Nice guys at frontdesk, but there was an issue with our contract...asked for supervisor, but he was more interested to take his "lunch" at the back next to us (4PM o'clock). Having 15 lines with maxis for my company, thinking of canceling them.

We was buying phone huawei p30 pro (contract) zerolution buy 1 get 1 phone for free from the staff name zoey onn.we dunt know the spec everyting about p30 pro... N the stuff dont story us bout the spec and the very important thing that phones are not supporting by Google...after we going back n open all the box to instaling apps all cannot support by google. .. Only selected apps are suport... We went back to the maxis store at pavilion the staff likes cant do anything and very disappointed the manager even do nothing about this... Didnt out with solution.. We will do a police report and trbunal report for this case

Service is too slow .. just convert old card sim to 4G..staff amicable too long..then 1 hour 45min wait..staff not customer friendly..for sour & nozzle .. go bluecube celcom..upgarade line & take the fonts..then it takes less than 1/2 hour..will want to compare between maxis and celcom..it's far la..service from celcom staff better..staff friendly & customer friendly ..

Please do NOt subscribe to the Maxis Internet. Service is damn LOUSY. Then when you want to terminate because of the LOUSY service and LOUSY INTERNET SPEED (subscribed to the 300 mbps plan and ended up speed is only 40 mbps after running the speed test) you must pay RM 500. They take almost 1 month to get bck to you to check on the problem.

Hi, I had to resort to this because I have made a request to cancel my broadband and it has been more than a week without action. I am overseas I have been communicating via twitter. This is my ref no: C24229758. I am sorry that I have to resort to making a complaint here because so far there has been no action or confirmation that it has been cancelled. I have already paid the last owed payment and I do not want to pay for it again because I have stopped using it. So tell me what now? After the first day Maxis said that they will call me within 24 hours, it has been more than a week!! And I do not want to pay for further costs on this....

Proper training is needed. Clients are not always right. But you should be professional while handling your clients requests when their requests are reasonable and being nice to you. Try not to bully clients who are nice, only.
