Amazing hotel and excellent service. All the staff are very pleasant and professional and the shuttle transport is impeccable. Not a single complaint about the place!

Really bad service, the worst service from I've got, I've waiting more than 1hour to check in, and after finish the receptionist ask me to find another to bring me to the room, but no one help me, I don't know what happen with the hotel, service suck, but the view was amazing

Chinese telephone customer service (one of them) needs to be trained again!!
The equipment in the mountain view room needs to be strengthened

The toilet door and drain hole are broken at the same time
The water in the bathtub is full outside the bathroom

Stayed at the best restaurant in Bali! The room is very comfortable, there is a large bathtub to enjoy the fun of the bath, the balcony outside the room is also a good place to hang out, with a large sofa, the private garden facing the crowd, completely undisturbed. The hotel has a large hinterland. In addition to the Rimba Hotel's many swimming pools, you can also use the Ayana Hotel's many swimming pools and other facilities, including the private beach and the Rock Bar, even if you stay in the hotel all day long. Breakfast is very good, if you have more tourists, you need to wait or change to other restaurants. The consumption of hotels is relatively high, and it is far from the urban area. If you stay in the hotel for a whole day, the cost of food and beverage is relatively high! But it is still a recommended five-star resort.

In Bali, I have stayed at Hyatt, Conrad, but this hotel was definitely the best service!
Every night I made a bed with a lovely animal and a message with a towel, and I was impressed by the height of the hospitality.

Stopped by for drinks and food at Unique rooftop bar. Nice view, cool casual chic concept. Wished the food was better though.

Didn't stay there as we were staying at Ayana resort. but visited Rimba through shuttle provided by Ayana. We loved it. Pool side restaurant and lobby really caught our attention.

Room was cleaned beautifully and was able to relax. However, it was strange that there was a birthday cake in the room regardless of the two weeks until the birthday.

I stayed there with my siblings and children for 2 nights. All the staff are very friendly and warm without exception. They also remained enthusiastic when they found out that we were local people. Basically the best service, we will definitely come back again, not only to enjoy the hotel but also to feel the hospitality of the staff. Holidays in Rimba do not need to go far because we can go around in Ayana and Kubu Beach too. We highly recommend a holiday at Rimba Jimbaran. Matur Suksma

All the staff are very nice, beautiful loby, nice view from the balcony, everything is very nice

Jungle is a very comfortable hotel surrounded by very lush trees so the atmosphere is very cool even though the air is very hot. The swimming pool is quite spacious with a comfortable atmosphere, clear water where to relax to read and sunbathe equipped with a Mini Bar if you need fresh drinks.

The Limba Hotel also has a connect room, so if four people come, you can grab two rooms and use the connect room.
We recommend the beautiful Ayana Resort because it is convenient to use because there is a shuttle bus in the resort, and the swimming pool, spa and meals are convenient.

I really enjoyed the good times here, it s so beautiful, the hotel has a lot of details, the best thing is to enjoy the facilities of the ultimate high-end ayana hotel at a good price, with a private beach and rock bar, and a variety of beautiful swimming pools. I think this is heaven

Staying at RIMBA was absolutely amazing! The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities I needed. The resort had so much to do, I barely had a chance to do everything I wanted. All staff members on property were very respectful and friendly. It was a blast staying there, would definitely recommend.

A very attractive hotel, the facilities are truly amazing .. There are private beaches for loyal customers, namely "stronghold beach", there are also hangouts with sights and atmosphere that really makes us feel at home there .. To get around enjoying all the hotel facilities we can use a special tram that the hotel has provided .. Very recommended for family vacations and honeymoon ..

The best hotel in Bali. I liked it very much and i spent a really good time there. A five star hotel in everything. The nature, the rooms, the staff, and the food. You mus try the Rock Bar one of the best in the world, amazing view and the food was super super super delicious. Vangelis was the chef, he was very friendly and an artist.

Very, very luxurious place but not suitable for Saudi families

Nice but with young children (2 and 4 year old) very disappointed. One of the reasons we chose Rimba was because of their kids club at Rimba and Ayana but Rimba s was like a dungeon . It was a hole with no outside light and next to the pool. So didn t want to leave our kids there just in case they wondered out. So we tried Ayana and that was under construction so was in a function room. All pretty average for a young family. So for the price I would have gone back to Padma who were amazing at looking after families.

Stay here and explore all the pools inside Rimba Jimbaran and Ayana Resort, and the private beach named Kubu Beach. There is a shuttle car which sort of like a hop on - hop off bus around places within the resort.

The lobby is large and open and there is a sofa surrounded by the famous water! The staff is also kind and if you take photos yourself, why not take them? I was able to listen to me and gave me careful consideration! Restaurants and beach bars were all the best places for me!
