I have to say JZ is truly a nice person. My experience pre-sale was great. It was the post-sale that caused me so much headache. I started out going through JZ but he ended up going on vacation as soon as I was ready to sign my papers. I got approved for a newer used Chrysler 200 for lease under the "second chance" program. Before JZ left he sent all my paper work to another sales agent named Chuck. Chuck also was nice and like I said, I did not have any problem pre-sale. I did explain to both that I am a single mother and I can not afford to have a vehicle that does not last because of what I had been through previously with a similar situation. They guaranteed the car would be fine. I got the car on June 20, 2014. On June 21, the service engine soon light came on. On Monday, I took it back to the dealership. I heard from them on Wednesday June 23 and they said they had to send it to the Chrysler dealership. The Chrysler dealership had it until July 3rd. This is ridiculous!! Apparently it was the PCM. I was so pissed off!! I held my composure. When I finally got my car back it was still riding funny. I didn't complain as the service engine soon light was not on. I am not 100% sure what the dealership did to my car but it took my car from July 3rd to August 18th for my service engine soon light to come back on. I took it to AUTO ZONE for a free diagnostic and they said it was the PCM again! I took it to my mechanic who confirmed the same thing. So again, inconveniently, I had to take my car back to AVIS FORD to get the same issue fixed, again!!! They sent it back to the Chrysler dealership. Come to find out, in April (twice) it was sent to Chrysler to fix the PCM. Then again in June when I got it and now in the end of August. They have had my car again since 9/2/14. I don't even think it's been worked on yet. This is so absurd! I called and spoke with the used car sales manager. He was a total ass!!! His attitude was so cocky and arrogant!! So unprofessional! I am a small business owner and accountant, I would NEVER talk to my clients the way he spoke with me. I told him my short, horrible history with the car and explained that in the state of Michigan this is considered a lemon. I told him that I may have to contact a lawyer shortly because I refuse to be in debt due to an inoperable car. His reply was "so what do you want me to do, you got a lawyer"!! He told to not throw up the lawyer word. I held my composure and spoke with the manager of the business. I left him a voicemail on 9/8/14 and he called me today 9/9/14. I explained the situation with my car. I also tried to explain the situation with the rude used car sales manager. He cut me off telling me he is only worried about the car right now. He will check on it and call me back. What he fail to realize is that their could have been an even bigger law suit filed against this dealership for selling a car with such major issues. The breaks are gone as well. I have a baby. God forbid I am in the car and my engines blows while Im driving or my breaks go totally out while I'm driving and my child is in the car. That could have done major damage or even taken lives. Instead of being incompetent ignorant cocky ass holes be compassionate and understanding. If it was their families I am positive they would be handling it probably way worse than I am. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE!! Not just because of personalities but because of the damage that can come to you or your loves ones driving their vehicles!!! P.S. Any one that complements JZ or some of the other sales agents in the reviews below are getting incentives for their positive reviews.
