Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with Azalea for our wedding this past November. We were supposed to have a trolley pickup the wedding party at 2:00pm and they never showed. An hour later at 3:00pm we finally get in touch with them and even though our contract had all the right timing the driver didn't think they were supposed to come and pickup until 4:00pm. Still to this day I have no received my refund for the mix up. Not a great experience for me.

12/19: As a follow up, I have still yet to receive my refund and continue to be blamed by the business claiming that they could not get a hold of me to issue refund. I tend to appreciate a business who takes ownership of their mistakes and makes it right. Sadly that is not the case here.
