Viewing and initially getting the vehicle I wanted went very smooth here. My salesman (bob) was great to deal with and was very polite etc. My issue was with getting what they owed me and their bad finance practices. I was owed the second key (which was in another location for some reason) and a cargo net for the back that was missing. It went from a couple days to a couple weeks before I got them and I had to constantly call to get any sort of update. The biggest issue though was that l I got my 10 day payoff amount the day I left with the vehicle and it wasn't paid off for over a month. This resulted with me paying 2 more payments on the vehicle I no longer had so I wouldn't get impacted negatively (fees, missed payments on my credit etc). After the first 10 days I called just about every day and was repeatedly told the owner was out of town so I'd have to wait for their return. No date. No time. This went on for weeks and was annoying and I didn't ever get a call from them with any update. When the vehicle was FINALLY paid off they didn't pay the amount agreed on in the paperwork. They called my bank and got the 10 day payoff after a month of them having the car so after my 2 payments went through. After multiple calls and visits they agreed to give me the difference of what they paid and what we agreed on. This still left me close to $100 short due to the daily interest I acquired after the initial 10 day payoff amount wasn't paid on time. Their reply was "it's your responsibility to take care of your payments until it clears". Overall, I wouldn't recommend due to the poor customer service from everyone except my salesman. Never again. I'd take my business elsewhere.
