Great time chaperoning my daughter's 5th grade class! Good hike, fun games, great campfire, just a bit cold and windy.

I thought I was coming here to change the world, but instead ended up scrubbing toilets for the Dharma Initiative. Nonetheless, I got to see many paranormal events and travel through time and will never forget the years I spent here.

Great place to visit if you are a LOST-fan. This was the filming location for the DHARMA barracks and was seen in season 3-6.

I loved this camp! I recommend it and I had tons of fun there! :3

In past years, this camp has been a wonderful summer experience for our children attending and the teenagers in the leadership/counselor programs. These past 2 summers (2016/2017) however, there was a lot of leadership disorganization, issues with the counselors and alcohol at the camp, no discipline action for those counselors that were there for the wrong reasons and breaking the rules, lack staff tshirts to be readily recognized on a daily basis (they only had 1 each for the entire summer so only wore on check in/out days), a staff nurse that was un skilled and unprofessional, no direct phone number to call in and reach a live staff person in case of emergency (many times it took days to have a phone call returned) and many more issues.
We hope that after sending in a 3 page list of the issues, what steps the camp should take so these do not happen again and more protocols to set in place to once again make Camp Erdman great, this summer (2018) will be a grand improvement both in leadership and the camp overall.

This camp is great. The cabins are pretty nice and right next to the water. They also have places to just camp if you have a tent.

I was actually at the beach right across the street from the YMCA camp. It was awesome to see the huge helicopter doing practice runs and the planes taking off and landing across the street over there though!

Must go if you are a Lost fan!!! Please sign up for free at the reception if you want to walk around and take pictures, for this is an active kid s camp.

YMCA Camp Erdman is Oahu's overnight summer camp. We serve the community year round at our traditional camp, in our school programs, and as a retreat center. Check us out!

Summer camp. My son participates every year This is the fifth time. I can participate from elementary school 2 years. About 700 dollars a week. Brother discount 50 dollars. It will be increased in 1 week increments. It picks up from the YMCA of Nuanu by bus. Of course you can go directly to North.
Staying in English only environment is a good experience.
However, since the end of July will be full of Japanese people, be cautious.

Ideal age groups for the activities are kids and tweens. I am neither.

I played a lot and at the end of the day, there were laughs; everyone was having a great day and night.

My school took us here for 3 days and was a blast! The staff are very supportive and make sure your child s are completely safe! Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are served! Students or campers get unlimited food! I would recommend this camp if you guys just wanna get out of all the stress! Plus, if you want your family to explore nature than come here!

A must visit if you visit Honolulu or just Ohau in general you have to come to this place it is right next door to a beach with no crowds with the best spectacular view your eyes will ever see

I like it because some scenes were filmed in this place, but it's sad to not be able to enter the place.

Nice location. Season 1 LOST beach.
Visiting the site is possible without an entrance fee. Youth camp ... a great place for children.

Beautiful view of the mountains, that you can go hiking and than come cool off at the beach. Different activities to choose from. The reason why am giving a 3 stars is that accommodations needs a little bit of renovation.

Fun activities and entertaining camp counselors. A bit disorganized at times and like to pass off work to the campers when it comes to cleaning. Over the years, quality of life has gone down a bit

If you are a fan of Lost, this is a must see to transport you to "the island".

Dont forget to check out Crystal Canyon across the street behind cabins where you get to climb three dry waterfalls. Total local local spot. A hui hou :)

I sent my 7 year old son here for one week during the summer. Although I was scared to send him off for the first time at the age of 7, he was happy and eager to go. He had a blast and I was able to keep tabs on him throughout the week because of their daily uploaded photos you can sign in and see. He ll definitely be back!

I love this camp!! So relaxing, but fun. Lots of beautiful views and things to do. Definetely will go back.

Too many pests and the bathroom qualities are very poor. Perhaps try to fix up the paint, and get rid of at least most of the cockroaches and the stains they leave.

The activities are fun but they are too sports based and some activities on the beach would be great.

I spent two summers working here exactly 10 years ago. I have never had a more incredible time in my life. Camp Erdman is a home away from home. I will definitely be back some day. The love and warmth I received during my time here is without words. Camp erdman will forever have a warm place in my heart. I am still friends with people I met there. It s an incredible place for adventure for kids and adults alike. I am so grateful for my time spent there.

I went here two years ago, the food was decent. I also liked the Alpine tower, and the swimming pool.

Was a volunteer at Camp Agape there and there was an amazing breeze and beautiful ocean views! Area was super clean and staff were always around to help clean up!!
