All i would say is BEWARE of Azizi group and developments.

Their sales staff is the worst and once you pay your booking amount you will be taken for a ride.They will not even discuss with you their cancellation policies.I had invested my hard earned money and they cheated me while paying the first instalment.They charged me twice and i had to keep calling them to get the amount even though it was their mistake.

I have managed to step out of the investment and they deducted quite a huge amount from my payments as their management fee and returned the remaining amount by a post dated cheque signed after six months.Also the quality of their construction is really bad and they spend huge amounts on adverts by getting money from people.

so BEWARE! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!!

I invested in two apartments (one hotel apartment and second one as residential) in 2019 and I’m still fighting to get my hard earned money back. I have also found another five individuals in my town, who’re in the same situation. And as a group we’re fight Azizi development as we we speak. Azizi sales department will promise you 80-90% mortgage, until they get the 10% deposit. They also promise you that Azizi will act as your estate agent to manage your property and to rent out as soon as the the building is ready. Once they’ve got the first payment, the story will start to change. they’ll tell start demanding 50% upfront and 50% mortgage. You may or you may not get the 50% mortgage. That’s where the fight started. I’ve also heard from many people that the quality of construction is very poor. Currently, one of the hotel apartments I’ve purchased lost government approval and Azizi had to change it to a residential and that by itself is a breach. You must avoid by all cost hanging your hard earned money to this scammers!!! God know, how many people have been scammed by Azizi development Plc?
