , 8 months ago I bought studio in Azizi Riviera Reve 1 till now not registered in DLD ( Dubai Land Department ), it should be registered within 2 or 3 weeks
The salesman who sold the unit in the beginning told me the building reached to the 7 floor but when I went to see it it was only a hole the ground not even started
And of course a lot of problems with snagging and handover
So it is a headache right from the first step till the end
So I DO NOT recommend to deal with this developer at all

I've never experienced anything like it.
After you have bought you are left in the lurch!!!
Azizi's customer service does not respond at all.
It is now 2 years late and we still haven't received a key or get concrete Information what’s going on!!!!!
I don't know what else to do!

1, sales people are dishonest
2. customer service is horrible
3. handover delayed for 2 years
4. they refuse to cover the warranty
5. terrible experience in trying to receive title deeds.

They are only looking for money. Customer doesn't exist. No rights no QUALITY you have TO PAY SERVICE FEES WITHOUT HAVING ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT STILL WITH WORK IN PROGRESS

I am suppose to receive my apartment on year 2018, now we are in year 2024, until now I did receive the apartment. The fitout quality is very bad.

We are trying to contact Mr Sandeep pathania however unable to contact .We need to put complaint against Geetanjali Bagga who is keep on harrassing and misbehaving with us and sending cheap reviews for our company for no use.we have sent email on info@azizidevelopments.com but haven't received any response.If this thing keep going on then we need to file complaint to embassy .If u have this kind of staff then for sure no one wants to deal with your company

All i would say is BEWARE of Azizi group and developments.

Their sales staff is the worst and once you pay your booking amount you will be taken for a ride.They will not even discuss with you their cancellation policies.I had invested my hard earned money and they cheated me while paying the first instalment.They charged me twice and i had to keep calling them to get the amount even though it was their mistake.

I have managed to step out of the investment and they deducted quite a huge amount from my payments as their management fee and returned the remaining amount by a post dated cheque signed after six months.Also the quality of their construction is really bad and they spend huge amounts on adverts by getting money from people.

so BEWARE! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!!

Azizi development , their staff are been paid and encourged to trap the people with exagerrated commitments and after siging the deal you will be nobody for them.. pathetic aftersale service...
First telesales called saying 3 years poat handover plan.. when i reached they said sorry it was miscommunicated its 1 year post hand over,
i wanted to leave the same time their Maydan hotel event , they trapped me saying still its very good we will give you discount pay 5% now and 20%during 1 year mortage at 1 year end.. showed catalogue of Farishta sayi g 2 bed delux i asked them what is delux,, they said its super premium but didnt tell me its 1 bedroom with hall convertable to 2, so idint know i paid 1 % and booking form they brought was diferrent so i returned it they said tomorrow they will correct it

When i searched and found it is only 1 bed and they sold it saying its full 2bhk i was furious i went to their marina plaza, they said we are very sorry , dont break the deal we will give you much better at slight diference (100k) at furjan plaza hotel,, i asked them i will think but again they lured me with so called 11% discount (which i understood later) and asked me to give the cheque , i told them.bring the SPA as booking form even that day was not showing 1 year post handover plan..
They said its system generated so dont worry SPA will be same as we have agreed,, they took the cheques (this branch director HOVANIS) came down to parking to collect the cheques , and asked me sign the post handover PDCs also.. i told him what if it is not delivered in January the post handover dates should start after handover he said dont worry i am responsible you are like a brother we will change the dates... i waited for SPA but that never happened i went to their offices API, CONRAD on sheikh zayed 8 times that 4 % booking cheque is approaching and project is also delayed please give me SPA and change the dates of poat hand over PDCs but i became football between diferrent departments.. as SPA was not signed and i realized i was cheated after several reminders and warnings to provide SPA and change the dates on cheques i bounced the first 4% cheque as i didnt wanted to loose further money.. since november i am visiting them , visited dld office each time DLD referred me some RESPONSIBLE people in Azizi but nothing could be done..

I had cencelled the deal the day before 1st cheque was due waiting for them to give me SPA but they are saying its underprocess.3 months passed now..they oferred me they will return the cheques if i leave my booking amount i was worried about my cheques so even accepted this but still they submitted my 1 cheque today to bank.. which i got bounced...
its illegal to take cheques on escriw account , its also illegal to submit the cheques without SPA signed...It was also illegal to submit the cheques given for post handover to submit before handover..

I request everbody to refrain from such fraud company, dont believe them.also request other affectees of Azizi to join hands with me to fight against them in court.. already met many affected people in Dld and azizi office who are in similar situation..

The sales Agent names were Qamar, Nedal ,their boss Hovanis..

Delay in projects without any explanation. They do not care about customers and don't even bother responding to emails. Disgusting developer.

Good quality apartments & easy to pay payment plans especially for limited income individuals.

I read all reviews I completely agree with the Bad reviews.
It was a nightmare to get a refund after they lied to me about the apartment sqft and view. They promised me one apartment but reserved a second one for me. When I complained they became rude and stopped taking my calls.
The senior management is the worst, they don't know how to run a company.

Just booked apartment in Azizi Riviera. If anyone interested in property investment, I recommend Mr. Mohammad (Property Consultant at Azizi), he guided me very well and helped me to choose best location for property investment.

Two years of delay and still counting, CS are terrible, worst developer don t waste your money with this company.

The studios and apartments in Sheikh Zayed are beautiful but there is no cooperation by the staff and there is no credibility in the sayings and even signing the papers for me about 10 months and I did not send to sign them

I want to give a review of less than one star but unfortunately not possible. They are really cheats , the worst customer service department ever seen and cheat people . Don t fall into their traps of 8% rental returns or free maintenance etc. When they promise this and take their money they won t give u the contract , once u pay then ur in their mercy . For their free bees , u will loose all these if u delay one payment or sell the flat and some how they are able to hide their ratings also

Thank you Azizi, I rent a studio in Candace Acacia and I love it! Location is amazing and the service/maintenance is great too! I have a couple of friends in Aster building and they also love it!

Very poor company and unprofessional , Rivera projects 2 years behind schedule. And no one know even the company owner when the Delivery date. As they usually pushed it several times .

i bought a unit and waited for 2 years, still got nothing only few pieces of papers.

STAY AWAY from this company if you do not want to loose your hard earned money. Investing with them is the biggest blunder my life. We thought may be property market is safe here in Dubai. But no. Azizi did not provide what they promised. And now after months, they said that they wont cancel the booking and give the money back. We could do whatever we want. Look at the audacity!!! It's my money, my property but they neither handover the key because the project delayed for infinity nor they gives the money back. BE AWARE BEFORE PROCEEDING.

Too much delay, too much unfulfilled commitments, customer service people almost continuously changing, very poor customer service, No compensation for handover delay. While discussing with customer service representative, they seems very familiar and happy with many customers suing them!!

I would never recommend them and in my experience it is a guaranteed loss.

When I see few people reviews praising them, one gets an impression they are either their own employees, hired public relations, their sales team or people who didn't buy a property from them.

I have bought a 2BHK unit is Samia (Al Furjan). Dealing with Azizi, specially after handover is horrible experience. Apartment finish is of 3rd grade, none of tiles fixed properly. mostly loose, none of drains are aligned with slope, water heater, AC..almost everything has a problem. its almost a month since we moved here, no facilities at all in building. i am not talking about Gym/swimming pool. other facilities, like cleaning and other building management. i have raised so many times complaint with handover team but their response is very slow and laid back. i have to remind several times. overall, very bad experience. not recommended anyone to deal with Azizi. Azizi will be behind you on payment deadlines but they forget their deadlines of handover and their own commitments.

First of all , I bought 2 apartment then they delayed and transfer the payments to Aliyah residents, the offer the apartments with huge space and show me the unit size and balcony size and the view of The Tower , when handover , the size of apartment was less by 313 square feet ,and their reason they divided the area with area of buildings like stair and entrance, which not what they promised me , and the view not to The Tower as proposed to me , but Zaabel View
They cheated me on this sale and now I am trying to open case , hope to get my right back , I don t recommend anyone to deal with this company , the sales objectives only to sell , and after deal with the problem you will face , and will be only your mistake not the company, please be carful of each point and each word of contract and get sign of each paper they will offer you even scrape paper , it will come handy for you

I do not advise to deal with this company. This is a scam. They will not leave you alone until you pay for your reservation (booking) fee. After you pay, they immediately will say that the unit offered to you was already sold, there was a failure in the IT system.

You rightly demand a refund and the company employees (sales managers and others) just ignore you.

Remember the names - Tareq (Tarek) Halabi and Majd Frowe. They are just scammers. Until they get your money they are polite to you, after - they are rude and ignore you. I just lost my money. This is a complete deception.

Nobody answers, they are pulling for months. I can not get my refund for 4 months. And it is not known whether I will get it at all. Why the Government of the Emirates does not take measures, does not punish fraudsters? I don t trust Dubai anymore, I don t believe its justice.

Worst company to invest, be careful dont invest in their projects. They are keeping delay, delay and deeelayy your delivery time of the apartment , now its been more than two years of postponement.

no commitments, liars and no honest and properer update . they are more than a year late already and i still have to check my self to see the updated delivery date, so they wont even do any proper effort to update you

I have to say from own personal experience their apartment are one of the best in terms of locations, services and maintenance.

They want me to buy one of their units
And give me a 20% discount on the value of the property
After searching for the developer and taking the opinions of investors in the comments
I would rather not buy them because of the failure to meet the deadline for delivery and procrastination and the lack of response to investors

My suggestion for anyone looking to buy from them, please learn the following process

1. Learn about the Trustee Office. Find out about the Rules
2. Check with DLD if this property that you are buying is approved and completed. If completed, do they have the completion Certificate?
3. Check if this property they are selling to you is not registered under someone else name?.
4. Find out from DLD the service charge, don't sign any document unless you verify with DLD.
5. Learn about the new Molak system.

Just wanted to share my personal experience with Azizi Developments, I think it is only fair that I share it since there are so many bad and negative reviews.
I bought an apartment with them in Al Furjan, and yes you guessed it was delivered yet it was delayed for 2 years, I heard so many rumors and panicked!
I later got in touch with them and did my own research to find out that ALL developers construction pace slowed down, and all projects everywhere in Dubai are delayed. ITS ONLY FAIR THAT WE UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANNOT FOCUS ON INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND NEGATIVE ASPECT ONLY AND NEED TO START to LOOK AT THE BIGGER PICTURE!

I find it sad all these negative comments from competitors or people that don't have experience in investing in real estate. The quality is by far the best in the market, specially for the price you pay. I have been in the UAE/Dubai Market for over 15 years and haven't seen this quality in this price range.

They may seem bling bling & legitimate at first but once you invest with them it's GAME OVER.. you've got ZERO control over the smallest of issues, they'd drag you into the mud and do as they please.. for example:
*Giving you wrong view
*Giving you less area size
*Giving you bad quality finishing
*Giving you crappy annual services

Or even giving you ALL OF THE ABOVE TOGETHER!!!

On another note, BE AWARE of real estate agents\brokers because they don't care about your future interests as they are getting you screwed with Azizi Developments.. All they ever care about is getting the deal done so they get their commission!

Bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM AZIZI !

Terrible experience with lots Of delays. Unreliable and poor management. I moved in Aliyah Residences, 4 months fake promisees, yet the building is not finished. Bad customer service, bad facilities, NO internet. I would highly recommend to bypass this developer !

Projects are very very very very delayed. Very poor integrity amongst the owners of the firm towards their investors. I bought two units from Azizi in Dubai. I was promised to receive the unit in the plaza project in 2018. I have paid the full amount in December of 2018. It is June of 2020 almost two years after the payment Azizi still had not completed the project and have not given me rent for the delayed project. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I recommend nobody invests in Azizi unless they want to get their money stolen by these farhad Azizi.

I bought the apartment from Azizi in Dubai in April 2018 where i was charged with the service charge from April 2017 onwards. Not getting any response after so many reminders.

Struggling to get wrong charges reversed with no response from their VCM management team. Poor after sale service.
