Not with my experience. My purchase was unsatisfactory and it felt like they didn't care at all. Tried multiple times to reach out to them via both call and email. Responses were mostly delays and wasn't helpful.

Website says hours are 7am to 7pm ET Monday through Friday. Tried calling at 6:20pm on a Friday and there was no answer.

Wow, the repair to our Kohler Pro Cook sink turned out great. Kohler told us there was nothing they could do as they discontinued the pro cook sink. That didn t help us as we have cutouts in our granite counters for it and the controls. Luckily a Google search on the control electronics turned up Galco and although I was concerned how they could fix just the electronics, they did. It required a new integrated circuit and capacitor. I am not stupid and have considerable experience with electrical circuits but this was way beyond a DIY repair. Thank you so much for repairing our built in pasta cooker!! You guys rock!

Huge selection, friendly staff, great customer service. They do free repair evaluations on electronics and controls. Lots of hard to find electronic components. They give you free chocolate bars with purchase and have a free snack and drink area for customers. If you need electrical repair or parts, come or call here first. They probably have it.
