Don t put anyone you love or care about here this ...

Don t put anyone you love or care about here this place is horrible unfriendly staff is just plain snotry and not welcoming at all they talk about the patients and make fun of them and their visitors the nurses roll their eyes when a patient is in pain or needing help if the patient doesn t want to take a medication they keep trying to force it on them by sending other nurses in to trick them and act like they don t know what the med is or for. Then the nurse says she is gonna slip it to the patient this has been reported and we were told that this nurse would no longer be around the family member and she has been coming in the room and dispensing medication after the administrator had us to sign form also the food sometimes looks like they are just throwing scraps together when they are getting paid from the state the wound vac isn t put on or working properly the snotty nurse acts like it s a issue to change it cause it takes time. And family member got a couple sores and the nurse told them she would be alright cause she didn t wanna write up a wound report one of the worst places I have seen. Will be making a report to state DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THESE PLACES MORE ABOUT THE MONEY THAN THE CARE

I came from the hospital to be transported here to...

I came from the hospital to be transported here to Bath Manor. The night before at the hospital I was at. I saw the reviews for here. Now I'm really not wanting to go there because of the reviews I had read. Let me tell you. I have had to go to a nursing home twice before after major surgeries. I did not like it there. So based on past experience and the reviews I had read for Bath Manor. I was very much dreading coming here. After my stay here I want to say. I hope I never have to go to a nursing home again for any reason. But if I had to,I will be requesting to come back here. The first day that I arrived here the staff here so welcomed me to be here. It really took me off guard how very nice everyone was. They have a weekly to monthly menu. They give you so much food here, it's impossible to say your still hungry. If you do not like what's on the menu for that day. They have another menu you can choose what ever you want from that list to eat what you would like. I came in here as a Trac patient. The respiratory team here is awesome. Joe and Maureen are the two I had almost all the time. They are Wounderful. The nurses I had to care for me on a regular basis Lovely, Stephanie, there is another night nurse her name is Cathy. But one night my sugar was dropping, I asked for The nurse. She asked what I wanted I told her. And what would help and she brought that plus I believe it was part of her lunch here at work. It was home made and I so enjoyed the cake. The PT AND OT staff here is also great. And lastly but not least the two main aides here I had was Geneva, and Andrea. They are both awesome. The staff here is real good to help you to get what ever your needs are from meds to something to eat. Or to a listening ear. Also one day I was pretty discouraged and down, and a staff member named meme came to me to tell me something so personal. She had no idea to what I was going through or what I was feeling. But she just felt in her heart to tell me 4 words. Those 4 words money couldn't have bought what she said. And it so lifted my spirits up. I told her then what was going on, for her to understand why she felt to tell me what she did. I would very much say to bring your self or your loved one here. I actually enjoyed my stay here. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT BATH MANOR. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! They also have a wounderful social worker here. She was very helpful in helping me to get ready to leave her and my stay here. As I go home tomorrow 8-27-20.

Nothing but praise for Bath Manor on Smith Rd. My father was there after a wound hospital from a massive stroke . He was taken good care of by all .. even the other patients told me how they look after him. Once the feeding tube came out he ate everything and enjoyed it . Our goal was that he come home and use a walker to take care of his personal care.. they were met and exceeded .
The determining factor in picking this skilled nursing is the faces of the other patients ,. they smiled and felt free to mill around facility even in the nurses work stations . The staff ...from administration to nurses and nurses aides and therapists and kitchen staff were all friendly snd professional and went the extra mile when needed .

I have been working at Bath Manor Special Care Centre the past 2 1/2 years. The past 6 months as the Activities Director. It has been a privilege to provide purposeful and engaging activities for the residents to participate in. During this time of COVID things have changed from the normal, but my GREAT staff and co-workers have pulled together to put the needs of the residents first and care for each and everyone of them like are own family. The employees work hard to make sure all the residents needs are being met and take time to interact with them daily. I am proud to work here amongst such amazing people ( residents & staff)

I can't figure out how to get my name on here as a user but this review is from Tamara Moore. I stayed in this facility for two weeks during the holidays and have nothing bad to say about any care I received! All of the nursing staff was caring and knowledgeable and the nursing assistants were helpful and prompt when answering call lights. I always had a clean room and the food was actually not too bad. But I must say, the reason I was there was for physical and occupational therapy and the therapists were amazing! Overall, I had a positive experience at Bath Manor and would recommend this facility to others. I am a medical assistant and am aware of what kind of care should be given and expected and it's definitely given here! Thank you!

A terrible place. My family member wasn t even there longer than a day and she fell off the bed, she said she wasn t attended to throughout the entire night (she used the bathroom on herself because she cannot get up and needs the assistance) and she was left that way through an entire night. I do not recommend this place so if you know someone staying here pay close attention to how they re being attended to if they cannot defend for themselves.

This rating should be less than one star. This company does not pay their employees. I know first hand being the significant other of an ex-employee. She had to quit because of no paychecks for 6 WEEKS, which she is still owed. Everyone wants to pass the byck saying they know noting about it. But all information is stored and recorded in the computer system for proof.
Do not seek employment though this crack head company.

If some corporate j@ck@$$ wants to contact me about the truths of whats going on there, please do, I'll come visit you for 6 weeks back pay. PAYABLE ON DEMAND! GRACE PERIOD IS OVER, AND LATE CHARGES AND INTEREST WILL BE ASSESSED AS WELL.

I have been here six years and have loved every minute of it. I fell in love with Bath Manor when I first got here, they made me feel right at home. Everyone here is nice and friendly. I loved my private room and the view I had. Before Covid we would go shopping, out to dinner, and go to the movies. I like the picnics we used to have and the games that we played outside. I will miss visiting all my friends I have here and the staff that became my family. I am sad to leave but I am happy to be able to go to a assisted living. Therapy has been wonderful with rehabbing me to be able to help myself again in the community. Bath Manor will always be my home and have a special place in my heart. I plan on coming back and visiting as soon as I can.

My mom Betty, said they always watch who your talk...

My mom Betty, said they always watch who your talking to and listen what your saying,. If you have something bad to say about one of those "mean helpers," they take 20 min. To get there to help you. She has a bad heart, I seen her push the light and it honestly took them 20 minutes to get there. They tell my mother" LIGHTS OUT LADY, NO PHONES, NO TV", at 10:00 pm, even though she wasn't going to bother anyone, she has trouble sleeping sometimes and her nerves are bad. She shouldn't be there, but, since she can't go to her own assisted living right now she has to stay there, you should think twice. If they pay you $9.00, you will bring in "low workers" that are willing to make "that type" of wage. The workers walk through the halls like they have no where to go in no hurry at all, unless you kiss there butts and tell them how wonderful and great they are super, fantastic, stupendous, they feel appreciated..then you get better service. They should pay those stna higher wage, then they might help a little more, maybe, just a thought.

My sister is in Bath Manor and this place is HORRIBLE the room has not been cleaned for several days and I had to clean dead bugs out of her bathroom, the nursing assistant said he has 40 patients by himself, my sister had her call light on for 3 hours. Her daughter ask for a broom to sweep the floor by the way we never got the broom and we ask 4 times. Then my sisters bed broke and we were told they could not get her another bed or fix hers until Monday and today is Friday the nurse named Deanna had the WORST ATTITUDE EVER!! I would not put a dog in this place. We are moving my sister!! If you care about your family members DONT put them in this place!!

My father has been there since Friday and I m so disappointed in the care he s received! After being dropped off by the ambulance we waited over 2 hours and I finally pushed the call light, which took over 15 minutes to get answered, because not 1 person had come in! You d think there d be someone to welcome a new patient or at least come in and apologize that they couldn t be right in! Yea right! Instead I got an attitude! Not many friendly people at this facility! In just these few days my dads attitude has become negative and sad! One nurse acted like an airhead, she gave him a pill and when I asked what it was and what it was for she she said something then says no, giggles and says I don t know! After these few things and many others I called the administrator who asks if I ve had a bad experience at a facility before, what would that matter? Would that make how he s being treated ok? That was a stupid and unprofessional question! They do not check to see if patients need changed like they should! Twice now, the smell has been so bad they put fans in the hallways! The floor says they re short staffed and the administrator says they aren t, let s get it together people!!! Put yourselves or your family members in the place of the people you re caring for, how would you act and care for them then????

One if my family's friends mom was there. She passed away not to long ago and she had ammonia in her one lung. During the night she was never watched and they gave her fluids, which she wasn't throwing up or things to make her not have fluids. When she was in the room with her roommate. The roommate got bed bugs and they moved them and thrown her dad's ashes. This place is horrible.

I have worked here for 20+ years. The teamwork here is amazing which helps us to recognize any problems and take steps to correct them as a team. Customer service is always at the top of our priorities and focusing on our residents and what we can do to make their stay with us more enjoyable and treated as we would all like to be treated.
