I purchased my 2015 Explorer through JV/Melissa (the internet sales team) and the experience was great. They were very responsive to my needs and the entire process took only a few days. I just don't have time to spend 2-3 hours in a dealership and had a few appointments the same day I was scheduled to pick my truck up. No problem, JV opened the store early and I was able to take delivery within 30 minutes-he even covered all features and SYNC system in that time.
