Though my experience starting out has not been the best, I would still recommend this employer. I know a few that had a more pleasant experience than I. Please be sure to have a decent relationship with your recruiter as they are the key to ensuring you have as smooth of a transition as possible; and request a new one should you feel that the one assigned to you isn't a great fit. I have now been reassigned to a new recruiter and hope to have a better, more successful, experience with her!
