It s really hard for me to have to write such a terrible review but if one person doesn t have to experience what I experienced it will be worth it.
Don t take a contract with this company, they will change the contract on you at the last minute. They will make nothing but empty promises.

This company will act as if they have your best interest at heart but in actuality they are only worried about the money. I had a issue at a facility that had to deal with racism and I was advised by an Aya employee to power through it .

I would rather work for a company that values an employee concern and would not encourage them to tolerate that type of behavior.
