With more business, the services of Avari has been declining. Poor room service and overall its getting worst

Very expensive with no customer service level. Security arrangements are just for show up. When I was there ceiling fall down about 2 inches away from me . I called customer service immediately but I was waiting for their response for 10 minutes then I went to reception personally to fix the issue. Most of the times they forgot to keep soap, shampoo etc in the room.

4 weeks od staying away from your home is a little difficult but the staff at Avari were determined to make me feel at home from the time I got up till the time slept. Their exceptional service deserves a round of applause:

Breakfast
Being greeted with a lovely smile and all the sweetness by Ameen sb and Faisal coupled with the perfect soft blonde omelette by Gina and Yousaf -thank you guys for making my day start on a high note.

Launch
Gul sb, Faisal and Ameen would strive to make me comfortable and provide the best in class service while Mashkoor, Furqan and Altaf would run around the place to serve the warmest rotis and the coldest drinks. Thanks guys for making me feel the way I did.

Dinner
I've already posted a review on that. May that be the roof top or Dynasty - the service and quality of food has been exceptional.

Laundry and house keeping
This chacha in laundry service is excellent if you have any clothes that are stained and you've tried all your luck at home and nothing worked - he is your guy.
Last bit of gratitude to Tanveer the guy who has been making my room. Exceptional speed and effectiveness!

An excellent hotel ! My second stay here and I can't resist anymore. The staff are extremely courteous and professional. They go out of their way to make your stay welcome. The food in all the restaurants is amazing. The rooms are well designed and everything is thought of. I highly recommend staying here. The Avari is a family run business and the personal care shows. Keep it up guys

Services were good but Food was not that delicious as compared to other restaurants in Karachi..

Always have a wonderful stay at the Avari. All the staff are wonderful and treat us with special care and attention. On this trip, Arif in the exec lounge gave wonderful service.

Love this old hotel. Have been living 100 meters from here since the pas 37 years and have lots of memories. Staff is good and they have maintained the place. Excellent location and good restaurants at this hotel.

Went to the valatines day dinner. Food was lovely,good variety, v.nice ambience.

We had our Annual Dinner last week at their Indus Extension Hall Beside Pool side.

Environment was good and staff is cooperatove as well.

Food was good. Specially chicken Qorma. View at Pool side was also good.

In sweet dish, their carrot halwa was great too along garak garam Gulab Jamun. Love it.

Stay is good. Staff behaviour is also good. During breakfast MS. Sana and other staff members helps to find out any thing or privide if any thing is claim to have eat. Really impressive and wish to stay again if come to karachi.

Wonderful food

I visited once for a seminar but atmosphere inside this place is outstanding, antiques were available, fresh air was passing through. A wonderful mixture of natural resources and artificial intelligence.

Very professional staff, very cleaned room and support from them. MR Javed room boy very supportive and thanks to MR Amir for great hospitality.

The food was amazing at Sky BBQ. And also the staff member Abdul Jaleel he was very nice and well maintained and the chef did a great job overall a great experience.

My family and I have been staying at Avari Towers Karchi for about a month. The rooms are spacious - my family is using a 2 bedroom suite for a family of 4. In case of any issues, the staff promptly responds and attends to our needs. The breakfast has been amazing with a variety of continental and traditional choices. We have been greeted pleasantly by Shakeera and other staff here who have looked after our needs at breakfast. We have also been using the room service pretty regularly and the service is great. In case of any errors with food orders, room service will fix any issues if and as needed. The pool and gym are cleaned regularly. The table tennis area is somewhat dusty but the table does get cleaned upon request if not already cleaned . Thank you Avari Towers for making our stay a pleasant one. We look forward to our continued stay for the next couple of weeks.

Avari is a classy hotel n has an ambience of peace n tranquility unlike other 4 star hotels that have fame but lost their class over a period n time

I was on short trip to Karachi & choosed Avari Towers for my stay. Considering current Covid-19 situations Avari Towers have managed very well, i found so many hand sanitizer dispensers. Room was properly sanitized. I appreciate the honesty of staff, i forgot my wrist watch in side table draw & after 3 hours of checkout Miss Taniya Khan called me & informed me that my watch is safe with her & housekeeping department. I appreciate Mr.Nishat who actually found this and submitted with Housekeeping.
Though I'm frequent guest of Avari Towers but everytime i stay I get good feelings.

We were looked after by Arif at Dynasty restaurant. The food is probably the best Chinese in Karachi. Their steam fish and lemon chicken are super tasty. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Must visit for those who love Chinese..

I have a wonderful experience to have breakfast in Avari towers. Mr Furqan hospitality really delight me through his behavior and overall service.

Had lunch buffet there yesterday. Food was good but excellent service by the staff, especially the young man who was serving our table Alick.
Also a few days ago I was there for snacks at the coffee shop. Again, I have to praise the management.
Such good people they have hired. It makes the customers feel welcome and special.
Furqaan served us and he was just very pleasant and polite.

Bad experience, truly disappointed. Bad food, bad ambiance bad seating. Service was more like a road side cafe than a four star place. I went to the Dynasty restaurant.

Especially, the lounge at 10/F is a very nice and relax place. You can stay there to enjoy the complimentary snack and a beer there. The supervisor, Mr. Arif, who works there is a nice guy. He maintains the place not only clean and tidy but also sincerely serve the guests.

The dinner on rooftop with music is fantastic experience and the views are adding to the savoury taste.

Ataur rehman was the person who was serving us in the avari tower because of covid there was a outdoor setup and we really enjoyed the quality of food here pool side dim warm light was the good idea to have dinner here i highly recommend all tye people here

Pretty good experience. Does, however, feel an overkill at times. Not much to complain about (except maybe the glass door of the bathroom)! But maybe I'm old fashioned. To be honest, it's just way expensive and the food isn't exactly the bang for your buck.
