Bad real estate management company. They're great at collecting their money, but are awful at doing their part and fixing things. They play hard to get when you try to contact them and ghost you when you email them. Lack of professionalism in dealing with simple issues is outrageous. PS.: Read the reviews on yelp
Update: The only reason I was able to contact you (not in less than 24h) is because I was extremely persistent so that's not your merit, it's mine. Plus it's been over a month and still nothing has been done to fix my problem, so it doesn't matter if I got a response anyways.
