I called up the store after finding a car I liked on CarGurus. Christian answered and agreed to meet me and show me the car that day. He was very friendly, helpful, and displayed excellent customer service from the very beginning to the end. I bought the car quickly because the price was too good to be true & I had a great experience working with Christian. The car needed a few adjustments so Christian kept me in the loop with when the parts would arrive. I am leaving town so he was very good at giving me a status of what was happening. I dropped off the car when the part arrived and they were able to install the part for me immediately. I appreciate the speed and ease of working with autoPROS, the good customer service, and pleasant nature of the transaction! Thank you!
