Nice Hotel ... Clean ... Recommended for those who want to vacation in Bali

A very spacious hotel like entering a safari park, there are many choices of swimming pools which are all nice and spacious

Hotel immaculate in every way and detail. Comfortable rooms, free wifi, excellent breakfast and breathtaking views. SUPER RECOMENDO!

Although there are many Chinese and Koreans and the lobby is crowded, it has the advantage of being able to use all the various facilities in connection with Ayana and the clean and comfortable room condition.

Great resort at the perfect location. Awesome pools, very good for a family with kids. Really enjoyed our time here and very affordable room rates.

Staff service is good and it is connected with Ayana and satisfaction, interior and view are not enough

Too bad that you can rent a scooter directly at the hotel on the hotel. Otherwise, perfect!

We stayed at Ayana, and all facilities of limba were available, and it was convenient because we were able to make room charge. Especially the swimming pool is good for kids.

It's great at a luxury hotel, but it's meaningless for people who go out to play outside during the day. There were plenty of swimming pools and spas in the hotel, but I could not go there. The bread was very delicious!

In early February, I used 4 nights for my honeymoon. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be overwhelmed by the beauty of the lobby. Not to mention the clean rooms, I was reassured that there were staff who could speak Japanese fluently. Stay at this hotel and enjoy the pool and breakfast at AYANA Resort at no extra charge. You can enter without lining up the lock bar. We were two couples, but there are many families, so I think this is a hotel that children can enjoy.

The place is Green views, guite and beatiful surrounding. Good for hidden place...

now i am staying room 4114. water pressure is terrible. several hairs were in the new slipper.' reusable indoor shoes?? ' also floor is very dirty. even water mark is very clear. bath tub is extremely sticky. i wanted to get one more blanket but no one came. hoooo. stressful.

We stayed here to get rid of jet-lag. We didn't expect much but we were completely wowed during our stay! Phenomenal amenities and the buffet breakfast was a dream!

Great resort with great views and staff. Will return again.

There a billion things I would like to say about Rimba. Because I can't put all of it in words lemme atleast try a bit.
- the topmost compliment is for the staff. I love you guys. If you are seeing this or someone is conveying it to you, I am sending oodles of love to every front desk executive, the cab staff, restaurant staff, gardeners, masseurs, house keeping staff and every person who is connected to Rimba and Ayana.
- The smile and warmth that every person greets you with is the most perfect thing in the world. That made our stay most special.
- Your property is fantabulous. Abso-freaking-lutly fantastic. So beautiful. The pools are very well maintained. The pool staff is very good to deal with.
Kubu beach, Padi restaurant staff, Toge staff, Kubu beach bar tender, and every other restaurant staff is amaaaaaaazing. Food is really good. Indian cuisine feels like home.
I love you guys and will come back again FOR SURE! Miss you.

Please improve the quality of your shampoos in rooms. They make hair rough and worse.
And there is no second thing I can say bad about you. Absolutely love you!

Cannot fault this place! Absolutely lovely facilities and staff. Definately a great place for families and couples. Great for people looking to get away from all the crowds in Kuta and Seminyak. Staying here you still have access to all of Ayana's facilities.

Great place to have your wedding... Just attended my niece one. Wonderful setup and decor.

Great hotel. Temperatures are cooler than at the Ayana Resort because this one is up in the hills, however you can still take a buggy over to all the Ayana restaurants and bars. The complementary breakfast is amazing. Staff is very attentive.

Perfect private beach with several high tides, good place for having luxury

Perfect place to laze around. They allow non residents in the pool and the staff was extremely cooperative. The floating cushions meant that we spent more then 3 hours chilling in the water. Food and drinks were descent and not too expensive.

Good place if you want to hang in the ayana complex all day long

Overall satisfactory hotel, especially breakfast for 100 points. Therefore, the service staff is professional and very polite. Unforgettable, come back next time~

Beautiful resort. Great service. Quite expensive though. Plenty of good restaurants and bars.

I have never been at any hotel which couldn t figure out how to use a credit card (I have Visa, MasterCard , Diners and Amex)! So to charge bills to our room we had to pay upfront deposit in the front desk - not a big issue normally, but they couldn t also figure out have to pay back deposit on our debit card and would therefore pay in cash! A BIG no go for a currency I can t use anywhere else and since it also was our last destination, it simply didn t make sense. As a result we only put in a fair but smaller amount.... Big mistake! Two times we ended up in situations where we had hit our limit - first time was after ordering room service for dinner. Then our dinner arrived we had to go and find the front desk and put in more deposit (cold food as a result that night). Second time was after visiting Kubu Beach... We had ordered some cold drinks (less then $20) and ended up having a man escorting us to our room to pay in cash - a 10 minuets drive each way.... not to mention that we was hold back and therefore missed the first shuttle back.

Please keep in mind that we are talking about a 5 star hotel... no trust what so ever! we didn t experience anything like this at any of the others hotels we visited in Bali.

Couldn't be more pleased with the rooms, multitude of pools, and people. There is a shuttle for transportation to all the facilities. Rumba has some great restaurants and pools to enjoy, including a water slide for kids and a rooftop spa. Food is expensive, but it's convenient eating at the resort. Also, don't miss the orchid, which is a great place to get tea and pastries inside a cold, temperature controlled glass greenhouse full of orchids.

It's a Chinese hotel. There are too many Chinese people without manners. And I told Ayana Hotel Pool not to take pictures and even to leave cell phones. Chinese people say that they take pictures with each other. And the room had a broken faucet, and the elevator broke down and went to the stairs.I think the staff often breaks down.The room service had to wait a long time.I called more than 3 times and connected to the Duty Manager, I waited for about 40 minutes to say that I did not come in. At the Ocean Beach Pool, I was scolded to be careful to let the guests in the pool get caught in the water.I did not dive or dive, but it seemed to me that the people sitting in the rocking chairs seemed to care about the guests. However, it is not shining.

Overall good hotel. But one of our room's hot water for shower is broken. Called and asked to fix it. But shouldn't they check it first before check-in???

Good facilities and private beach. We clean the room several times a day. There are a lot of Chinese tourists, so it's a little cluttered. The majority of the staff were friendly but there were racist staff who were kind to some Westerners. Swimming pool or other facilities inside the resort.

Staff were exceptional, facilities were great, with lots of options, but food and drink while good quality and varied, were quite expensive.
