Aya Healthcare has been such a wonderful place to work. Ali Zane is seriously the best recruiter out there!! I have worked with several recruiters from many different companies and none of them compare to Ali. She works incredibly hard to make sure you get exactly what you want and need in a contract. I m one of those extremely excited but terribly impatient people and she is always there to answer any questions I have with a smile on her face. She s the best! If you re new to travel nursing or just want to make a change in recruiters and companies, Ali Zane at Aya Healthcare is your girl!

I am getting ready to complete my 3rd travel assignment with Aya and I have nothing but positive and wonderful things to say not only about the company but about my recruiter Stacey, and my compliance officer, Brittney. They work hard. They have always been prompt, nice, and respectful. I really love this company and look forward to many more assignments with them.

It s really hard for me to have to write such a terrible review but if one person doesn t have to experience what I experienced it will be worth it.
Don t take a contract with this company, they will change the contract on you at the last minute. They will make nothing but empty promises.

This company will act as if they have your best interest at heart but in actuality they are only worried about the money. I had a issue at a facility that had to deal with racism and I was advised by an Aya employee to power through it .

I would rather work for a company that values an employee concern and would not encourage them to tolerate that type of behavior.

Rebekah Ghan is the best recruiter ever. Because of her I gave Aya 5 stars. She made sure i was comfortable in my very first travel assignment ever. She even took my calls when she was off and checked on me my entire first week of working to make sure the facility was treating me well. She made sure i was in touch with every team member of the company that i needed throughout my contract. And if i had questions that i should have actually asked of others, she went above and beyond to make sure i was helped. She always contacted on holidays and that meant so much to me as i was away from home for the first time ever in 41 years and i did get homesick a little. Her caring and hard work ethic made me recommend her and Aya healthcare to other travel nurses. Rebekah was so great that i never had a thought to look into travelling with any other company!

My husband and I both traveled with AYA for almost 2 years. We wish we could've continued and we both miss it SO MUCH. But we started a family so we settled in our hometown. Our recruiter Desiree went above and beyond to get us the best packages in the areas we wanted. Not once did we have a bad assignment. We both heard some rough stories about other agencies but what we wanted was organization, support and competitive pay.. we got it with AYA. They also sent us adorable gifts when we had our baby. They truly made us feel like family. When we go back to traveling someday we wouldn't consider another agency.

Easiest company to work with ever. I cannot rave about Monica Hamilton, my recruiter, enough. She's professional when I need her to be as well as hilarious and my favorite person to call and talk about literally anything. I couldn't have gotten luckier with a recruiter or a company. I ve been a travel nurse with AYA for about a year and just about to start my 4th assignment. I ve really enjoyed working with them. I feel close and comfortable with my recruiter and the whole team at AYA that handles my assignments, which I find to be really important as a traveler.

I always recommend Aya to other travelers I meet for multiple reasons. There is alway someone to help and support you no matter what. They work with you and make sure your needs are met. My recruiter Tyler is amazing and always checks in and makes sure things are going smoothly. I really cannot complain about this company. I have worked with another company as well and I believe they offer just as many perks if not more. Aya offer CEU's which comes in handy when needing to renew licenses for other states. I have worked with Nina Kasper for almost two years now and she has become more than just a recruiter. Aya has so many great perks and benefits. The staff sees you as a PERSON and not just as a traveler. You feel taken care of, and feel that you have an actual employer. I only took one contract with Aya prior to going back to a full time position, but I had such a wonderful experience, mainly because of my recruiter Rebekah Ghan! Rebekah has become like a close friend, and I always look forward to catching up with her when she calls. Though my experience starting out has not been the best, I would still recommend this employer. I know a few that had a more pleasant experience than I. Please be sure to have a decent relationship with your recruiter as they are the key to ensuring you have as smooth of a transition as possible; and request a new one should you feel that the one assigned to you isn't a great fit. I have now been reassigned to a new recruiter and hope to have a better, more successful, experience with her!

I was very nervous leaving a permanent staff job, but they made each step so simple. I appreciate the relationship I have with my recruiter. I absolutely love working for Aya Healthcare! They treat all of their employees and nurses like family! Its the little things that they do that most other companies don't that truly make you feel like a huge part of their team and not just a number. The only reason I am giving two stars is because I liked my recruiter. As a travel nurse you can measure the quality of your recruiter, the company, and the hospital you are assigned to. The only good thing was my recruiter. The pay was terrible and the two hospitals I worked at with this company treated travel nurses live slave labor. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I can t say enough about this company! Aside from all the awesome perks (free yoga, bootcamp and meditation classes, plus kitchens STOCKED with food), Aya genuinely cares about the health and happiness of their employees. We all work our butts off, and the company shows their appreciation in so many different ways. It s incredibly rewarding to work for an organization that values each and every one of its employees. I feel so lucky to be part of the team!

I am so grateful that I picked Aya Healthcare for my first travel assignment. I chose the agency out of all the travel agencies I was in touch with, because of the recruiter I was in contact with. I have been a travel OT for about 2 years and just recently switched to Aya Healthcare. I must say, the transition has been very smooth. I m usually nervous about switching companies but after speaking with Kat Ortega I felt comfortable with the switch knowing she had my back. Kat has been awesome so far and I look forward to working with her for future assignments. She sent one initial email and I let her know I was researching agencies to which she never replied even after I waited two or three days to email again and ask if she preferred to be contacted by phone. I just finished my first 13wks as a travel nurse with Aya. From the beginning I ve had the best experience with this company!!! Even though it s still very early in my travel career, I can honestly say that having the right recruiter will totally make or break your experience regardless of the paycheck at the end of the week. I say this because my Aya recruiter is absolutely AMAZING!! Her name is Desiree Newton. From the very first time I spoke with her on the phone I warned her she was in for a crazy ride with me because I m a whole lot of personality for one person. Des (as I ve been calling her lol) took on me as a challenge with the most positive and understanding attitude. My family all live in different states, I decided to become a travel nurse so that I could not only earn a paycheck but to travel and live near each family member for a good amount of time. Des helped me do that, over those 13wks I was able to see my family almost every other weekend which hasn t happened since I was a child. She checked in with me throughout the assignment to see how I was doing and actually cared how I felt as a person. Anyone who s a nurse knows that we try to obtain this goal with each patient we interact with, so to have that reciprocated has been a true blessing. Not to mention she s funny; which was a huge bonus for me because we all need someone to share serious and funny moments with. So if I can share anything it s this, my experience with Aya Healthcare has been amazing because I get the opportunity to work with someone who cares about me as a person and also me as an employee. She sent me every job quote I requested regardless if that meant starting 3-4 different email threads, answered all of my questions not matter how long the phone call/text messages needed to be, she gave me the you re not alone and also the you can chill because I got you feeling. I say call Aya Healthcare, reach out to Desiree even if it s just for questions pertaining to travel nursing in general. You ll never know if you don t ask

I have been a corporate employee at Aya for about 2 years now and have really loved working at a company that truly values its staff. If you are looking for an inclusive environment with ample opportunities for growth, this is the place for you!

Don't get me wrong the money is great but having to deal with a recruiter who calls you constantly before an assignment was professional then once you get there and it's like you don't exist and has the nerve to tell me it is what it is so unprofessional trying to find a new recruiter hopefully they reach out because I did send an email. I'm woman that has worked in medical field for 28years and wanted to try something new and different. So I applied with Aya healthcare and was assigned to recruiter Charity Kenny which I thought was very caring and for my best interest. But boy did she turn after persuading me into taking assignment in Minnesota but she assured me if it didn't work out I can come home and wait for another assignment. And since I came back home she nor has anyone from AYA healthcare returned my call's so I'm jobless so make sure you get a good recruiter

Aya has been amazing to me! Everyone from my recruiter (Rebekah Ghan), my compliance officer (Brie Griffith), my payroll peeps, and my experience specialist have all been just incredible. Every single interaction has been pleasant and I'm so glad I made the choice to go with Aya! Not to mention, they have SO many jobs available too!

I tried to get ahold of this company for.over a month. I got one message to call them back. I them back within a few hours and nothing. Left messages, talked to supervisors and nothing. Asked for a different recruiter nothing. I heard great things from people i work with about them. I just didnt have the same experience.

So this is my 1st contract with Aya. And I hope I continued to work for this company. As a Surgical Technologist I would like to find a company that fits me and helps me find a job. I got a contract closer to home And I'm very grateful. They have helped my checklist grow better in they believed in me and pushed me and guide me because of my recruiter Jenna Bauer. She has helped me and guided me and she checks up on me every week which is something I really like. I have worked with other companies but I will continue to travel with Aya Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I recently switched to AYA Healthcare. I am very happy and pleased with the company! My recruiter is Rebekah Ghan and she is absolutely amazing! I have had issues with other recruiters and Rebekah Ghan has me for life! I will follow her wherever she goes! She works hard to get me what I want and she is honest and up front with me! She genuinely cares about me and my experiences I have with the company! She never "ghosts" me and will always answer my questions or will find the person that knows the answer! If I have a problem at the facility she is always available for me to go to! I love Rebekah Ghan and will recommend her to ANYONE!

Needs help! Went through a interview process with one recruiter and was totally handed off to another recruiter who had really very little of the original information. The second recruiter set up reference checks , to which one of my references was contacted out of three listed. All was going well then crickets! Had to reach out multiple times to get an update and all I received was "the position was filled". I really don't know if they can execute a full recruiting process. If Aya calls in the future I'll look elsewhere for travel positions.

I can't say enough good things about this company and wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they are all about taking care of their people, corporate and travel nurses alike.

My recruiter goes above and beyond and is indefatigable in her efforts to ensure I have a great travel experience. The company culture is embodied by all departments I have come in contact with and I feel I have the full attention and care of each person I speak with. This is my first time working with a travel company for an RN position. I completed my profile and was assigned a recruiter. She called me and we talked for 3 days and she told me to go ahead and give my notice to my current job. We called my references and applied to 5 different jobs. I have messaged and called multiple times and have not heard back in over a week. I called Aya and a lady said my recruiter was working today so she tried calling her as well, no answer. I ve been waiting to hear back from here Manager to hopefully get a new recruiter. So unprofessional. Told to give my notice and here I am going to be without a job because I was listening to this recruiter that now will not get back to me. So rude to do to someone.

Completely dissatisfied. Karen Kaur is not unprofessional but incompetent and rude. She sent me the wrong link and then told me I was doing it wrong. Proceeded to call me at inappropriate hours and had the audacity to tell me to hurry up. Clearly her time is more valuable than mine. To make matters more frustrating , the manager I spoke with felt it was appropriate to laugh at me before I even finished speaking. I will my be using this agency in the future. Truly disappointing.

I am a seasoned travel nurse 5yrs traveling I have worked with many companies 8 companies in 4 states. I have always felt as though hospitals and agencies act as if it was every man for themselves, me vs. you and only I would look out for ME.
I dont feel that way with my AMAZING recruiter Jamie. She is soooo genuine and will give it to you straight the good bad and ugly so you can make an informed decision. Jamie truly cares about her nurses and is overly available (she should take a vacation and turn off her phone more lol).
With Aya all your problems are in their words No Worries lol and can be solved easily because there is a person for everything and that person is just a phone call away. In the beginning each person calls and introduces themselves making you feel like more than just a number.
I m so happy to have found Aya and Jamie in this cut throat industry that is trying to take the joy out of OUR profession. YES I choose a profession of Service, YES I am a Nurse, YES I love to Travel, and YES I want to be paid well and respected for my service. I am a travel nurse recruiter and I am proud to be part of this company!! I work with absolutely incredible clinicians that spend their careers taking care of others- I am so grateful that they trust me to help them make big career moves, build their resumes, and check off their bucket lists. Management will always fight to do right by our nurses- and every change implemented is to take care of our employees and travelers.

I made an account about 6 months or more ago. No one has contacted me. Ive called several times, even left voicemails and sent emails to my recruiter Matt ( after my recruiters were changed atleast 3 times.) I havent spoken to not one recruiter in the entire 6 months my profile has been up. I just called and spoke to leah and she was like oh im sorry i can see if i can reach someone from your department and if not ill see how i can help you, only to have me on hold for 10 minutes and to transfer me to the same voicemail i already left 2 messages for about 2-3 weeks ago. Worst customer service.

I have been with Aya for the past three years. My recruiter, Angie Coon, has been absolutely amazing! I have truly enjoyed every assignment. Angie makes me feel like I am her only nurse and goes above and beyond to find exactly what I want. I have worked with nurses from other travel companies and I am constantly surprised by the multiple complaints they have. I feel travel nursing has been a wonderful experience made possible by the whole Aya team but especially by Angie and her outstanding job!

I have traveled with a few agency's but Aya is more thsn an agency they are a full service but with a pleasant touch. I have a team working with me and they are all great. My recruiter is someone I am pleased with speak with and always available for me.

Such a great company to work for! I worked out of the San Diego corporate office and now work remote, and in both positions, I have felt encouraged, appreciated and supported by the company. They provide free breakfast/lunch, unlimited PTO, excellent benefits/salary and above all, they recognize hard work and give support for succeeding. Cannot rave more about the way this company treats its employees, other companies should use Aya as a model!

I tried Aya Healthcare before and had a terrible experience with a previous recruiter. Then my new recruiter contacted me and she has truly made a world of difference. With the travel agency they are all basically the same but the connection and bond you have with your recruiter, who becomes like family, makes that agency worth investing your time and energy into. The WORST! I sent Aya an email and left them a voicemail message last week. I still have not heard from them. I was supposed to start in August. I still have not heard from them. Seek out other travel agencies!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I completed my profile and was given a recruiter.
I was emailed and told someone would reach out to me in 24 hrs. This was on the 22nd 0f October. On 24th, I texted recruiter to see if he/she reviewed my profile....no response!
I go back to my profile and recruiters name has been removed, so I call on the 26th and was told the recruiter was given to me by mistake. Huh??
And someone would get back with me soon.
Needless to say, I haven't heard a peep.
Very unprofessional!!!
