I absolutely love working for Aya Healthcare! They treat all of their employees and nurses like family! Its the little things that they do that most other companies don't that truly make you feel like a huge part of their team and not just a number. For instance, every employee gets delivered flowers on their birthdays, and all our nurses get delivered pizzas on their birthday to share with their fellow nurses! I literally don't know of any other company who would go out of their way to make you feel extra special on your big day! They also offer amazing perks for their employees like boot camps, yoga classes, meditation groups, and nutrition coaching! They really care about you as an individual, not only in the workplace, but outside of work as well, making sure they we are always happy!
