The ambience was superb. Food and service was exceptional. Special shout out to Mr Ayaz for the hospitality.

Dynasty food and service was excellent. Ata ur Rahman and Badar Zaman were excellent host. Keep up the good work.

Dined in at Asia Live with my clients for a breakfast meeting. Everything was amazing including the services by the team. My reservations were made by the PR Manager Ms. Madiha who guided me well and made sure my table was looked after. The SOP's were properly followed and my clients were also satisfied. A sure recommendation to all for Avari Buffet Breakfast.

"Great place good service" was my review a year ago, had a chance to visit again this week, stayed for 2 days and had a nice experience. Staff was courteous, breakfast buffet had ample cuisine choices with a nice poolside view. Enjoyed a meal at Fujiyama Japanese restaurant and had British Fish & Chips the next day. Overall it was a pleasant experience staying here.

Not Avari standard any more. Poor maintenance. Fresh linen or towels not provided every day. Food quality and service is also down by a big margin.

Poor service, tasteless food , staff keep standing in front of door for tip...when u r collecting too much money with service charges then why this disgusting tip thing....and the waiters even don't pay attention to carefully listen...even we feel ashamed ourselves...Rooms are good and neat clean but I'll not recommend anyone to stay here .....if u have standard than u should learn to maintain it

3 Star local hotel with high services, of Parsi Community, Parsi community living in Karachi since last 3 centuries

Great location, vv good hotel with very courteous and prompt staff. Very secure. For Security reasons they use the street level entrance which has a v good elevator access to front desk.they do accommodate requests for alighting or embarking from the elevated front entrance like the old days for invalids or special occasions with prior arrangements. This is not necessary as the street level is better and convenient. The pool is excellent. The rooms are good with perhaps a need to freshen up . Most guests are astonished by the glass bathroom walls that can be made opaque from the bedroom side but only semi opaque at entrance to the room. This can be disconcerting to all but the exhibitionist variety . They have an excess of pillows with many choices still to come from a pillow menu with housekeeping. People like me who travel with their own pet pillow may find a suitable alternative here.
The breakfast is vvv good. Especially the bakery items, Danish pastries being top of the world, v good dumplings and scandalously top class yogurt (Dahi) although their egg section needs to come up to speed as the fried sunny side ups and scrambled ( rumble tumble ) were not upto the mark being edge over cooked and not runny respectively. Ofcource the Fujiyama Japanese restaurant on roof top is world class with European prices, which gives most people a nosebleed. Wait for buffet offers on sushi .
They need to make the minibar free like the rest of the world's great hotels.
It is by far the best hotel in Karachi ( as other so called 5 star hotels have taken a nose dive due to non maintenance and dated stale rooms. )

The rooms and the facilities are well maintained plus some good renovations going on. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food are excellent with free buffet breakfast. The airport pick and drop is also available. Our stay is always comfortable. We salute the excellence of the management and the owner.

Great place and service. And also on good location.

We had a great experience during our stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing, excellent staffs specially well served breakfast by Mr. Furqan and Mr. Abbas... well done guys , also the house cleaning by Ms. Nazia is the best she s so polite and helpful. As a whole we had a very good time there and would surely love to stay here again

It is a 2 or 3 star hotel with a lot of facilities and good food. A best place for holding meetings and seminars/conferences

I visited Avari tower in December 2018 it is the most luxury hotel its food is delicious and also provide good service

Hotel is great but the service is too poor..... Especially the house keeping staff. I called the house keeping staff to clean the toilet and replace the old wet towels with new one. They didn't clean the toilet and the room as expected by me, and they didn't replace the Old towels with new ones poor sevice

Amazing hotel. I always stay here in this hotel, safe and very clean! Appreciate their assistance and accommodation. Appreciate Mr. Imtiaz, the restaurant manager, very friendly and ready to serve! I highly recommended this hotel. Excellent and super clean! My family enjoyed staying, and it's like our second home.

Superb hotel. In my last few visits i have noticed that the parking is a great issue. Avari s parking is small, mostly occupied with the offices housed in Avari. The valet also refuses to park as the parking is full. The option remains to park the car on the main road, unattended and at your own will. At nights the parking is relatively easy. Recommend people to use Uber during the office hours while visiting Avari.

Had a very pleasant and memorable time at Fujiyama restaurant and also had great customer service from Mr Abdullah Jalil, ambiance and Japanese and Chinese food variety.

A very good experience at Avari Towers Sky Bbq dinner buffet. Food was excellent and very delicious with many varieties. Staffs including Amin and Ayaz are also very polite and respectful. Also a very good environment with open air view and overall it was very excellent and too good.
