I fail to understand how the #1 ranked agency in Denver is incompetent enough to contact someone unsolicited through their current employer s work phone and email. Please train your staff on common sense.
So unprofessional! Unsolicited calls and incompetency abound! Denver must only have one recruiting agency if this is the top one.
Someone named Brian reached out to me via LinkedIn (even though my profile shares I'm not looking, very happy at my current job) for a remote role opportunity but they had an amazing company culture, so that did not make sense. That being said, Brian called my current office and tried to talk to me about getting a new job WHILE I WAS AT MY CURRENT JOB! What kind of recruiter does that?! I'm pretty sure if I was looking for a job, I wouldn't want to talk on the same line of my current job.
Totally turned off and I hope they learn something from this review.
