We had a limo booked for September 14th, the day hurricane Florence hit. The owner of this company kept a $700 deposit of ours saying their cancellation policy is 7 days out. I called very upset about this and was told by the owner that he wasn't going to talk to me because I was so upset. Of course I'm upset!! I'm being told $700 is being kept for a service we didn't use! It's so disheartening that a business owner would pull something like this have so little empathy and then be completely condescending to customers.
