This is a top notch company . Some limo services name their companies that way ...others just actually are . I have used the professional service that Azalea delivers for more than 10 years and a local and native to North Carolina. They have a beautiful fleet of clean vehicles and they are quite accommodating. Always on time . Always friendly , never too much . Azalea sets the bar for car service hands down!

We had a great experience from reservation until drop-off. Everything was first class and our driver Kevin was AWESOME!

I rented a trolley to pick up my son and his groomsmen on his wedding day. The trolley was scheduled to pick them up at 4:00, ride around the beach and deliver them to the wedding venue at 5:00. I specially told the lady when I booked that I wanted the air conditioner on the trolley to be working full speed. She said we won t send you a broken one . Well guess what the air didn t half way work. The guys were hot!!!! The driver was so nice and tried to accommodate them but my request was not met.. should have sent another vehicle or called me. Will not use them again.

Azalea Limos are miracle workers! I was attending a work conference at Wrightsville Beach recently and fell. I needed to get home (over 2 1/2 hrs away) quickly to my surgeon to have emergency surgery. It would have been difficult for my colleagues to drive me home since their presence was required for all of the conference meetings. Due to a health situation back home it was also difficult to have my family come to the beach to pick me up. Within around an hour of my calling Azalea Limos, I was heading home in a comfortable vehicle and another driver was following in my car. The drivers were so nice and the service was unbelievable. Azalea Limos your customer service is awesome. I hope the next time I ride with you it is under different circumstances but thank you again for coming to my rescue!

I recently used Azalea for an airport run. The booking process was easy, and I received quick replies! The driver arrived early, and patiently waited for me to come out. Car was comfortable and extremely clean. The driver was professional and polite. Excellent experience, and I will be using again!

Ivy was great to work with and always replied to emails and voicemails promptly. Especially the week before the wedding when we were adding vehicles for transportation last-minute! Also, their transportation options were fairly reasonably priced (again, especially given some of the additions were last-minute) and their drivers were a pleasure as well! Would definitely recommend to others! We had a trolley, a 28-passenger limo bus, and a 24-passenger limo bus for the guests, plus a 20-passenger limo bus for the wedding party, and a Rolls Roycce for our exit vehicle. It was perfect!

I booked Azalea Limo for a friend s bachelorette party! We were staying in Topsail but wanted to spend a night out in Wilmington. Instead of ordering and Uber, I wanted to surprise the bride with a PINK limo! It was beautiful and definitely caught people s attention. It was very comfortable and spacious for the 8 of us! Our driver was respectful and really knew a lot about his city. Russell the owner is in a class of his own! He was extremely professional and made great recommendations to make our night peefect! He was patient, extremely easy to communicate with, and the booking process was smooth. He really and truly went out of his way it make our experience with the limo unforgettable! We all had a blast and would definitely book Azalea fod our next special occassion in Wilmington! Thank you so much!!!

We shuttled our guests and wedding party and it was so well organized. The service was great, the buses were clean and it was a ton of fun to play music on the way to and from the wedding. They were quick to respond to us and get our big day sent up. I highly recommend using them, they have so many options in regards to vehicles for transportation!

We had a limo booked for September 14th, the day hurricane Florence hit. The owner of this company kept a $700 deposit of ours saying their cancellation policy is 7 days out. I called very upset about this and was told by the owner that he wasn't going to talk to me because I was so upset. Of course I'm upset!! I'm being told $700 is being kept for a service we didn't use! It's so disheartening that a business owner would pull something like this have so little empathy and then be completely condescending to customers.

I rented a limo for my granddaughter her 15th birthday it was awesome the driver was outstanding and my granddaughterand her friends had so much fun I will definitely use you guys again

The best experience ever in a limo. My girlfriends surprised me with a day in the Sprinter. Our driver Kevin was amazing making sure we were comfortable and really catered to us ladies!!! Definitely recommend them and will use them in the future!!!!!!!!

Kevin and Russell of Azalea Limo are fantastic! We booked a 28-passenger bus and a beautiful 1965 Cadillac limo through them for our wedding day, and have been blown away by how incredibly flexible and responsive they both have been. They've made the logistics of our day easy, and I can't thank them enough!

Azalea Limo is awesome! They picked us up at 4am for our flight and Brooke the driver was so nice! She was a pro! Brooke also picked us up from the airport a week later. The reservation process was very easy and laid back. Everyone I spoke to was highly professional. The SUV s we were picked up in were clean and very nice! I highly recommend Azalea Limo!!!!

I used Azalea Limousine to take a group of members on the Cape Fear Garden Club's Azalea Festival Garden Tour. What a great experience. From the planning with Russell to the day of I could not have been happier. Our driver Teeson was amazing, prompt, friendly and very professional. With a 10 stop tour there could have been any number of hiccups but it was seamless and I owe a lot of that to him. We will use Azalea Limousine again!

Awesome service! We have been working with Azaela Limo for a while now and they never fail to surpass our expectations. From booking the buses to last minute changes they are always willing to work with me to make sure we have the best event possible. Looking forward to working with them even more in the future!

We paid a 50% deposit for a Trolley for my sons May wedding which we had to cancel due to Covid-19...I sent an email last night to cancel a month out from the date...and was told not only are they not returning my $375 deposit but I also owe the balance!! I do not at all recommend a business that would do this!

What an amazing limousine service, the party group of over 28 ladies were surprised when we found out we would be traveling to dinner and the beach in style which included a wide selection of our favorite music, thank you to Natasha Williams for going over the top and to Mr. Teeson for getting us safely to and from our designated locations!

I booked Azalea Limo for eight people for a concert in Raleigh on Oct. 4th from Wilmington. The experience could not have been better! Kevin was our driver extraordinaire! He arrived on time in a Mercedes Sprinter Limo Bus that was clean, comfortable and provided all the comforts we needed with the addition of a great sound system! When arriving at the venue, Kevin literally rolled out a red carpet! What better way to get ready for a concert! We will definitely use Azalea Limo in the future.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with Azalea for our wedding this past November. We were supposed to have a trolley pickup the wedding party at 2:00pm and they never showed. An hour later at 3:00pm we finally get in touch with them and even though our contract had all the right timing the driver didn't think they were supposed to come and pickup until 4:00pm. Still to this day I have no received my refund for the mix up. Not a great experience for me.

12/19: As a follow up, I have still yet to receive my refund and continue to be blamed by the business claiming that they could not get a hold of me to issue refund. I tend to appreciate a business who takes ownership of their mistakes and makes it right. Sadly that is not the case here.

Paid $400 for a bachelor party out for my brother. We walked out of the club DT Wilmington, called my limo driver around 20 times and never got an answer. The guys I was with called also. Not sure if he lost service or fell asleep, who knows. Had to call the owner of the company several times, in which he told me the driver wouldn't respond to his calls either, all he could tell me was the location of the driver, which he was a half a mile away from where we were. We had no clue where we were, so we finally got a f'ing taxi which we paid $20 for because he had no damn clue where he was going either. We finally got to the location to where the driver was and our driver atleast gave us 30 extra minutes, on him, but when I spend damn $400 on a limo, I expect to have the limo there and I sure as hell don't expect to have to rent a damn taxi. No words can ever explain how furious this made me. I would never ever ever refer anyone to this company.

I'm so thankful for these guys, they put the finishing touch on my birthday weekend. I thought planning was hard since I'm not local, but they made it easy for me. I would like to thank everyone from the office to the driver.

Azalea limo transported us to and from RDU airport. The service was Exceptional and Professional. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Our neighborhood group used Azalea Limo last evening for my husbands 80th birthday celebrated at Ruth Chris s Steakhouse.. Steve was our driver and WE all had a grand time .. we used the white limo and it was comfortable , clean and offered the feeling of elegance we were looking for ..
