Maureen was my salesperson. I loved her laidback professionalism the moment I met her. She was welcoming and accommodating and put me to ease as I searched for a car. After I was approved for financing, Lane handled all the paperwork. I was impressed with his organization skills. They both are great at what they do. I am a repeat customer and my experience both times was excellent. I highly recommend autoPROS not only because of the great people that work there, but also because of the great selection of cars. I have a great car and I'm so excited! In the future when it's time for another vehicle, I'm going back to autoPROS.

Very disappointing experience with this dealership When first looked at car at the dealership was contacted 3-4 times per day until I decided to purchase the vehicle Their quotes for additional charges on their website was different than what was actually calculated at the time of purchase Had spoken with sales person and was assured that closing cost was what was posted on their website Financial person had over 200.00 additional charges on the application They did decrease the actual cost of car to reflect the charges that was posted Unable to find 2nd key for car and was told that it would be sent to me within one week past purchase After numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach salesperson by phone and text finally was told that they could not locate the key but would either get another key or reimburse me for second key Again after numerous attempts to get response got the second key at another dealership which the salesperson suggested that I do and of course did not receive any reimbursement I live in another state and again contacted them several times to get the title so that I could obtain tag and registration in North Carolina Received the info 5 days prior to temporary tag expiring after calling the dealership for several days in a row All in all this was a disappointing experience and would hope that any that should choose to deal with AutoPros has a much better experience with them

Competitive prices, friendly staff, and quick turnaround considering what was accomplished. They even helped us switch my baby s car seat to the new car! I was disappointed in how I was treated by the customer service employees in the service department. Good customer service is: a smile and greeting with eye contact, not continuing 4 minutes on a phone call while the customer stands there awkwardly. Good customer service is: when you give someone an appointment time, and they show up on time, you quickly begin to assess the vehicle. It is NOT telling a customer you will get to them in an hour and then 3 hours later, when the customer has to call you for a report, you say the technician is just now driving the car to assess the situation. Good customer service is NOT telling someone you drove their car 55 miles (yes, 55 miles) and decided nothing was wrong. Good customer service is: asking questions to get to the bottom of what might be wrong.

Yes my car is still "slipping." And I bought it just over one month ago at AutoPros. Good customer service was not offered at Autopros in Columbia today. I'm disappointed.

If I were forced to describe in one word the level...

If I were forced to describe in one word the level of customer service that autoPROS Columbia provides it would be Executive. It has been over a month since Steve Inmon helped me to purchase my new (to me) car and Steve (and anyone else at the dealership) still answers the phone as if it s the morning I am scheduled to come in to buy it. I happened to have chosen a car that had recently gotten on the lot, autoPROS had not had time to do the work they usually would to prepare a car for sale. As part of the sale I received a sheet stating that at no additional cost two of the TPMS (light was on) sensors would be replaced and three dents (grocery cart type) that were on the car would be repaired at no extra cost. autoPROS has went so far as to help with transportation in order to lessen my inconvenience for it not having been done by the time of purchase. With large purchases I have always had buyer s remorse and wondered if I could have gotten a better product or a better price. With autoPROS there was no sour feeling at any point in the process or after purchase because all numbers and prices were up-front. There was no four-square scheme or sliding commission and autoPROS offered a fair price on my trade. I am confident the vehicle I bought I could still, a month later, go trade in elsewhere and get the price I paid for it. In previous experience with big-name dealerships and very small gypsy lots not only have they played pricing and financing games and/or offer extremely low trade in values but they have taken weeks to process DMV paper-work which means that tags and registration had not come for a month and a half. With autoPROS I had my new tag and registration in two weeks. I believe autoPROS Columbia with the help of great people such as Steve Inmon is the best dealership you can buy a used car from, they are small enough to care about each customer and each car coming through the door but also large enough to have or be able to acquire any car you are looking for and be able to fully service it for as long as you own it, did I mention free oil-changes!

Horrible. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra from Ace....

Horrible. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra from Ace. Ace was a super nice guy, and new to the business, which I can understand. Everyone else, including Chuck (the manager) have been doing this for a long time, and should know what they are doing. Well, I've given them several months now to correct all the issues I've had. I've called and texted several times with different people to let them know what the problems are. First, we spent HOURS in the dealership after getting "pre-approved" online. When I say hours, it is not an exaggeration. We were there for over 4 hours. In all that time, and while we were in the finance office signing away, no gas was put into the truck, and no detail was done on the vehicle. To his credit, Ace gave me cash out of his pocket for gas, which was nice, but only $10. They certainly didn't fill it up. They said to come back later and they would take care of it, but I'm 30 minutes away, and that's just a pain. I wish that's where the problems ended. On the way home, the radio began to reset randomly. A 2 minute google search revealed there is a TSB on this issue. This should have been taken care of before they put it up for sale. I called and let them know. "XXXXX (the general manager) will call you back about that". No call. Yes the truck is still doing it, because Toyota wants money to reprogram the radio.
Another issue brought to their attention was that the KEYS DO NOT UNLOCK THE TRUCK. They said "come and see our 'key guy' on Tuesdays between these hours"... Well you know what, 1. I shouldn't have to do that, and 2. That's completely inconvenient for me to drive over there and do that. But you know what, I tried. The "key guy" wasn't there. Yes the keys still DO NOT work in the truck. The battery in the key fob (only got one) died a few days ago, and my wife was stuck at home and couldn't get to work. 8 hours of pay we will never get back.
One issue that actually has been taken care of is they took about 28 days to pay off my trade. I've purchased my fair share of vehicles, and I've never had any reputable dealer take more than about 15 days to send a payoff. It was aggravating getting collection calls for a car I didn't possess anymore.
I would not recommend purchasing from them to anyone. The people there appear nice and helpful, but just don't follow through. I'm not sure if they just don't know how the car business works, or it's purposely deceitful.
So maybe someone there will still want to give me a call about the keys and the radio, even if it is months later without fixing it.

So I never heard anything after this review, and finally sent an email because my phone calls were being ignored. Chuck calls me back, insuring that all my issues would be taken care of. He said once again, "I'll call you back." That was two weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything since. I've tried to contact the GM, Chris Andrews, but he won't contact me back. So, if anyone from the dealership happens to read this, ask Chuck to call me back. He will know who I am.

UPDATE:
I gave my real name through the BBB, then "Randy" decided it would be a good business decision to post "He was not the actual buyer. His mom purchased the car because he was denied". That's libel, as we both purchased the vehicle together. I'm not posting my full name and phone number on Google for thousands of people to see. You know exactly who I am. Stop playing games. Have you really treated that many people horribly that you've lost count of who was unhappy? Maybe post your name and I'll call you. Chuck, Ace, Bryan, Chris Andrews, and "Randy" have all failed not only as good businessmen, but as decent human beings.

UPDATE:
Again with putting my credit out there, huh? I'd delete that if I were you. My mother and myself were both supposedly approved the night before per Chuck. "Man, y'all won't have any problems. Just come in and sign and you're good" were his exact words. But, that's hardly the issue here. The issue isn't even the gas. You fail to address the real issues, which is the company's inability to keep their word.

Buying a car from autoPROS Columbia was such a great experience. While everyone we talked to there were nice and attentive, Zino was one of the most personable and warm (not to mention incredibly knowledgeable and genuine) salespeople I have ever encountered. He told us like it was while also being encouraging throughout the whole process. The salespeople don't work on commission nor is there haggling, which took a lot of the stress of the "car buying game" out of the equation.

I cannot recommend autoPROS Columbia and Zino enough!

I had a great experience with AutoPros here in Columbia SC! I've bought my fair share of cars and have not once met a team this willing and wanting to help. I got a tour of the entire place, while being introduced to everyone we came across. I have found that to be wonderful and RARE! The car I fell in love with, my wife, son, and I were sure we couldn't get into, close but not possible. Mr.Garcia MADE IT HAPPEN! I have never bought a vehicle from a dealer. I've never spend more than about 4k on any of my vehicles. I was tired of having unreliable transportation so I decided if I was going to spend a lot of money (10k+) I was only going to do it on a truck that was everything I wanted, including price. I searched the Web for months trying to find my perfect truck. Finally I came across it at this little dealership called AutoPros. I want to mention it has been well over a year since I purchased my 05 canyon. I wanted to wait this long because I didn't want to write a great review and a week later regret it. Well I DON'T REGRET IT AT ALL. I absolutely love love love my truck. The staff is AMAZING!!!! I came back for an oil change since they do free for life oil changes and while I'm waiting they brought me an extra key fab for my truck. If I ever have to purchase a vehicle again I WILL GO BACK TO AUTO PROS FOR ALL MY VEHICLES. I was extremely skeptical of any dealer but now I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE BUYING A VEHICLE. If your unsure and dont trust dealers, give AutoPros a chance. Trust me I waited over a year to give them this review just incase something happened with my truck and it has never let me down. AUTOPROS IS THE BEST AROUND. THANKS AGAIN GUYS, I STILL LOVE MY CANYON!!!!!

Hands down if you are looking for a great deal and a easy auto purchase experience autoPROS is the place! I cannot stop bragging to everyone about how quick and easy these gentleman worked to get me not only in a very nice vehicle but the right vehicle for my family and I. My sales(gentle)man SHANNON was very attentive to what I wanted in a vehicle and in addition very knowledgeable about the different vehicles that autoPROS had to offer. In the end SHANNON found me a better vehicle than what I had initially picked for myself (which I absolutely love by the way)! There was absolutely no haggling on the price and unnecessary pressure to purchase from these gentleman. RICK and SHANNON worked together to find me best purchase price and terms. I could not have been happier when I left the dealership, I was completely blown away! I will not purchase a car from any other dealer other than autoPROS and I suggest that if you want a overall great experience go to these guys, go to SHANNON! SHANNON, RICK and CHRIS thank you guys so much for a great car buying experience! Did I mention that this great experience lasted only about 3 hours, from the initial hello, to the test drives to receiving the keys to my new (used) vehicle! Quick! (Food for Thought)

And again, no response to my vehicle issue OR the money you failed to pay me for my last week. Trust me, no sour grapes here. I am so much less stressed. Only issue now is the shop that repaired my gear shift box refuses to answer or call back.
***update*** so what is a 6 car month in comparison to 8? Also I have given you 2 Google reviews. One on my vehicle which you still have failed to address or do you not have to since I no longer work there? Remember that was service work YOU asked me for because I was looking elsewhere because I figured this would happen. And now this one as an ex employee who was NOT PAID and terminated April 1st (the start of the month) for poor performance when I sold a car that day. Makes sense since I asked about FMLA leave and was told you don't have to comply since you have less than 50 employees 3 days prior to terminating me for my wife's health issue. I guess if I needed time to get a residence card renewed I could have taken the two months though, right? You guys preach family but do not care one bit about families unless it is your own.

In response to the owner: yes I did work there for 13 months. Often times the 1st on there and last to leave. But we did buy the Lincoln from your lot and your warranty and check your system, you guys did the work after you asked me to please let you get the insurance work.

My wife had been battling health issues WHICH YOU ALL knew about. She was scheduled for a huge surgery on April 10th which took a long time to get approved through the military because she is active duty. Although the sales manager sent a group message to all sales staff clearly stating "he did not give a damn what we were dealing with at home..."

On April 1st she showed up to the dealership with a hospital bracelet on and needed a driver so they would give her any pain meds. I was finishing up with a customer so I made her wait, putting your business first and her health second. After the customer was squared away, happy and on the road in their new car I was granted permission from both the floor manager and the sales manager to take her to the hospital, like that should have ever been an issue.

Up on reaching out to your sales managers everyone avoided my texts and phone calls until I finally put 2 and 2 together. I finally got a hold of Chuck and he said I was being terminated for poor performance. It was my first time beneath 10 cars and I sold 8. You have a guy on your staff now with years under his belt and he sold 6 in one month, makes sense.

The real messed up part is you did not pay me for my last 3 days of employment, the two radio ads I wrote for you or a bonus I hit from the previous month and paperwork was signed off on... and let's not forget, this was really about my 2013 Lincoln MKX originally before you mentioned employment.

Chris Fookle and Brian Ward were wonderful to work with! Purchased my car on Saturday and have been back twice in 2 days (mainly due to my paranoia). Most dealerships do not provide the same level of customer service after you sign the papers. That is not the case at Auto Pros of Columbia!! I still can't believe the price I was able to get on my new Pathfinder Platinum AND was very happy with what they gave me for my trade in. Highly recommend!

Today I had one of the most positive memorable customer experiences from James at Auto Pros Columbia. I called the company and did not leave a message, I decided to just swing by the location. While I waited for pick up by Enterprise I received a call back. The call came while I had already checked in which had me in awe since I did not leave a message. Needless to say your call doesn't go unnoticed. The service center looked at my car to diagnos what I describe as a groaning noise. After being check by two mechanics it was determined that the noise was from the tires which were winter tires. I was charged $0.00. This was an awesome experience for me and I would recommend Auto Pros to my family and friends. Thank you James for making sure that I was taken care of!

This was the easiest, most pleasant buying experience! I had visited many dealers both used and new, walking in I had low expectations but I was so surprised!!
