We've had Axiom for about a year and 1/2, the techs are always nice, they have raked debris away from the house before spraying, always wear shoe covers before entering the house. Inside the home they have removed outlet covers to treat (pesky sugar ants), even helped clean up the corner spider webs.
Late summer we cleaned out the shed, a good 100 ft from the house, there were spiders EVERYWHERE, called Axiom and they came to treat the shed and have now added it to my quarterly house treatment, no charge. In the spring they are right on it for return visits if needed ... pesky sugar ants again...
