It was good..but the room service was very slow..we had a good breakfast in Asia Live where the prompt services by M.Furqan delighted us alot.

Exceptional service.
Very cordial staff at reception who checked us in.
Security staff at entrance is highly sensitized to their duties and doing their job very effectively.
Nice and helpful staff (specially Ms. Shanti and Mr. Shazad Sardar from room service), clean rooms (thanks to housekeeping staff always being readily available especially in evening) and superb food options
All was good.

It's a good place for staying, meetings, and Business.

Huge communication problem, saying that, who am I as a guest to expect my language to be a priority. Not enough staff for the simple things, like collecting laundry bags early morning. Food and facilities are excellent!!! Saying this, it's all during this plague. I must mention an elderly lady at reception who will bend over backwards to make your stay more comfortable. Again...this is a covid experience.

Amazing experience at Japanese Restaurant. Nadeem and team were so remarkable for their hospitality and service. Especially the chef M. Mansoor has magic in his hands and now I am counting my days to visit here again.

Its a buffet resturant n hotel i haven't stayed there but resturant is good enough.

Dynasty has been our go to Chinese place since long, food service and ambiance is spot on. Service by Arif and co is excellent and are very attentive servers.

It is a nice place for the whole family whether you want to stay there or you want to enjoy quality Japanese or Chinese food at their different Restaurants or on weekend enjoy Asia live food serving variety of items.

Had a wonderful stay of 3 nights, staff is always willing to help to make your stay comfortable.
The staff members such as Rashna, nargis, Abu bakar and yasir are really more than up to the mark.
I will definitely stay again here upon my return inshaAllah

I got to visit this place last year for a Sunday brunch and our tummies were all full with their cuisines. Chefs are experienced and perfect epitome of mastery.

Spend some time there and you all fall in love with this true beauty.

Had a lot of fun while dining in open air Pakistani restaurant. A must to do thing when visiting Karachi or living here.

Asia love brunch is one of the best brunches in the city

Sadly disappointing service and hotel's condition, Avari requires a major rehaul in terms of room quality, service and the overall feel of the building (water seepage showing in the walls). Rooms did not have enough light, Non-smoking section accomodated smoking guests, housekeeping was poor and upon request only, food via room service was poor in taste and quality ( only the pakistani range was edible). All in all, the 7 night stay ( and we took 4 rooms), wasn't worth the fortune we spent at Avari.

I and my family often visits Dynasty Restaurant and also took our local and foreign guests there and we all love their food. Especially the service is fantastic and very courteous. Mr. Hameed, Waiter, from the restaurant always serves us with extreme care and attention.

Dynasty food was very good in taste, service served by staff specially atta ur rehman was quite better, we are satisfied from avari services.

Had an amazing Dinner at Dynasty! Our server was Mr. Ata ur Rehman. He was very friendly and cooperative. Really enjoyed our dinner. Will surely come back soon!

I am staying in awari now i have a great experience here i enjoy alot and they have great service mostly the cleaning depart did very well here the boy name M.hanif is great on doing his job his so respectful person. And also dhanraj at laundry service did well and the zakir who manage the orders did so so well thanks all of them to make mh stay well . so just book awari hotel to enjoy your stay well thanks.

Went to Sky BBQ at Avari towers with manager Ayaz. Ambiance was wonderful and the all the food was delicious with a great value for money. All SOPs were followed by the waitstaff.

Arif Masih is an excellent host, very kind and hospital.

Awesome place specially Mr Furqan was dealing well with customers

Not satisfied with service. Initially receptionist ask for two CNIC's we are four people and they charged for two additional breakfast. Every room has occupancy for two persons. At the time of checkout they excused for providing two id cards and give reason cannot enter in the system.

Charging upto the competition of international standard but standard is far behind. So called politicians are ruling and people have no option.

Dynasty Restaurant. We had a amazing experience. Excellent food and superb service by Shehzad Sardar and Masroor. Keep it up!

The buffet wasnt up to the mark. I went there on last Saturday and I asked twice with the female representative that I am here for dynasty buffet and she told me.that this.is the same buffet. Later on I.came to know that this tent was of Asia Live and due to some renovation there was no dynasty buffet.
