My experience with the dealership and Travis H. was simply amazing!!!....Everyone is polite and hospitable. My encounter started over the phone with Travis he is very professional and down to earth...when I came on-site straight from the airport from work travel..it only took a couple of hours the process was smooth and easy..I met his manager and Junior in finance who are truly good people...to my surprise my NEW car was wrapped in a red bow with red carpet leading to my car. I recommend this dealership to everyone!!..Please come out and ask for Travis!!..

Had a recall for leaf springs and a mechanic didn t return all lift kit pieces back, only returned my blocks. Manager said they couldn t do anything about it when clearly they could have handled the situation by just giving me it back. Never again will I go here again!
Offered me 8000 on my car when two other dealerships offered 16000. If you want to be lowballed and have your time wasted this is the place to for you.
As always, I had a great experience with AutoNation. Duston Greenway, is a great advisor and very thorough with everything. AutoNation will always be my go to for any service. (2018 Toyota Rav4)
My sister and brother-in-law recommended this place and they did not disappoint! When my car broke down they couldn't wait to tell me about Carl Davis. He was charming, funny and very helpful. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Our finance guy, also named Carl, was great as well! Will definitely be telling my friends and family about this place!
The Service center is crap, no customer service, this was me giving the place a second chance only to see it's still crap. I would stay away from their service center and travel to cobb county or else for your toyota care.
I leased a 2016 Toyota Rav4 this past week and I could not have asked for an easier car-leasing experience. The customer service was fantastic- everyone I dealt with was welcoming & accommodating- and, most importantly, I ended up with exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend AutoNation!
Terrible buying experience. Bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler 4x4 with 47K miles which appeared to be a great deal. After taking it to my mechanic of 11 years(same company I've used for all my vehicle purchases), this Jeep needed maintenance ranging from differential fluid changes, leaks/gaskets, plus cv and ball joint replacements. The estimate was $3,500 in repairs. This Dealership decided not to complete the repairs, so I cancelled the transaction within the 5 day window. If you decide to purchase from this dealer, then I HIGHLY recommend having a thorough vehicle inspection. I always spend $100-$150 upfront for an inspection for this very reason.
Very friendly and attentive to providing quality service. I was acknowledged by multiple Service Managers when I got there to ensure that someone was helping me.
I think it is absolutely ridiculous it takes two hours in the middle of the day on a Wednesday to get my oil changed!! This is the last time I come here to get my car serviced!
A very bad experience! I would give a Zero if i could. They had a price online that was ~8k lower than the actual price they were offering the car!! False advertising at its best. Classic car sales. DO NOT DO Business with this establishment. Additionally I have read responses to bad reviews from AutoNation saying the customer should reach out to the GM but shouldn t the AutoNation Thornton Road GM reach out to us THE CUSTOMERS to make things right?
Went in to trade my car last Sunday. The experience was awesome. The team of Elias, Winston and Will were amazing. They were patient and very knowledgeable and ultimately guided me in purchasing my new car. Can' t say enough about this team. I would not go anywhere else.
Co Co Jackson made the purchase of my new Camry an extremely easy and an enjoyable process. I will definitively refer my family and friends to her for their new car needs.
This time the customer service was excellent! First couple of times was not a good experience but it seems they have stepped it up and I was impressed. I was greeted immediately by two gentleman and they were very friendly and professional! Thanks Auto Nation. Great customer service
I didn't know what to expect, but as soon as I pulled in Daniel spoke. I greeted him with a smile and told him what I thought was going on. He took me to my seat, and Auto Nation Toyota took over. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Great job Danie...Thank you so much. Great job Toyota.
Everything about my car buying experience was excellent! They gave me more for my trade in than KBB said. My salesperson also drove 2 hours to pick up the silver Toyota Rav4 I wanted. My salesperson Lamin was also very knowledgeable about the Toyota Rav4 and explained everything about the SUV before I test drove it. Great experience!
Do not purchase a use vehicle from them! Bought my car on a Wed after Labor Day it was in the shop Sat of the same week & been there since, its just started to be worked on, it took me to call corporate for my warrant to be placed in the system. I had to go seat in the Service Mgr & use car Sales Mgr face to get anything done. My salesman Brad did whatever he could to assist me but it was out of his hands.
I received friendly and professional service from the service department at the Thornton Rd. Jamay took great care of me. He was responsive before during and after service. He is a real asset to the team!
Be careful with buying any type of warranty with them. They place emphasis on the years of warranty for an up sale but not on millage. Please don't waste your time purchasing an extended warranty with them do your own research on this. The warranty is a pure gimmick. When you get there to get you car service they want to charge more than copay to service it.
You have a great team of advisors and technicians that took excellent care of my car. GREAT employees gave me an exceptional customer service experience!!!
I had an excellent experience at Team Toyota in Lithia Springs because my salesperson, Joseph Fallin was AWESOME!!!! I really hate buying a new car because the process can last for hours even days, but Joseph meet me at my car and I told him the car that I wanted and the price that I wanted to pay Within the HOUR, I was the owner of a new Highlander!!! I did not have a hassle or bend over backward to get the price that I wanted for the car But most of all, he respected my time, he was very professional and took care of my entire car buying needs I will always buy my cars from TEAM TOYOTA Margie Melissa Jenkins
I was scheduled for a service maintenance on Friday 8/31, when I arrived, a gentleman in a gray uniform greeted me so pleasantly. He engaged in a conversation with me, made me feel appreciated that I was there. I dropped my car off for at least 2hours, my service person Chris called to tell some of the recommendations that is/was needed for my car. When I arrived, Chris was helping someone else and one of his colleagues assisted and gave me some helpful hints until Chris was able to close me out. This goes without saying that everyone was extremely helpful and courteous and I greatly appreciate those guys for making me feel appreciated.
Thanks to the gang for providing a shuttle when I needed to run errands while waiting for my brakes to be done. I only wished they'd remembered the carwash they promised me. But I'm still happy.
I went to have my 2016 Camry serviced for a upcoming trip. I was very satisfied by the customer serviced I received from Mr. Dave Howard. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain and to listen to me feedback. This is also the fastest service I've had since I've been going to AutoNation since I bought my car. Wonderful experience.
3 hours for an oil change with an appointment made in advance on a slow day. You kidding me? I could ve done it myself twice. Edit: when my car was ready, the service rep apologized and adjusted the price to save me $30 because of the inconvenience. Thank you.
I couldn't ask for better customer service! This Service Center really goes the extra mile to accommodate your needs. Fast service, great monthly specials, and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Can not say enough about the ease of leasing a car from Auto Nation Toyota. The level of dedication taken to deliver exceptional customer care was phenomenal. From the curb, to reception, to finance and all points in between the staff made it apparent they were at work today for their customers. Matt Metts is by far the guy to see if you are looking to purchase or lease a new Toyota. He made it the easiest car buying experience ever by listening and hearing what I was in the market for and making it happen. This staff easily gets the "How To Be" award!
I went to Auto Nation Toyota Service Department to have a bulb replaced and to have a recall part replaced. The service department advisor was professional, helpful and courteous. It took less time than he had predicted. I was happy and felt confident that the work had been done properly. I always get my repairs done here at this location.
I meant to write this review years ago. My parents and I have been loyal customers of Auto Nation Toyota Thornton Road for about 3 years now. I've purchased 3 cars; My mom -2; My dad- 2. Every time, we've worked with Gary Escoto. He's very transparent throughout the entire purchase process. Service is always thorough and quick. There's a great play area for the kids in the showroom. My son always asks to stop by the "car house" so he can play. Overall, the only reason I can see not buying from them anymore is if I switch from Toyota. Thanks for the awesome service over the years!
The best experience I have ever had when it comes to car buying! PLEASE GO SO MR KEVIN ECHOLS FOR ALL OF YOUR CAR BUYING EXPERIENCES! He is very knowledgeable about all products, he is very helpful in the decision making process, and works very fast to get you in and out.
Awesome customer experience! Very friendly and approachable, I scheduled an appointment online and it didn t register but he helped me immediately to get serviced and within a reasonable time! Would recommend!
I have had a wonderful time here looking for my next car! Tevane and Wesley have been AMAZING help with being patient with me and getting me the best deal they can, especially Tevave. She has been so helpful and has taken a lot of time and effort and put it into getting me the best deal and making sure I have been comfortable and satisfied with everything. I will most definitely be recommending as much people as I can!
We had an unfortunate situation of lost keys. Billy worked hard to get us new keys made as quickly as possible. We really appreciated all his efforts. I was also impressed with the very clean, roomy and comfortable waiting area.
My husband and I received great service here, very nice people and they worked with us to get just what we needed. Need a car? Go here and ask for Kevin, nice Christan gentleman.
The team delivers again! Diane helped me with an upgrade from my previous purchase and the experience was fantastic. She is remarkable! Her patient, no pressure approach made shopping comfortable. She listened to my top interests and showed me the best upgrade for me... including the color. The team showed good customer service again too. I will continue to work with and refer people here.
******** 2019 This was truly 5 Star Service. I narrowed my choices online before arriving. My Salesman, Jay, was ready for my test drives when I arrived. He was knowledgeable and very professional. As soon as I made my final choice, he and the Finance team member, Wesley, had my documentation started. They had me out of there in record time for a dealership. I usually have car-buyer anxiety. It didn't happen at all working with them.
Kudos to Colin too! I'm already looking forward to my Toyota upgrade.
Wow !!! I am really thankful for having such a great experience with autoNation . Ms Mercedes was Exemplary!!!!!! She satisfied all my needs and got the car I wanted .I Would highly recommend! I promise you want be disappointed!
TERRENCE CARTER IS A WONDERFUL & EXCELLENT SALESMAN @ AUTONATION TOYOTA THORNTON RD.
Thanks to AutoNation Toyota off of Thornton Rd, and especially our salesman, Terrence Carter for providing excellence and courteous service on the recent purchase of my God Mother's 2020 Toyota Camry with only 13 miles on it. The experience was both personable and inspiring as Terrence carefully walked us throughout the purchasing experience. He made my Godmother feel very comfortable and special as they both talked about her experience as being the first cosmetologist/ hair stylist at Rich's Department store. Again, He also explained all of the finance options and honored the online advertised pricing. Again, Terrence is a jewel when it comes to professional service with an honest approach to sales. Thanks again for supporting our requests. Dr. Will Todd, Jr.
My service advisor Jay was amazing ! In && out in just a few hours ; all questions answered thoroughly && in layman s terms . Super friendly && helpful . Will definitely come back !
I recently found that I have been trading at the wrong dealership for more than 25 years! I used the Internet to eliminate the past experiences I've had buying a car. I knew exactly what I wanted & what I wanted to pay. Out of 5 dealers, 2 quoted a price, and AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road had the truck I wanted. Howard Peyton was very courteous & professional. He was able to discount a Tundra for me which elsewhere said was impossible. I will definitely return to AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road for future purchases. Walter Enyart Acworth, Ga.
My experience at Thornton Road Toyota was nothing short of terrific. I was in and out within 30 minutes. My service technicians name was Ricky. He was friendly and courteous. The waiting room they provide, is one of the rooms I've had to wait in, Plus the television was on HGTV. I strongly suggest Thornton Road Toyota to anyone in the market for a car.
Purchased my son s new Corolla from Ishmael Cross at AutoNation. The entire experience went very well and I would recommend Ishmael and Auto Nation Toyota, Thornton Rd. to help you with your next purchase. Very seamless process, no hassles and all promises kept.
I had a great experience with Raquel Munnerlyn. Unlike many service representives, she helped me figure out what services I needed. Often times representives don't explain what services are needed and don't assist in helping you create a plan that works with your budget. I'm a senior and I must plan all expenses . From now on, I will schedule my service visits when Raquel is available. She is a great asset to your Dealership.
This was my fourth purchase here. I've always had fantastic service but this time was very different. My last purchase was totaled by a family member and I had to purchase another vehicle in a short timeframe. I settled on a used highlander. Before I made it back home, the oil change indicator and tire pressure lights were on. I was assured it was an easy fixer and took an hour from work to have this "10-15 minute" service performed. I was there for an hour and a half before I made them track down my car. The salesman didn't have them put anything in the computer, I believe he was tying to keep the repair out of the system, so it took several minutes to get someone who knew what was going on with the vehicle. It needed a new spare which had to be ordered. I was to receive a call in a couple of days. I didn't. (Also my oil change light hadn't been reset). A week later I contacted the salesman who said that the tire had arrived and set up my appointment to have it replaced, another quick service he assured me. My husband took it in. Our salesman was gone and no one had any clue what was going on. They hadn't checked his company emails so my husband had to show screenshots of emails to help them figure out what needed to be done. He was there for two and half hours before everything was fixed. The dishonesty of the salesman and cluelessness of the company was shocking. On a side note- we had purchased GAP coverage for our totaled vehicle. Toyota is now telling us it will likely not cover all of the vehicles remaining balance. Just FYI to anyone considering GAP.
I took my car in for damage estimate and regular maintenance. Josh was readily available, although I showed up earlier than my appointed time. I appreciate the professionalism and care given to me and my vehicle. I love this Toyota location!
I was called by dealership to set up car maintenance at service dept. I am from Hawai'i so not familiar with area..and live over by Alabama line. I said what exit do I take? Exit 41 south or Exit 44 south?
He said "It's the Lithia Springs Exit." Me: So is that Exit 41 or 44? Autonation: Lithia Springs Rd.
I go eastbound on I-20. Exit 41 says Lithia Springs, Lee Rd.
I take Exit 41 rd and go south--I drive and drive and drive..finally running into Fairburn RD. I have No idea where I'm at so turn, hit median strip accidently, hubcap goes flying. So I have to NOW stop on busy road, put on emergency flashers and walk back down median strip to get my hubcap. I finally get turned around, go back north to I-20, get on I-20 E and take the Thornton Rd, Austell Exit.--EXIT 44. Toyota is about one mile south.
I'm in pain, not feeling well, now late for appt PLUS now have to have car aligned in addition to paying $240 for routine maintenance...and yes, the yellow icon for low tire pressure is STILL on.
When I said "Why was I told wrong exit..I was told "OH that's not us! That's a call center!" I guess it's NOT their problem that the people at the call center can't give correct directions.
Tire pressure. The label inside my car door says to put 35psi on front tires and 33psi on back. Yet they showed me they put 35 both front AND back. Why? No answer.
Can anyone recommend a GOOD Toyota service around Atlanta GA?
Mamadu , showed excellent service and was very willing to do whatever it took to help me with the sale and final questions . Excellent service great salesman
I was greeted upon entering the door by a very nice receptionist named Blessing. She offer to call a sales person to the floor as I was looking for a specific car. Enter Mary. She seems nice and walked me to a table . I sat and she came back with paperwork. I apologized and said I was not interested in completing any paperwork I would just like to see the car. She completely ignored what I said and started asking me the questions on the sheet. I advised again I was uninterested in this process and she got frustrated and walked me to the door to explore the lot myself. I figured I would find it on my own since she never offered the location of the car I questioned. Walked the whole lot and never found it. Their loss. I m a cash shopper.
Worked with Franklin Edward and Matt had horrible experience. They confirmed one price over phone, email and changed completely after I got there.!i even asked before I head out from Nashville they said yes. They had me for more than 2 hours at their store and finally got quote 1700$ higher than what we agreed on emails and phone. Said this is best they can do. Their plan is to get people to the store with numerous number of lies and they think people buy it at whatever price at no choice. Worst place, horrible and rude people. Cheating and trapping customers to get their business but I finally walked without buying car and ruined my 9 hours drive and spoiled my entire day. Even google reviews seems to be fake as well. Stay away from this place!!
I worked with Edward.... he s amazing! He has so much compassion it is almost unreal for a car salesman. Continue to be your authentic self Edward! Management he deserves kudos, best customer service award and bonus that your company gives.
My experience was absolutely wonderful. I was in a situation to purchase a car suddenly and I had no idea what I wanted. Czech was very professional, informative and had a lot of patience, which is why I chose to purchase my car from here at Toyota in August. The car is wonderful and so was the service so far, its been almost two months. I highly recommend purchasing here.
Hi! I want to say I ask Ms. Parks about how I go about sell my old car she told me an I didn't it got approved in 3-5 mins. I want t I'm say thank you Ms. Parks for the great job an good communication was helpful an great.
Buying experience was good. Service after that 100% poor. The car that was purchased stop running shortly after thereafter. After three attempts to get it repaired we were told that "if the car is not driven daily, the battery will run down." REALLY? ! After owning several cars (even the 'newer' cars with sensors) this has never been an issue. And just who would buy a car that MUST be driven every few days to run properly? So, next stop will be the Better Business Bureau and the attorney. We are will aware of the GA Lemon Law...there have been multiple attempts to resolve this issue - to no avail. Actually, there's been nothing but a run around given. I will continue to come back to this review engine to make sure this post has not been removed or altered. If needed we will go to media outlets to get this resolved....though we shouldn't have to.
If they can t manage a simple email address list how do you think they re going to do on your car?
Confirmation emails are your friend people! Customers enter things wrong or clerks have fat fingers. Email list programs ALL have protocols to allow recipients to confirm email.
I have hit unsubscribe days ago and they are still sending emails. ALL Toyota dealerships are pushy. Consider this before you get in a relationship with them.
Big THANK YOU to Mr. Joe Brown for helping me purchase my first vehicle this week! He answered all of my questions and made the whole process go as smooth as he could. I would most definitely recommend going to see Mr. Joe if you re in the market for getting a new car! #firstCar #firstTimeBuyer #SmoothTransaction
I had an excellent experience with toyota on Thornton Road, Chris Helton went above and beyond to help me with my car issue...I would recommend him to all my friend.
Couldn't be happier with my purchase experience of a 2WD TRD Sport Tacoma at AutoNation Thorton Road. I had searched for a week trying to find the one that I wanted and couldn't locate it anywhere. Jhoniel Nuez in the internet sales department was more than helpful in finding the exact truck that i was looking for even going so far as to pick it from another dealer to deliver it himself. I loved the purchase experience and the fair pricing. Not mention... I LOVE my new Tacoma!!! Awesome!!!
did a great job on car but service advisor got me a cursey driver to take me home because the wait would be 3hrs. after done with my car he call me and said he couldn't get me back to the dealer to pick up my car! i've just move here don't know anyone so i had to take uber to dealer (what was a recall cost me money}
We started looking for a cross-over SUV and were interested in pricing and test driving 4 different models. We did the Edmunds and TrueCar research and started getting tons of calls and emails from dealerships! Wow! Kevin Echols, the internet sales manager, at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road, responded to one of our requests and cut straight to the chase with great prices on 3 vehicles on his lot. The Rav4 was the only vehicle we had had an opportunity to sit in/test drive of the 4 models we were interested in and we loved it. Once we got Kevin's pricing there was really no question on wasting any time on the others. We pretty much went straight to the dealership (40 miles away, right after church), corresponding with Kevin via email the whole way. He answered all my questions and was waiting with the vehicles all ready to test drive as soon as we got there. We decided we wanted the Rav4 Limited that had everything we wanted on it and got a great price on it. Kevin worked hard to get what we wanted for our trade-in and the deal was done. We have bought a number of cars over the years but I can say this was truly the best, the quickest, and the easiest process we have ever had. Kevin even made sure to sync up our phones to the really high tech entertainment center in the car and reviewed with us all the highlights of the vehicle before we left. We never felt pressured, we always felt Kevin was being straight with us, and we really felt that it was a win-win for both parties. Isn't that what everyone wants? A really good experience where both parties win? We would highly recommend AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road and Kevin Echols. Be sure to ask for him!
Financial Department no problem, smooth and understood . But the price of the car went UP on the day I reserved it . And I was given a remote with no face and a weak battery . Remotes don't cost that much, programmed or not .
I waited for 4 hours for an oil change and to have my brakes checked. This is the only place I go for service. I admit it was on a Saturday, but I think that was still too long.
I had a nightmare experience here buying my new Toyota Camry here on 11/13/19. I had a terrible experience with Sales Person Dwight. Insulting the two people s cars I was with, demeaning, and rude. I even had to tell him to go away because I was done dealing with him. The sales manager had to even tell him to walk away because he was getting in my face. I spent 7 hours there on the first day, gave them my deposit, and told me to come back tomorrow because the car needed to be delivered from a different dealership. Second comes, the dealership calls me at 7pm to tell me the car is ready for pickup. I get there at 7:15pm only to wait for their detailing team to clean the car for 1 hour. At 8:15 I go out to inspect the car, and it s not even the correct car I had bought. They then attempted to pin it on me, trying to say it is the right car and I just didn t know what I was talking about. They then tell me they will attempt to get me my correct car, saying there is no promises. I go home with no car, and giant waste of time. No car on day 3. On day 4 I get a call to tell me that my car has been delivered. I arrive to the dealership and inspect the car, and there are scratches all over it. I then wait for over 2 hours to even sign a single piece of paperwork for the car. It was not fair to the customer (me), and the way I was treated was deplorable. Thankfully, I had a nice Sales Person Nailah try and save the deal. She is the only reason why I decided to buy the car from you guys. If it wasn t for her hundreds of apologies, I would of found a dealership who actually cared. She is the only one who cared about any of this situation. Thank you and have a good night.
