What a great facility that treats our local VA residents with complete respect. Love this team!

My brother was a resident there for a short time and poor patient care!

Residents given excellent care. Staff is very nice.

Family member was Totally neglected.the staff is careless. they didnt bath my family member within a week. there was no appropriate care. Does not care for her such as taking her to the bathroom. In fact if we didnt show up she wouldnt have gotten a bath. we also heard that my family member is not the only one being neglected around here. This is a horrible place and no not send your family member here.

My Aunt is currently at this location; she is neglected.
For example: one day they gave her food 1 time, she was not fed the other 2 times and never gave her pain medication. Their reasoning was they ran out of pain medication.
Example 2: One of the nurses on duty was so extremely rude to my Aunt that my cousin (her daughter) was doing all she could to not scream at this nurse. My cousin was worried that they would be abusive to my Aunt once everyone left.
Example 3: Today (05/11/2015 my Aunt has been pushing her call button since 5 am for pain medicine and it is now 12:00 pm and no one has showed up to give her the medication.

This place is the worst but I'm sure everyone working there is getting paid good money.

If I could give zero stars I would. Patients are left to lay in bed all day, beds did not have sheets on them, the smell was awful with urine. Only 4 people came to the dining room to eat, nobody came to bingo, one person came to the chair yoga class.

Autumnwood is a wonderful facility. The quiet home like setting is very comforting. I have worked at this facility for almost ten years. I also bring my family to Autumnwood for care. My aunt, uncle, and one of my cousins have all been patients here and they have all had a very positive experience. The nursing staff is very caring and compassionate. They also have a wonderful therapy department! All of the staff at Autumnwood go out of their way to provide excellent care for their residents. It's such a wonderful feeling to be able to go home at night knowing that your family is being very well taken care of. I will continue to bring my family here for care. I highly recommend Autumnwood for all of your healthcare needs.

I was at this facility on 10-9-17 visiting my father in law, who receives somewhat adequate care. However I over heard one of the residents ask if she could have a shower, that she was supposed to have one over the weekend and did not receive one. She stated that it had been a week since receiving a shower. The nurses aid said I'm sorry your not on the shower list. As much money as this facility charges it's residents you would think that if you wanted a shower you would be able to get one, instead of being told no I'm sorry your not on the list. To me that is not acceptable, and I feel bad for this person to have to go over a week with out a shower.

My experience with the staff has been very positive. They are always friendly, smiling and willing to help anyone. I would certainly recommend this place for rehabitlitation or long term care!

Autumnwood welcomed me with open arms as their director of nursing a year ago . Many staff members live within the local community and have invested many years working at Autumnwood to build a knowledgeable team that strives to provide personalized care . Let our family care for yours .

I can't believe they way they treat their patients, aweful!

This place sure went down hill all you see is the staff going out to smoke all at once. Not the same as last time.

Went there for therapy after my knee replacement i was there 11 days I had therapy 3 times and it was walk to the door and back. I had 1 shower In 11 days and my sheets was never changed. On the 28th my husband called a squad cuz I was in so much pain and I was sepsis. I was transferred to Akron city and I had to have a new knee surgery the next day. I now have a pic line and I have to have 6 weeks of IV antibiotics. I'm in summa rehab hospital and I have a blood clot. All I can say I wouldn't send my dying dog to this place. I hope they get shut down!!

I have worked at Autumnwood for 23 years. I have had many family members and friends come to this facility for their care. My family will continue to choose Autumnwood. The staff really care for their patients and families. This is a wonderful facility.

This is a great place....
If you want your family members neglected and to be degraded by staff. They forget to feed residents and make them sit in their own waste for hours on end to they can smoke. The administration staff are the only people that leave positive reviews on this place because they are the ones that are able to scam residents out of their money and pay themselves. Disgusting and dirty!

Staff is over worked and under paid. There are good ones and bad. When I was there the food sucked. I told them that. So for my next two surgeries I went to Smithville western. My thanks to the good ones

This place is filled with smiling faces and makes you feel like your at home!!

This is place is terrible! No one cares unless state is in the building! It s also filthy. Please do not take your family here. Go to Smithville western in Wooster! Much better staff and it s clean!!

I just love this place the employees are all so welcoming and attentive. And they answer call lights in a timely manner. I highly recommend Autumnwood. And the therapy department are awesome. If it's just rehabilitation you need the therapy department will have you up and walking in no time. I would like to shout out a huge thank you to Autumnwood.

My father was neglected at a facility before coming here and improved within 24 hours. This facility & staff cared diligently for him during the last weeks of his life.
