I am a seasoned travel nurse 5yrs traveling I have worked with many companies 8 companies in 4 states. I have always felt as though hospitals and agencies act as if it was every man for themselves, me vs. you and only I would look out for ME.
I dont feel that way with my AMAZING recruiter Jamie. She is soooo genuine and will give it to you straight the good bad and ugly so you can make an informed decision. Jamie truly cares about her nurses and is overly available (she should take a vacation and turn off her phone more lol).
With Aya all your problems are in their words No Worries lol and can be solved easily because there is a person for everything and that person is just a phone call away. In the beginning each person calls and introduces themselves making you feel like more than just a number.
I m so happy to have found Aya and Jamie in this cut throat industry that is trying to take the joy out of OUR profession. YES I choose a profession of Service, YES I am a Nurse, YES I love to Travel, and YES I want to be paid well and respected for my service. I say YES to Aya because they say YES with me to all those things. THANK YOU AYA
