Service was awful, 3.5 hr. to do oil change and check rear brake noise which after 2hr service guy said they were having a problem detecting, but as soon as I pulled off until home I could hear,and to add they scratched my door on driver's side, one word for auto nation RIP off with increasing prices, and terrible service....

This is listed under my husband but my name is Christal. I have been using these guys for a couple years now. Always professional service and always a good job at what they do. The only reason I am giving them 4 starts and not 5 is because when you pull in their service area I have always stood their about 5 or 10 mins before anyone acknowledges me. Now that seems petty 5 or 10 mins but when you see people walking around or standing at their station doing what looks like looking around to see what they could be doing and they still don t address you is very frustrating when you have an appt time. That is my only complaint I have with this group. Other than this thank you Autonation for such a great job!

I visited this location again yesterday and the service was top notch. Since my last review things have certainly improved. I didn t wait on someone to ask did I need any help. A lady met me at my car and then Anthony took things from there. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his job. Very helpful! Thank you all for such a great experience! I will now give Auto Nation a 5!

My family and I were coming back in town from a road trip and decided to stop by the dealership to look at a used van. From the time I was put in touch with Brianna Lopez until after the sale was completed she was great to work with. She was extremely helpful, warm and thoughtful. I really enjoyed working with her and she made the challenging experience of wrangling two kids at a car dealership bearable through great customer service. Additionally, we've had a couple of mechanical issues with the van post-sale and she has continued to help resolve the issues and been extremely responsive. Thank you, Brianna Lopez!
Refused to issue my title paperwork and never received my tag. The vehicle I purchased had a headlight that didn t work. We agreed as part of the sale to have the dealership discount the price the same amount that repairs would cost. After purchasing the vehicle and getting the bill for the headlight they refused to reimburse me the repair.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS QUESTIONABLE AT BEST. MY RAV4 WAS RETURNED TO ME AFTER A 10,000 MILE SERVICE WITH OIL SLOWLY RUNNING OUT OF THE ENGINE FORMING A PUDDLE UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A/C CONDENSATE AND TO DRIVE IT AWAY. CHECK OF OIL DIPSTICK BARELY REGISTERED AT LOW LEVEL. AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION IT WENT BACK TO THE SHOP. EXPLANATION? NOTHING WRONG. TECH MUST HAVE ACCIDENTALLY SPRAYED ENGINE WITH LOTS OF OIL. THE FIX? THEY FILLED OIL TO NORMAL LEVEL, SPRAYED BRAKE FLUID TO CLEAN ENGINE AND TOOK THE CAR ON A DRIVE TO BURN OFF BRAKE FLUID. THIS WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. NO CONFIDENCE IN SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP.
Came in to get an oil change Service Tech Wyatt was very helpful. The mechanic stated I was missing a filter and had no idea why it wasn't there. I only have been bringing my car to you guys and have even bought one before along with a cabin filter. Wyatt had them put one on with no charge he really took care of me.

Love Terence Carter!!! I was having a hard time getting into a vehicle for weeks. I was giving up on my car search when he came in and saved the day!! He was honest and caring. Most car places try to sell you anything and everything out your demands. He really listened to the things I needed and wanted. We test drove several car until I was happy! He broke everything down for me and explained what I was signing. He treated me like family and not just a sell. The staff there was friendly and attentive! I highly recommend this place and Terence...I m very satisfied and will be purchasing here again.

I had a good experience on Monday, March 4, 2019. I brought in my 2014 Camry for the 35,000 check. More importantly, I needed tires and a new wheel lock. My customer service tech was Dusty. There was a questionable item on the website so Stephanie went out onto the lot and took pictures of what we were questioning and sent them to us. The sales experience was great. Matthew did an awesome job and was very helpful. The team efficiently worked through all that needed to be done. Matthew s follow up for later questions was great also. I was a bit surprised that there was no room for negotiation on the price and also that the lowest possible interest rate was 4.5%, since I was told at another dealer that I could get 0 or 1.9% depending on the term. The manager who told me this had an accent that was somewhat difficult to understand and also told me his opinion that when I travel, I should fly and rent a car rather than take my own not sure why that was relevant. A week after my purchase, I received an email thanking me for setting up my first maintenance visit 8 months later, with a date and time listed for my appointment, even though I had not set anything up.

Horrible experience . On December 2017, Bought a 2018 Sequoia with false promises from both sales person Charles White and Manager Kelvin Walker. They offered me and financing charged me for options that are not even available for this model SUV. They both lied to us and as of yet they fail to provide me with a solution for this matter , their manager called us to only tell us sales person and Manager just made a mistake by offering remote start . Please save yourself from getting lied to from this dealer just to make a sale on their part . Extremelly mad and dissapointed.

I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander from this location and it was a great experience. I had shopped all over Atlanta and they were able to fit the need I was looking for. Their customer service was really good and Barry was my salesman. If you ever need something go see him, he's a really great job. I have no complaints about this process.

My recent service experience with Joshua Bender was a significant improvement compared to previous visits. I explained to him that I was not satisfied with previous service visits. Previously things on the maintenance schedule that say to inspect were recommended for replacement. I declined them. This time they were not needed. Things don't just get better by driving more. Something is wrong with some of your service people. Maybe they're lazy or intentionally padding the bill with things not necessary yet. I may never come here for service after the prepaid service is up. I think your service costs are not competitive. I'm a long time Toyota customer but may never come here for my next purchase. My last purchase had things that were not competitively priced. After purchase when I had time to read the extensive contracts, I read in the fine print that finance charges and gap insurance charges were inflated above market value and a portion of the charges goes back to the dealer. As soon as possible I refinanced the loan and gap insurance for significant savings.
I am a first time buyer and I went to a couple other Toyota dealerships but this one was the most fitting for me. Ollie was very knowledgeable about the cars he showed me. He was consistent in staying in communication and updating me along the way. He was personable and well spoken. I'm glad I stopped in just to look because now I am a car owner!!
Autonation Toyota of Lithia Springs service department has proven exceptional time and time again! My top pick in the service department is none other than Dusty! He is honest, direct, and above all efficient! He keeps me informed, he checks out any available promotional deals to put more only back in my pocket and keep my car running efficiently! So if all reps were are efficient, like Dusty, I might be inclined to venture to the sales department but unless I m buying from Dusty no go!
On May 18, 2020, I went to AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia for my 8:00 a.m. appointment. Once checked in, I was informed that my car was under factory recall. I had to have an airbag corrected. I was told it would only extend my wait time by approximately 45 minutes. I would be out of the dealership in about 90 minutes. I waited greater than the allotted time and was told my car was ready only after seeing it get parked and waiting an additional ten minutes before going to the service desk to inquire of its status. I presented a coupon for 25% off all parts and labor. My final bill was $44.17 for a synthetic oil change with 25% off. That bill is not accurate based on online prices. Additionally, I was given my keys and a paper with no explanation of what as written on the paper. Reading the paper as I got back toward my car, I notice there were recommendations on the paper that indicated I d denied service when I was not informed of the recommendations. One such recommendation was changing the brake fluid, which was done the day prior. I went back to the counter to inquire about the services and was briefly given an overview of the recommendations. When I got back into my car, I notice everything that was in my center console was dumped on the front passenger floor. Later that day, I discovered the back of the middle console was removed and placed on the rear floor. I went to work and called the dealership requesting a manager; after a two to three-minute wait I was told the manager was too busy to come to the phone, I would receive a callback. On May 21, 2020, at 2:40 p.m., after not hearing from the manager, I called back and was told the manager was moving cars and unable to come to the phone and again told I would receive a return call. I am extremely frustrated at the lack of professionalism shown at this Toyota dealership.
Had a check engine light issue requiring them to order an O2 sensor. Scott and Junior used teamwork to get my wife's car in and out as promised once the part came in. She was able get on the road for the 4th of July holiday worry free. Thanks guys.

While driving down from New York, I heard some brake noise. Was reluctant to bring my 2013 Avalon in to an unknown dealer, especially being a yankee in Georgia. From the moment I was greeted, it was nothing but professional and honest. The first service rep suggested I get an oil change (which I needed), which included a multi-point inspection, instead of paying about double for only a brake check. Imagine my surprise when they said my brakes were fine, though I needed tires soon. I left with only an oil change and peace of mind that the brakes were ok. I made sure that the manager knew of my satisfaction with Theresa and Darius for their help.

Their service department now guarantees your factory service to be completed in less than 60 mins. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a new or pre-owned vehicle, or to anyone needing to service their current vehicle.
All I'm gonna say is do your research get your NADA value of the vehicle you can contact any credit union... To make sure you're not being over charge for your vehicle as they work there magic and smile on your face.
From the beginning of sending an email to the showroom, Kamone was very professional, kind and helpful with my car buying experience. There was no pressuring whatsoever from him. Has to be one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership. Even Daniel at the end when I was signing all the paperwork was very professional with me and didn't pressure me in adding anything to my loan.
This is my 2nd purchase in 2 years from this dealership. I traded in a 2017 86 for the 2019 86 TRD SE. From start to finish Matt Metts was extremely helpful and spent a whole lot of time with me the first day, pricing my car, paperwork, test drive etc, and then with my husband and I when we went back a few days later. We also chatted about other things not just the sale, he did not present as a pushy salesman at all. Whilst making the actual deal, we dealt with Ed White who did go out of his way to help me get the price I wanted to pay, I don t know how many times he walked back and forth, or how many pieces of paper he got through, and also like Matt was not being pushy. Even when we thought about just walking away and sticking with what I had, neither of them acted like a stereotypical car salesman. They were both very patient, helpful, and provided exceptional customer service, albeit long, during the whole process, we were there 4 hours, this was not a hold up on Toyota s part, this was time taken to make the deal right for both parties. I m the proud owner of one of only 1418 of these cars being made, this one won t be traded in, and once it s paid off, I would most definitely buy from Toyota again. I will NEVER EVER refer anyone to go to this dealership. I was treated unfairly I sign a deal and drive out with the car I wanted and I was happy with. Couple weeks later I get a call to go back and sign more paperwork because the loan bank has changed. My original contract voided with no real explanation and given a newer contract with way higher payments. If I could give a 0 star review I would but google will only let me do 1. Please completely avoid this dealership save your time and go to a different dealership all together.
Having a low production car isn't a big issue at this dealership. After I got home oil droplets in places they should not have been, poor work of the service technician.

I have been bringing my car here for 9 years and have never had a bad visit. This was the worst visit I have had at this location. I brought my vehicle in and explained what services I needed, the same service that I had been getting for years. The service employee had no idea what I was talking about. I explained it to him on 3 different times and he STILL did not come close to completing the services that I came to give my money for. I was very angry, frustrated, and disappointed with his lack of knowledge of the services AutoNation offers; his inability to listen, and his disintrest in customer service. When I was about to pay for my services that I thought I was getting, when I discovered that the work had not been done. The other employees were embarrassed and confused; not about the service I requested, but that their fellow employee had neglected to perform the task that a customer requested. I contacted the service manager and he addressed my issue. I appreciated that. But, when I got home and went over the car and paperwork, I discovered that all the work had not been done. I like AutoNation, but when I come back, I will avoid being serviced by this employee. I have nothing against him; I simply do not want to leave AutoNation frustrated and angry when all I want to do is give your business my money for the services you supply.
My experience with Thorton Rd Toyota hasnt been completely pleasant. Im still in limbo on making a final decision to stay in the car these guys put me in or not. They want me to rebuild my credit by paying on car which i dont have a problem with but heres my issue. I put down nearly 3k. the car that I received wasnt even ready at the time of signing. No big deal. Fast forward 24hrs when they notify that the car is ready for pick. Before I even leave the lot, the car acts as if it doesnt want to crank. Before i even make it home, all the check lights were on including check engine. Now, these ppl are telling me that they are gonna fix the car but I dont want it. If I buy a product and it breaks down before i essentially pull off the lot, I dont even want that product. And if i cant get a better car from them than something someone turned back in because they were having problems, i definetely dont want those problems. Be mindful now, we are talking about $3,000 down for a 09 Camry. Whoever reads this probably will be just as disturbed as I am
