Amazing service freindly staff and beautiful nails every time!

Very professional service, quality work, good prices, flexible! Never have to wait long, even when just walking in.

It is claustrophobic in the pedicure area in my opinion. I got a deluxe pedi ($45) and was done in less than an hour. They also charge $1 for the packet of product used for the $45 pedicure. In the town I live in, a deluxe is a lot of massage and very very relaxing, I went with four other people who got regular pedicures and we got done at the same time. It was ok. I don't live in the area so likely won't be back. It was hot in there also. Definitely not what I am used to.

I feel very safe there because of the cleanliness And their responsiveness to the present situation. The owners have definitely taken time and thought into making it a safe place. Thank you Tom.

I was a walk in on a Saturday morning and they didn't hesitate to squeeze me in. I had a nice relaxing pedicure in less than an hour!

This is the best nail place out there. They have also been very sanitary and have taken precautions for their customers and employees safety through this time. I was able to relax and enjoy my experience seeing they were going above and beyond to keep the place and equipment clean. Everyone wore their masks appropriately. My sister also couldnt make up her mind what she wanted done and kept changing her mind and the were accommodating and polite about it. Kim is also the best!!! I just love the professionalism from all the employees. Very well ran and organized. Can't brag enough!

Great first time experience getting a basic Pedicure, but with exceptional treatment from PC! He does a wonderful job and went the extra mile, thank you!

I have been coming to Nail Perfection for since 2002. I have seen this business grow and add many clients over the years. I was watching and estimating they serve maybe 300 clients per day during peak times. All the staff and the owners obviously work so hard to accommodate everyone and provide the best possible service. Sometimes there are hiccups but I honestly think it s because they are trying to serve so many people and give everyone what they want. Megan, Mike, Liz, are amazing. It is a treat to come here for my mani/pedi.

It's a very small, very very very crowded place, but they do good work, prices are great and the man that painted my 5 year olds fingers and toes for her birthday was wonderful! He talked to her like the nail artist would've if I got MY nails done. She was the customer ( I sat and watched) he made her feel very special on her birthday :)

I cannot say enough great things about Nail Perfection. From the moment I walk in, I feel like family. They take excellent care of you from start to finish, always in an efficient manner that doesn't feel like you are rushed at all. I'm thankful for their service in my neighborhood!

Adi did my nails and did an amazing job! She really took her time and went out of her way to put an extra base coat on my nails to prevent breakage because they re very thin, which no one has ever taken that into consideration when doing my nails before. You could tell she really cared about giving me the best manicure she could!

I like Nail Perfection because it is reliable, odor free (unlike some establishments), and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My granddaughter, daughter, and I have been getting acrylic nails, gel nails, and pedicures.for a few years. I can always count on Kevin for great nails and a fun time.

I've been coming here for over 5 years now, off and on. Each time, I get great customer service. I've sampled their spa with getting facial waxing and facials. The Aestheticians always do a great job, and are very thorough. I love that their nail technicians are from all backgrounds. Most of them truly enjoy their job and you can see it in their work. I love that. I've gotten gel nails, acrylic, manicures, and pedicures. I can honestly say that each time, I haven't always loved my nails, but I can appreciate that when I am explaining what I want done, they listen and do their best to accommodate, instead of doing what they choose to do. Most times I come out pretty satisfied. I give them 4 stars, instead of 5 because they have created an environment of comfort for any service given, but I am not always satisfied with every visit's outcome.

Great service! They keep a large amount of Image Skincare on hand so your must have products will never be out of stock.

My first visit. Nail tech complained about my nails the whole time. I wanted them clipped to original length since they had grown since my last fill and she said it would be an extra charge! Only one option to dry my nails, and that is the ultra violet light which I researched as being harmful to your skin

My acrylic nails that I paid FIFTY NINE dollars for fell off in one day. When I went back to get them fixed the manager was extremely rude and denied me service.

I come here often. Great place. I love that they can always get me in. Every staff personnel I've encountered has been very nice. Wvwryone is very accommodating.

The most amazing pedicure with Amber today. She was gentle on my toes and the massage was perfect. Staff is so friendly. I'll definitely be back regularly!

Love this salon. You can walk in most times or you can make an appt. You do need to remember they cannot add a tip to credit card charges, so bring a cash tip if you plan to use a credit card.

Today was the first time I ve been to this nail salon. I enjoyed my previous nail salon but this is far closer for me. The front desk staff was very friendly. When I first arrived they were extremely busy and rather than having me wait, they asked if I could come back at another time. I came back and was immediately seen. Tisha did a fantastic job on both my pedicure and gel manicure. She was very detail oriented which I appreciated. Definitely will be coming back.

I never really take the time to review anything but I just had to for STACY. I asked for long coffin nails and showed her a picture of what I want. She did exactly that. She took her time, shaped my nails to perfection and length is exactly what i asked for. She always checked every angle to make sure my nails were perfect!! She's my go-to girl from now on! Will always go to her!!! I'm in love with my nails and already sending some of my friends her way because they love my nails as well! Thanks Stacy!!!

There is almost never a wait. Most of the time, I like to zone out while getting my nails done. I never feel pressured to keep up a comversation here.

Totally worth it. I came in for the first time in october and got a full acrylic set coffin shaped by Paula and everything was perfect. The next day the thumb nail broke in half and I came in to get it fixed free of charge. I dont remember her name but she was amazing too, seemed like a manager though. Fast forward through wear down to ovals, i cut and filed them down to my natural nail by December and they grew out a good amount. I came back Dec. 14th and got them soaked off and didnt want to mess up the growth so i decided on a dip powder set. A different girl did it this time and it was also perfect. Everyone I've met there has been so sweet. Its now January 16th and one is just now starting to lift off my nail and I'm just trying to find the time to come back for a new color

Gel powder application is not the best. All other services have been great! Would go again, but not for powder.

Wow, while I ve only been here once - I felt compelled to write a review. I had an appointment at 3pm. I still waited over 15 minutes but - it s Saturday and crazy busy so I don t ding them for that. They have a pretty nice system of getting people in and seated and assigned to someone. Diane did my pedi and she is literally the first nail tech in the 2 years I ve been struggling with an ingrown nail to talk to me about it. Everyone seemed really nice. It seemed quite clean. And wide array of polish choices. I will gladly drive a few minutes out of my way (I live in South OP) to go to a salon this awesome. I can see why it s highly rated. I ve had some BAD experiences at some high end salons paying twice as much! I highly recommend. They just made a new loyal customer. (:

This is my favorite nail salon! Nice nail techs, good prices. Very busy and bustling, they just did some renovations to add more stations, so it's not necessarily a relaxing spa experience, but they do good work and are responsive to issues and complaints. BRING CASH TO TIP they don't take tips on cards.

I have been going to Nail perfection for almost two years consistently. Though I believe everyone is awesome at their job my girl Sophia does a fantabulous job EVERY SINGLE time. I get compliments literally every week about how great my nails looks and it makes a girl feel good!

I ve had the pleasure of working with Tabitha. She is a very friendly woman and I appreciate her attention to detail. She listened to me and delivered flawless nails (which almost never happens anywhere else I ve gone In the past.) I will keep coming back to her as she has earned a client for life.

I was referred to this shop by my fiance's mom. My first time coming I had the best experience. Even though it took a little longer than expected I was 150% satisfied. The guy that did my nails was so nice, & payed attention to every little detail. He made sure I was happy every step of the way. Helped me with my drink & all... :-)
My second experience the lady was in a rush, & once it got to drying my nails she bolted out the door before I even got a receipt of how much it would be. My fiance knew I wasn't happy & asked for help. This lady (my super hero) came over took one look & escorted me to her desk to fix my nails. The manager came over & looked & apologize. At the end of it I was satisfied, & left happy. I thank you guys so much. As for the lady who helped me & stayed after closing I really appreciate you helping me when you didn't have to. Thank you!!

I have been going to Nail Perfection since they were in the Mission Mall. The owners, Tom and Kim are the best, however, when Tom and Kim happen to be out of town there are lots of other great techs to take over and do a great job too. Many safety precautions are in place during the Pandemic: masks required, temperature taken, updated the Salon air quality and plexiglass shields at all tables between tech and customer as well as between chairs for pedicures. Very clean and safe. I highly recommend anyone that needs a pedicure, manicure or nails of any kind it's the place to go. Cost is comparable to other nail salons but a sure thing for good end results. Many techs to choose from that are great and fit your personality, it's a relaxing, therapy session for me.

I'm a regular at this place. Won't go anywhere else.

Was great. Could have charged me for a manicure, lady I had was named Tabitha. She said I really didn't need a manicure so I was really impressed with that, because they could have charged me like $50 and it was only like $25.20 cuz I didn't get the manicure and they were honest.

Teresa is more than my nail tech, she is also an artist and my therapist. This place is such a gem and so is she! Highly recommend!!!

Nail perfection & Spa is the only place I will go to get my pedicure & manicure! The staff is always friendly & professional. They have gone above and beyond to make sure their costumers are comfortable and safe during this COVID issue.

I had to change my previous 5 star rating after today - pretty sure I won't be back here unfortunately. The last couple of times I wasn't very pleased but my last visit I got a gel manicure from Keith and it looked HORRIBLE! A week later I'm back trying to get one of my nails fixed but ended up leaving because the tech seemed bothered by trying to match my existing color. Time to find a new place

Friendly staff and even though they are always busy they will make a spot for you. Average prices and a variety of nail and spa services. Bring cash for your tip!

Diane is a perfectionist! 4 Stars because I hate smelling acrylic chemicals but otherwise love this place.

I like their seriousness and commitment to keep staff and costumers safety, however the service the man that attended me I didn't like to much he was very nice but burnt me a lot with the drill and I didn't like his application method applying acrylic he's messy

08/27/2020 (today) a nail broke literally popp d off and my cuticles are soar I went in Tuesday (8-25-2020) this is the third time I'm not liking my service here and I'm so disappointed the previous time the nail tech literally did my nails in the dark (power went out) and it showed my nails were horrible.
