went to do a fingerprint two weeks ago, mind you they only take 2 to 3 business days to be received by the state of FL. Waited 2 weeks patiently. After i called the state of FL and found out they have not received anything. I called BRHPC directly and i couldn't get in touch with the administration dept. I called them the next day (today) and left a message with them. 6 hours later i called them back, finally got in touch with the right person that was supposed to call me back, he told me he will call me back, we hung up. he called about an hour later and told me my fingerprints shall be received by the state in two to three days. Did not apologize , did not care. People have to get fingerprinted for many reasons and important ones.

Not really sure of all of the services that are offered here but I came in for fingerprinting for a volunteer organization that required it. Upon walking in, the young lady at the front desk helped me out and had me to completed the required forms. When I was done the person that was doing the fingerprints asked me who was it that requested the fingerprints for me. After telling her she asked the other lady to see if someone else could do it because she was going to try and squeeze me in before she left but because of who was requesting it and that may need to go through an additional agency she didn't have the time.

Uhhhhh, ok. So after about 5 phone calls the young lady was able to get someone to come to the front to complete my fingerprints. The young lady who assisted me was super nice and didn't show her annoyance, although I knew that she was and I honestly. wouldn't blame her. But I applaud her because you never show your customer that, just the people you work with. Not to mention the individual who couldn't "squeeze me in" walked out the same time as me. Soooooooo, yeah.

An absolute, one of a kind, positively, essential, and much needed organization within the Broward County Community. An excellent resource for the least, lost, left out, marginal and under-served portion of our county.
