My wife and I bought a used Toyota Sienna from AutoNation Toyota a few days. Josh Almond was the sales rep. who made it happen. He did everything possible to make sure our buying experience was great and for that, we truly appreciate him. He went out of his way to make the deal happen.
Everything was going great until we encountered Will Payne, the Finance manager. He got so upset because we would not accept to buy the two year warranty plan he was trying to sell to us. He just got loud an rude and treated us so disrespectfully. He paints a very bad image of this dealership because just about everybody we met prior to meeting him was so nice and worked hard to get our business. When he swiped my card, it declined because my bank wouldn't allow the amount without me calling them first. The way he talked to me about getting approval from my finance institution was appalling. I don't know if he was having a bad day or something, but was very rude and shouldn't try to force people to buy something they don't want to. He doesn't know my financial situation and as such should not be angry when I refuse to buy what he is forcing me to. I would not want to deal with him ever again.
It is very unfortunate because Josh was such a nice guy but we still left the dealership with a very bad impression because of Will Payne.

I have always had great service at AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Road. I want to thank the service manager that serviced my car (Christopher Drummond ). He went way Beyond my 9expectations. On the scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest I give him 11.

I would recommend anybody that has a Toyota to have maintenance service or repair done at this location.

Ornella helped us find the perfect Tacoma and she also worked with us on the price and trade in value until it was right where we needed it to be. Thaell Avila was our salesman! He was wonderful. He worked numbers both ways we needed to see them. He found the truck we were looking for and made the deal happen. Very exceptional customer service at AutoNation Toyota! The showroom is clean and nice. Popcorn is freshly popped for your partaking, there is a play area for people with small children so they don't get bored while waiting. This was a good purchasing experience. After purchasing my car, they took the EXTRA time to show me how ALL the features worked. My Toyota Camery is 2015 and it's fully loaded with every feature you can image, push start, sun roof, navigation, charging pad, heated seats, Bluetooth and that's just to name a few.... We are happy to write about our experience at AutoNation Toyota and working with their team. We used USAA for our funding, which connected us with the eCommerce Sales Mangaer, Edward Buck. He sent us upfront pricing which made it easy to choose your location because we saw the car/color that we liked and knew what we would get it for. He answered my questions within 2 minutes with each email, and quickly set up an appointment for us with Yolanda Shannon. When we walked in, we were able to sit down and wait for her, get started on paperwork immediately, pass over our keys for the trade in, and begin our test drive. Yolanda was simply wonderful, pointing out the features of the car without pushing the sale on us, and we quickly left on our test drive. This was great because we were able to bond with Yolanda about both being from Michigan, and the test drive felt like a true drive with a friend rather than just driving a few miles in a new car. It gave me the opportunity to feel comfortable in the car without overthinking it, and it felt less like a transaction and more like an experience with Yolanda and AutoNation.

After the drive, we waited for a little bit for our trade-in appraisal and financing portion of the visit to be completed, and part of the portion that we waited, Yolanda sat with us as well which made the time go by. I certainly think it helped that we had all of our financing complete with USAA before we got there, but we were in and out in less than 3 hours which was a big bonus for us; my husband has spent 5 hours at a dealer before and given that this was my first time purchasing a vehicle, it was a nice suprise to have the process move quickly (or at least what felt like it was quick).

Of course, we love the car, but the impression of Yolanda Shannon, AutoNation, and Edward as well, is what will make us return customers to your company and location.

I went in to AutoNation to check out the 2014 Highlanders and came out with an Avalon. My salesperson Melvin Arnum was very helpful and kind throughout the entire sale. I don't like the idea of spending my entire day sitting in a car showroom and going back and forth for the best deals but guess in the end if you have what you want at the price you want it may be worth it. I ended up buying a 2014 Avalon and the Manager was so helpful. He did everything to work those numbers so I could get into that car and I really appreciated that. Everyone in AutoNation Lithia Springs store that I dealt with was polite and professional. Great Job and please keep up the good work!!

I am a loyal Toyota owner and I have toiled over leaving a review but I just had to. I took my car in to get a tire replaced, warranty, in January. They had my car for over three weeks. During the time they had my car I called six to seven times, most times having to leave messages on voicemail or receptionist stating she was passing the message on. Regardless I never got a return phone call but when I did speak with someone I was told that my tire had not come in yet. After the third week I was beyond irritated with the process and it was at this time I was told that we will put a tire that fits your car on so that I can get my car back and they would call me when my tire comes in and they will replace it. I asked, why wasn't this offered to me previously, no answer feasible. This was in February, fast forward to today 3/29. After calling and leaving messages, getting my rep once, the receptionist twice, and the voicemail twice no one has given me any further updates on my tire. All of a sudden today my rep says let me check with parts, oh it's in when can you bring your car in? I'm a little perturbed but I really don't have any other choice. My frustration is this: It has taken over two and a half months to get a tire replaced; I didn't get any calls or communication updating me on my car; I didn't get any return phone calls, except once; I didn't get any type of timely resolution or concessions for being without a car for almost a month; I believe with my whole heart, if I hadn't been diligently calling time and time again, I would still be waiting to get my tire. I understand that we are experiencing a pandemic and they can't control when parts arrive but simple and basic curtesy of a phone call, email, letter, something to let a customer know what is going on. I'm very disappointed with this experience and it's makes me think about the used car I bought with a detached bumper that was discovered a few days after purchase and was told we bought the vehicle as is...I'm done! Also, could you work on acknowledging people arriving in your service center quicker? I understand that each person is assigned a rep but sometimes I feel invisible when I come in for a scheduled service. No one has ever been rude but they have been dismissive. Lastly, some form of apology or sense of understanding when things happen that are out of your control but has you r customer could go a long way. I gave two stars because I accounted for other experiences and the friendliness of the receptionist, but this experience and others only deserve one star.

Company of parasites. Offer you perks witj car of free tire replacements and oil changes but try to get out of it an every opportunity. Always "cant find in system my free oil changes" or if they do, they take forever to do anything.
Don't use this company. Took my car to their body shop, they returned it to me with the check engine light on and wanted me to ge it checked for 200 dollars. Underhanded company not to be trusted. Every time I call the manager to voice my concerns I get a voicemail and he never returns my calls.

The people were fairly nice and everything, no rudeness to be found. However they keep having multiple communication errors in my brief stint with them leading to them attempting to sell me the wrong part and insisting they were correct (when I am the one actually working on the car, I know what I need). I can't vouch for the efficiency of their repairs but it was a very dissatisifying experience only furthering the frustration of trying to get what I need (again because of communication errors)

My wife and I just bought our second vehicle from AutoNation Toyota in Lithia Springs. We drove about 16 miles past another dealership to see them. We wanted to purchase a new Tacoma for our college bound son but were not sure it was within our budget. The previous purchase was about 8 years ago and I can say that the experience was once again exceptional from our salesperson, Kevin Echols to the finance staff. They even stayed late after closing to help us with our purchase and it was done very efficiently in about an hour from start to finish. They worked much harder to earn our business than other dealerships and I will definitely return once again for our next Toyota.

Even upon returning a week after the sale, Kevin and the staff were just as accommodating and welcoming as they were the day of the sale!

The dealership could do better in every way. I had a horrible experience and will never come back to get any maintenance done to any of my three vehicles. I wasn't greeted until 15 minutes after arriving. And once I was greeted was told to move my vehicle. Everything was half way done and finally I was able to drop the vehicle off. The worst part was the fact that after a day and a half had received no word on whether my vehicle was finished or completed!! Not even a phone call that it may be another day. I do not mind waiting a day or two for quality work but I WAS NEVER CONTACTED AND I HAD TO PERSONALLY CALL THE DEALER! Then when I did call they did not even know where my paper work was. I just cant believe you would treat anyone like this especially a customer. I was thinking about looking at vehicles to purchase but after the horrible service I will never step foot on their lot again unless it means going to the Cracker Barrel behind the dealership.

Beware. Financing department is very shady. They will sale you a vehicle protection plan that is not needed. When I wanted to cancel it, they gave me the run around about receiving a refund.
Financing managers do make a commission from selling extended warranties. I understand not wanting a chargeback, but they shouldn't pressure people into buying things they don't need.

Do not use any auto nation dealership for anything- Do Not Buy any used car or Warranty The General manager is a LIAR- they sale used cars knowing they have problems- They sold my daughter a car they never inspected, told me twice it was done- she drove it off the lot and the engine light came on- 3700 to fix, they said they would take care of it then stuck us with the bill- the BS warranty they sold us for 2k did not honor the repairs either. l had my 30000 mile maintenance on 2019 Toyota Tacoma and they did a poor job.. The service advisor did not explain things very well. They change my wipes and put after market wipes without telling me and this is suppose to be a dealership where you get original parts to fix your car. Secondly instead of replacing my cabing air filter they put my new cabing air filter on the floor in the car. Folks this a parts and service that l have paid for. The shocking thing is a bought my truck brand new from this same dealership. l will never bring my truck there for future maintenance needs.

Been trying to reach the manager of used cars he never comes to the phone even when I leave voicemail they do not want to fix work on car I have not even had car a whole month yet and the power steering is going out they sent a inspector from there location down here to Columbus Ga where I stay and they still haven t gotten with me on fixing the problem and my family trip is this weekend. This is very unprofessional, the warranty they gave me is supposed to cover all the problems in the first 90 days and 4000 miles but seem they are trying to wait me out I suppose. I had to have the water pump replaced the first month now its the power steering service which is a 1000 job I guess that s why they are taking there time with fixing it.

I called to check on the status of a Prius they had listed on several sites including their own. They emailed me a quote for the car (a little lower than the online advertised price) and all the information needed for me to check into it. I then replied asking for an out the door price to make sure everything was clear. It took a while, but a sales manager by the name of Colin Rundell emailed back stating the car was not available any longer. I moved on looking at other options, and happened to checked today (after the weekend) on their site. The SAME Prius with the SAM VIN is on their site for several thousands dollars higher. I emailed back asking if they are willing to honor the price, and they are not.

I'm not a jerk, and I understand if you made a mistake. However, I'm writing this review because I was lied to. They didn't tell me the car was mispriced with an apology email, I understand that happens. They only told me it wasn't available anymore and offered other cars for sale instead.

So, Beware. Their quoted price may not mean a thing, and they appear fine to lie to you to cover up a mistake rather than try to be open about it. I will avoid doing business with any AutoNation dealer in the future as I am not sure if they will even honor what they say.

I uploaded pictures to prove my point. I couldn't click into the car to pull up the vin because if you click on it, it still shows the lower price. You can match the mileage up still.

Took my 2018 Toyota Yaris iA, to the AutoNation Toyota Service Center on Thornton Road, for it's regular maintenance service. David Howard was very helpful and polite, and he clearly explained what additional services were available without trying to forcefully oversell them to me. When my car was finished, he went over the paperwork to make sure I understood what had been done, what had been checked, and pointed out anything I needed to be concerned about in the near future. He's very thorough in making sure that the customer knows what's going on with the service to their vehicle, and even provides direct contact information, in the event that any concerns arise after the service. Would definitely recommend David to anyone who needs their Toyota serviced at AutoNation Toyota.

I drove 55 minutes to get to this location, I scheduled a 12:30 PM appointment 2 weeks in advanced, I arrived to there at 12:15 PM I had to walk inside to let the front desk (cashiers) know I was there only for her to be rude in telling me I had to pull my vehicle into the open garage door, as if I knew to do this, as I informed her I'm not from here and this is my first time her. As for my service they took my money and they did NOT rotate my tires and for all I know the didn't change my oil. My wait time was 2.5 hours (with an appointment) just for and oil change and a tire rotation that was not done. After the service tech Dusty informed me of what they suggest I have done, I sat and waited another 20 minutes for Dusty to bring my vehicle around and bring my paper work to the cashier so I could cash out only to find he was waiting on another customer who just came in. This place was a complete ZOO, standing room only and seems to be not enough mechanics to do the work or they're just unorganized. What's point of making appointments when you have sit for just about 3 hours total wait time like you're a walk in and the work you paid for is not done?!! VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!

My husband and I contacted the dealership a few days ago regarding a GMC Sierra 2500HD and after speaking with them on several occasions and being assured the truck was in great shape other than a couple of minor things we drove 5 hours from NC to Atlanta GA for what we thought would be to purchase this truck. Much to our dismay the truck was not as portrayed at all...it wasn't anywhere close. It had numerous dents in the body along with worn paint, RUST, and mud & tree limbs coating the underside of the front end. It was absolutely filthy inside and out. Not at all what you would expect for $40,000. Needless to say this vehicle had gone through their inspection department and passed with the tree limbs underneath it and was listed forsale on the lot (this says alot about how thorough they are). If we were going to purchase the vehicle at this point it would have to be discounted due to the condition so the manager says "let me see what I can do"... 10 minutes later he says "I can send it back through detailing again"...Mind you they sent it through detailing for a 2nd time before we had ever got there so I am pretty sure that wasn't going to change a whole lot. Needless to say we left and definitely didn't purchase the trashed truck. I say BUYERS BEWARE and BE CAUTIOUS LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Purchased used car from this dealership at the time of purchase everything went relatively smooth. However without going into deep details they did a faulty cosmetic repair and vehicle was missing parts that they didn't fix completely, the repair ultimately failed within days of having the car, the salesman saw it and ignored it. I contacted a manager (Davis) he committed to resolving it but never followed up essentially ignoring phone calls and emails. The issue has now been escalated to the GM.

Good people, courteous, nice and very responsive to work with. However, the car only came with 1 key fob, which wasn't disclosed. I called Audi and it is almost $500 to replace! So we don't have a backup key.
Also I asked for a small paint area to be fixed and they told me it would be pre-sale; however when the car delivered the paint defect was still there. My son needed the car and it was a long drive to the dealership, so I just accepted it as-is.

I dropped my car for my 10000 miles service early in the morning. I was called that it was done a couple hours later. They provided a shuttle but a friend dropped me off after work. A service agent asked if they can help and I told them my car was ready for pick up. I waited just a few minutes and the service agent explained what they did. I signed a couple of papers and he handed me the key. I got in my car and noticed a stain in the front passenger seat that I know wasn't there before. I walked back and spoke with the same agent asked about the stain. He didn't argue he said he would take back the car back at the car wash service area. I waited a few minutes, he came back and showed me the seat and it was gone like it never was there. I was so happy and surprised to see it gone.
