I would like to say...my Salesman Scott Turner and the sales manager, Cori, in particular, we're exceptional. Initially, I had spoken with John Cuthbert, whom found out was away on leave, but he found a way to help me anyway! All three of these men listened to my wants and needs, and were able to drive off with a brand new car! First time buyer! No co-signer! Low down payment! Exceptional Deal! And most importantly, the car is AMAZING! I'm still in total shock and can't believe what I'm driving and how easy they made it for me to drive it off the lot! Thank you AutoNation for having such and professional, reliable team! I'm proud to be part of the Toyota family! Oh! And I can't forget Max, another salesman there! Max greeted my sister and I and was ready to help us immediately! Even though he wasn't my original salesman, he was our welcoming face, which is what made us feel more comfortable! Awesome Team!

Second visit (2021)

After going through a bad collision with the car I purchased in the above review, I came in anticipating to drive off the lot with a brand new car! That s what I did! Diane greets me with warm heartedly and offers me some water. Since I don t know much about cars or which way to go when looking for the perfect car, my questions were flowing out, not knowing it was only her third week there. That did not stop her! She made sure all my questions were answered and didn t waste any time getting back to me. I was never left too long when she had to run off. She was so prompted and alert. Her initiation and drive to make this sale was so inspiring. After several viewings of different cars, Wesley, one of the finance managers, came up to me and didn t sugar coat anything and told me what he believed was best for me and that he can get me approved for. After confirming in my ideal monthly payment, which I was starting to think to change while he was working his magic in his office. Finally, after finishing up with Diane and my car was getting some last minute touch ups, Wesley calls me in his office and tells me that he had some great news! Wesley was able to lower my monthly payments a little over $200! It s the same amount I was paying for a 2018, now a 2021! Thanks to Diane and her patience, drive, and knowledge to helping me decide on the perfect vehicle! And a special thanks to Wesley for taking the extra time to help meet my ideal payments! This was absolutely ANOTHER great experience at the AutoNation Thornton Rd location! I wouldn t go anywhere else! Thanks you guys again!

Long wait time, even for a scheduled appointment. ...

Long wait time, even for a scheduled appointment. Have been waiting on a phone call to be returned for over a month to have a spare key made that was promised with the purchase of my vehicle. Tried reaching out to the sales rep who sold me the vehicle multiple times only to be told he would call me back but hasn't yet.

However, the phone receptionist was not so pleasant when trying to make the appointment. Maybe she was aggravated from receiving calls 2 consecutive days Overall, I was pleased with the service.

My car was taken back and the work was done quickly. I didn't have to wait long at all. It looks as if new furniture was put in the waiting room, so the environment is clean and pleasing. Everyone I encountered was especially nice, seemed like everyone was in a great mood. Plus, David Shaw is the best mechanic and the only one who is ever allowed to touch my vehicles as his work is top notch. all in all, A+ to you all.

The few service issues we've had have been handled quickly and smoothly. Most recently, Debbie Freeman in the service department went above and beyonto get me outside estimates on specilized work they did not perform in house. Good job, folks!

Had scheduled first service for Highlander. When I arrived at the garage door I was ignored for several minutes. Two other vehicles pulled up and we're directed around me and checked in. I was still ignored. Called Manager and he agreed to find out why this happened and would call me back. Upon the call I returned to the service center and was immediately taken care of. I wish it was like that from the beginning but they made it right and I expect to receive great service in the future.

I took my new car in for the first service. They told me it would be no more than 90 minutes, so I decided to wait for it outside so I could socially distance. When I went in to check on it after 90 minutes, the service advisor said he needed to go check on the progress. He came back and told me that the ticket never got picked up and the car hadn't been serviced!!! I was livid because this happened to me previously when I had my older car!! They completed the service in about 30 minutes...hmmmm, I wonder?? I bought my 2019 Camry here and was pleased with that experience, but I think I may need to go elsewhere for my remaining services.

First of all this place sucks.. I wish I could give a review less than a 1 star. Mangers there dont respect their customers and they will straight up laugh in your face. When I said that buying a car will be a family decision and the manager laughed and walked away. That was really disrespectful and I would never appreciate that kind of customer service. Jayda as an employee was absolutely amazing, but the management was borderline harassing me even after I told them that I would be back after talking with my family.

Unfortunately a week ago I left a great review of Autonation. Since then they took my truck for the day and said they replaced a blower motor. The same old, broken blower is still there. They lied to my face and said that a new one was installed. So this GM..his name is Muhammed bounces around making excuses and says he'll call Monday afternoon( he's too busy with important people in the morning). Well that day has come and gone..
No call. Do not do business here if you have any respect for yourself. You will get screwed.

Thank you so much to the Service Dept at AutoNation Toyota in Lithia Springs, GA. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the customer service we received with troubleshooting an issue with transmission fluid that was leaking from the line to my radiator that was purchased from this location. Service Dept Director, Mike and Service Dept Representative Dan Cunningham went above and beyond to fairly accommodate the inconvenience we experienced from this mishap. I've been a long time customer with AutoNation Toyota Lithia Springs. I'm glad to say we plan to continue coming back. Thank you very much. We greatly appreciate all that you did to rectify our situation.

My experience has been extremely terrible and stressful. I buy a car from AutoNation Toyota. I asked for an carfax, I tested drove the vehicle everything seems to be fine. Once I actually got the vehicle the radio doesn t work. When I first found out about the radio, I contacted the dealership within the 60 day warranty. They send me to another location to get it fixed. I arrived and they advised me there s nothing that they can do but hold my car for two days just to determine what s wrong. Long story short I ve tried contacting the salesperson, his manager, the general manager, and corporate leaving messages and NOONE has yet to contact me back and it s been six months. To add salt to injury the salesperson contacted me via email asking me to bring in more customers; I advised him of my issue and he has yet to reach back out to me.

One of the most frustrating experiences my wife has ever had. Shameful really. You all are supposed to be professionals. When looking for the odometer reading the guy read the trip odometer in stead and wrote down the wrong mileage. Then proceeded to only do a 55k tire check when we had signed up for an oil change and whatever the next inspection was. Lastly, and this happens every freaking time, we were told that we owed money. We spent a lot of money at the time of sale to purchase the platinum coverage which takes care of everything for around 5 years. They are always trying to charge us and we have to go through this big ordeal where we pull out the paperwork and show someone. Finally they relent, but it s unnecessarily stressful. We take great value in following the recommended mileage checks and have been religious about coming in. But I think I am going to find another dealership to help me instead of this one. Always over crowded and not very helpful. I doubt anyone reads these, and truthfully there is nothing you can offer me to make me come back that I am aware of. So count me another mad customer heading out the door and heading to google to leave my 1 star review. Ridiculous.

Best car dealership. I was very impressed with the customer service from Elias and Manager Kevin As a single mother I needed an economical and affordable vehicle. J chose the 2018 Toyota Corolla. I love this vehicle. The dealership also corresponded with me to follow up and make sure I was satisfied. My experience was amazing. I had 2 cars in a row with transmission issues. I got a great price for my trade in and they worked with me on the payment amount. The Toyota care is what also drew me in and the warranty s provided. Im happy.

We recently purchased a Rav 4 and our salesman was Matt Metts. He could not have been more helpful and his service was beyond exceptional. He was never in a hurry with us and went out of his way to explain everything about the car. I had a few more questions and stopped by the following morning and he was the same helpful person as the afternoon before. He has set a very high bar for the service department. Should we return to Toyota I would not have anyone else help us. Our total experience was very pleasant with everyone - especially Matt.

Not a good experience with new car sales. Wanted a specific vehicle - 2018 Toyota 4runner, xp predator package with 3rd row. Made a reasonable offer that they refused to accept, went to another dealership and they agreed to sell same vehicle for $1000 less. They located vehicle at Lithia Springs and they lied and told he vehicle already sold - LIE. The vehicle was still there. Go to Stonecrest Toyota instead - great customer service and good deals.

Worst experience in my 5 years of car shopping. The sales manager looked more intent on pushing us out the door and closing the shop down, rather than discussing the sale with us. He was down right obnoxious. Even if he were to give you a car for free, you will not feel like buying it from this man. The people around him seemed to be intent on closing the shop as well. Stay away from this dealership.

My experience buying a car from this dealership was a fantastic one! As a first-time car buyer, they were more than willing to answer all of my questions as well as come through with all of my requests. The GM and my salesperson (Noah Asante..he was awesome!) were instrumental in my decision and did their very best to make sure I walked out with a great deal and even better car. This was also my first time in AutoNation, I will be back once it comes time to trade-in or sell my car. I would highly recommend coming in to speak with a salesperson here if you are interested in buying a car!

What a joke. The response from the owner said that the GM would love to talk to me to resolve these issues. The GM knew nothing about my concerns. The administrative assistant said she would pass along my concerns and have the GM call me back. I m still waiting for that call a week later. That's ok, there's no need for a call back now. I purchased a new car elsewhere.

I went to Toyota AutoNation Thornton Road on Mar 23, 2019 to look at a used RAV4 I saw on Autotrader. I was shocked that I was not permitted on the car lot. There was not a customer on the entire lot though the building had at least 30 customers inside. The salesman was very professional but HE decided what car he thought would best suit my needs. He then retrieved it from the lot and let me drive it. Of course, when I decided against the car, the manager (a punk kid with an attitude) gave me the typical high pressure BS. When I got home, I found numerous other cars on Autotrader that I liked even better at the same dealership. Toyota AutoNation, change your ridiculous policy and let the customer see what cars you have for sale!!!

Had a great experience when shopping in here, from sale to manager. Different from other dealer, manager in here come not to say "No" with me. He (Mr.Mohamed) came and tried to figure out what difficulty I got and offer solution. Great manager I've ever met from my shopping tour.

It all started after work Friday before last my car after work final gave up. She was fifteen years old and gave me many great trips. I went online decided that I don't want a sedan but a suv. I put it an inquiry through my bank for a Rav4. AutoNation responded and answered my questions. I know it's been a while since I brought a car but I knew what I can handle. When I went to the dealership I was greeted outside and was help instantly once inside. I told him I wanted the Rav4 but I don't want it to be white or red. First thing unlike other dealerships they did not try to put me in a car I didn't like. And I don't have perfect credit... He went out for the Rav4 in the perfect color and new. I love the fact the whole process took about an hour and a half the shortest I've ever been at a dealership and again I don't have perfect credit. My experience with the sales Person was great.. but I traded a truck the day of purchase which was supposed to have been paid off. It been more than 2weeks and the trade has not been paid off. That's is bad business for me.. It doesn't take that long to cut a check. I guarantee if I would have drove off with there car and the bank didn't cut a check to them by now it will be a whole different story.. They would have blowed my phone off with calls. Be careful people this dealership plays with ur money, if you have a trade don't go there, it takes them forever to payoff ur trade.. Which means you stuck with 2 car payments until they decide to payoff the trade.

Purchased a 2020 Avalon Hybrid Limited using USAA car buying service. Dealership reached out to me via email while on travel in FL with the vehicles that matched my search. I worked with Stan Gawronski (Sales Manager) and his team via email to negotiate price, schedule a visit and iron out detail for a 2-hour vehicle pickup at sale.
Stan provided exceptional service that stood out as a manager who leads by example by showing his sales team how to provide customer service with attention to details with out the added sales pressure.
The day we pickup our car we were in at 9:00am sharp and on the road home at 10:04am. Stan introduced us to Kawanna Woods on the sales team who walked my wife through all the new features in our third Avalon since 2015. Kawanna provide my wife and I her undivided attention and skillful knowledge of the 2020 Avalon. She was well versed in the vehicle we selected and offered a seamless review of the vehicle updated options noting the Toyota quality that we have come to love and expect in the car.
Our time in finance was pleasant with the normal up sale that slowed down the purchase process, but we enjoyed our conversation and the smooth and easy electronic signature platform.
Overall Stan and Kawanna are an exceptional professional team who provided a benchmark level of TOYOTA sales that should be emulated in every dealership. Well Done ! Ask for Stan or Kawanna next time you are on Thorton Road

This is my second Toyota car, but my first one from Thornton Toyota. Ornella Mcfarlane was my sales person and was great to accommodate my requests in regards to the type of car I was looking for. She was patient and super knowledgeable about the car system, engine and equipment. At no given time was she pushy. She gave me the time to look at the cars I was interested in until I found the one I wanted. When I came back to actually purchase the car, she did not try to push or present me with something else. By the time I was driving out of the dealership, Ornella had explained about the different features in the car, installed the Toyota App in my phone and set up my phone in the car. Best experience ever! She even called me today to remind me I had to go and pick up the mats for the car. Great customer service! Also, high five to the finance person. Great job in helping me with the finance and GAP insurance. I had a great experience purchasing my C-HR!

I bought I car there and the MANAGER told me that I don t have to pay my bill until 45 days I got my bill in the mail today and the bill was 1000 and when I went up there to discuss the matter they said it s your fault if I could give 0 stars I would because if you work for a company I would think that you would want to treat them with respect and if a mistake that happened because of y all you would want to fix it I have had 3 Toyota because they treated me like family now I don t even want to drive one anymore because of this toyota please don t come here so the same thing don t happen to you

I had an unbelievable experience at AutoNation Toyota. I didn't even plan to actually walk out of the dealership with a vehicle. I just wanted to find out about sales and incentives being offered. I just wanted to see if there were any trucks in my price range before making final decisions. I had a few more dealerships that I was going to visit afterwards, but I didn't make it to any others because I bought one that day. It's all about the attitude and demeanor of the sales person. Mamadu is an excellent sales person, he made me fell like family and helped me feel comfortable in the decisions I made in selecting a vehicle. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

They are horrible and i wish I could give them zero stars. They told me that they could not fix my car because my check engine light was not on. Then they said that i need to replace spark plugs on a car with only 40,000 miles. I had the spark plugs replaced and I still have the same issue as before. So 400.00 down the drain. Please do not take your car here!!!!

I came in to AutoNation Toyota Thornton after one of their salesperson reached out to me for an inquiry I made on a 2020 Camry. Like any normal person shopping for a brand new car, I was trying to get a good deal on my car. In order to do so I had to find out which deals/offers were the best out there. This didn t sit well with sales manager Winston Elliott, for some reason. Before I even came in to the dealership I was straightforward and told the salesperson look, I have a great offer on the table already and I don t think you guys could match it but he asked that I still come in to see if they could match/beat it. After showing the salesperson the previous offers I had, he went to his manager, Winston, to show him the documents proving it. After many looks from the manager and other employees (surely they were talking about me, which I had no problem) and leaving me to wait for about an hour, Winston decided to come over. Never did I expect a manager, especially one trying to get my business, to be so hostile and have such an aggressive sales tactic . He questioned me as to what I was trying to get from them, that I already had good offers on the table so why hadn t i accepted one of those and that if he was gonna give me an offer I was just going to walk away like the other dealerships. I explained to him that I was there because his employee reached out to me and was offering to match/beat my offer, I wasn t trying to waste their time or have my time be wasted. He told me He was not going to give me two offers, I had to pick before even seeing the numbers if I wanted an offer with 0% interest (which I qualified for) or an offer with a discount but higher interest. After that, he tried convincing me that of the two previous offers I had from another dealership, the 0% interest one was the worst offer when in fact it wasn t (not only did i work out the numbers myself, but their finance manager also disagreed when I asked him about it and said the 0% interest offer was no doubt the better one). I m assuming he tried to convince me of this so that I would pick the higher interest deal that he was having me choose from to make out an offer to me. After waiting 2.5 hours, he sent out the finance manager to show me the offers they made which weren t even close to matching my previous offers by a difference of $2k. Winston was not only hostile, but lied to me and wasted my time knowing he wasn t even going to come close to matching my previous offers. Of the 4 Toyota dealerships I went to, this was by far the worst experience I had with any manager or salesperson.

Dusty was my assigned Service Rep. My RAV4 was towed early for a scheduled 130pm appointment. I was greeted right away by the service team and once they determined Dusty was my assigned Service Rep, he saw me right away despite being early. He explained the diagnostic charges and once the diagnostic was complete, Dusty explained the problem and obtained my approval. He was efficient and friendly and helped to keep my expenses down. Good job!

Cecilia did a wondeful job for me. She new I was going on a trip. So she went above and deyond. Had my trunk vacumed out so my luggae would be in a clean trunk and had my car washed. She even gave me a hug out the door and wished me a safe trip. I think you are wonderful!! This was perhaps the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I ve had. The staff was more than accommodating and was very patient with my wife and myself. Each member of the sales team was courteous friendly. I did not expect red carpet and giant bow and was touched by this gesture. I will do business with Thornton again.

I went in last week to simply look at the 2014 Certified Pre-Owned Camrys. I called first to check inventory and talked with Saad who met me at the front door. He briefly sat and chatted about what I was looking for and took me out to show me the newer models as well as what I came there. He didn't drag anything out, covered the bases, didn't try to hide info, etc. Saad was fantastic! This was my first experience buying a "new" car, and I can definitely say I had a great experience at AutoNation. Saad related to me as a person and not just another customer. I could tell he was genuinely interested in providing a great experience. I wanted to check other rates at different unions AND I had another test drive scheduled at another dealership for the day after. They did whatever they could to keep me from that other dealership without being pushy. After negotiating with Saad for about 3 hours, (remember I was only there to look and had NO INTENTIONS WHATSOEVER on buying that day -- seriously) the supervisor came over and negotiated rates with me. They knocked money off of the car immediately, gave me what I asked for my trade in (and my old car was not worth the amount they gave me), and found me a great, reasonable rate with my lack of credit history. I was genuinely impressed with how the staff handled me, the negotiations, and the fact that I was there until 11:30pm! (They close at 9). AutoNation and Saad truly met my expectations in every way and I'm very grateful for the attentiveness and personalization of the buying experience. Now I can only hope that my 2014 Camry SE is all that it seems to be for the next 10+ years! Thanks for staying up late for me, guys! Five stars for AutoNation & Saad B.!

Today was better than yesterday. I was sold a part by Eddie yesterday that I did not need. He insisted that he couldn't sell me the parts I needed without the unnecessary hose. Today 3/8/18 when I went to pickup my purchase, I was told by an African American man (kinda stocky and dark skinned), that I didn't have to purchase the extra hose. Sorry I didn't get his name.
I was so happy. The entire package was just too pricey for me. I'm happy that he returned my funds. They were very much needed. Thank you for being honest sir.

I came in after work for an oil change 2 days before Christmas. I was greeted with a smile and was asked what services do I need done today. I was prepared to wait for awhile, so I began to take out my phone and watch a short movie, before you know it my car was ready. I was very surprised.

Sales person was very accommodating and the cars are very nice! But if you want to buy a car, you gotta make sure to know what you want and know how to make a deal. Don't expect to leave with a car, unless you're ready to haggle the price and get all the necessary things you get for your car and yourself.

I came here a few months ago for a battery. Everything was simple and pretty fast. The quoted price was ok until I was hit with the actual price. A couple 100s more than the quoted price. Then when I get in my car, I thought I smelled something but i brushed it off.

Now...I cleaned the whole car a few days before it went for service. Again, I m cleaning my car today and see food spilled in my backseat cupholders. It was a major spill, which explains this slight decay smell I ve been getting for weeks when it s kinda hot. I had my car towed to your lot so I m giving the benefit of the doubt it was them and not y all. But this experience doesn t make me want to exactly come back either.

Though, They did patiently ask about each concern I had with the car and addressed each one after service was pulled.
