Traded in a vehicle which I still owed money on. Auto pro was supposed to pay trade off due to me buying a vehicle from them. After a few weeks after purchase I receive phone calls from collection agency saying I'm late on payment of the car I traded in. It took me two weeks of calling auto pros to get trade in paid off and every time I would ask them to return my call they wouldnt. When I did get to talk to someone they could not give me an answer on why it took so long to pay trade in off. They didn't even seemed concerned when I told them collection agency was calling me. Never had an issue like this before in my life but they lost a costumer who does by several cars. Also don't fall for them saying they give money to people who recommend them cause they screwed my daughter out of that
