Had a recall on my airbags so made an appointment with thornton rd autonation/toyota to make the repairs. Called, made the appointment. They took my car in at exactly the appointed time and within 2 hours my car was ready. Very professional, very fast, very courteous. I will use this dealership for all my repairs. Very pleased with my treatment as a customer.

They send out coupons that are not good for particular cars but you are not told until you ve driven 40 miles to get advertised service. The actual price is $30.00 higher than ad. Through with Auto nation
We had an amazing experience with AutoNation Toyota! We went from a 2014 ford explorer to a 2016 toyota camry and could not be happier! Excellent customer service & did not feel pressured to purchase like most places make you feel. We will definitely buy cars here again in the future!
It takes entirely to long to get an oil change done. Making an appointment is pointless because you will still be waiting 2+ hours. This happens every time I come. Today will be my last time coming to get my vehicle serviced. Smh
WOW!! Talk about an easy process! Saad was the BEST Salesperson I have ever dealt with, EVER!!! No lie. He was great, from the first step I placed in the dealership with my kids to the step out into my NEW Toyota Prius C!!! I was a little skeptical being that my credit is not in the best of shape, but I told Saad what I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay, and he worked his magic and made it happen! THANK YOU!!!!!! I have a lot of windshield time, so I knew I wanted something that was gas efficient. I went in looking for another Corolla, but came out with a Prius! If Corolla's came in the Habenero color, I would have been all over it! LOL I LOVE the color of my baby, AND I LOVE the car itself!! Thank you Saad!!!
I booked my appointment online for the 15k oil change and to patch a screw in my tire. When I arrived the advisor was nice and said they'd have my service completed shortly.
After waiting over 1.5 hours just for the oil change, I was told the screw in my tire could be plugged in an additional 30-40 minutes. I told him I had somewhere else to be and didn't have that much time. He said they'd put on the full size spare in 10 minutes or less and get me on my way. He specifically said "full size" and "same wheel." I said that would be great and I'd get the punctured tire fixed another time. 45 minutes later, and after my having to ask about my vehicle again, it came out with a donut on it. There was no heads up or explanation.
Now I have a tire with limited range that I'll have to make another appointment somewhere to get fixed before I can drive to work tomorrow. Many promises made, none kept.
It took over 2 hours to do an oil change and put on the spare tire. The entire experience was terrible. I was told I'd have a full-size in 10 minutes (after the slowest oil change in history) but ended up with a donut after 45 minutes.
I don't have half a day to wait for an oil change. The "free" service cost me my day. I missed an appointment that was 3.5 hours after my scheduled service visit because they took so long for a basic maintenance item, which was still wrong when I left. I'd rather pay another place to do the work right in 1/4 the time.
Bad experience indeed! I had called a few days earlier and scheduled appointment to bring my 2013 Toyota 4 Runner for brake check and tire rotation in September 2020. That was my first time since I just moved to the area. They had me sat down and waited, waited for more than 2 hours to tell me that they couldn't get the parts for brake job. I was very angry that they waisted my time and I asked for my keys to get out of there. This is unlike genuine Toyota Service I had been, this service location should not associate themselves with better Toyota Dealer or Service.
I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Kamone Hill my sales person and the entire team actually put joy back into the car buying experience. Kamone, answered every question, straight forward. He and the entire team went well beyond customer service. On a scale of 1-10 I give him a 20 along with the entire staff.
Had a good experience with my purchase of a 2017 Toyota Tacoma. Salesperson and manager were friendly and I didn't feel pressured. I would have given five stars except that I did not like the approach of the finance person trying to sell me an extended warranty. Besides the extended warranty pitch, I would say everything was positive. Service after the sale has been great as well. Plenty of follow up to ensure that I am pleased with my purchase. One minor issue I found is being dealt with and should be resolved in a few days (would have already been resolved except for issues on my end, not the dealer).
Dwight J was very helpful in making sure I got the car I wanted! I had done research online before coming into the dealership, and when I got there Dwight had all the details of the car pulled up and a similar car available to test drive while I waited on the car to be available. Junior in the finance department was also great to work with in making sure my financing needs were met. Both times I have purchased a car have been from AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road, and I can see myself coming back when it is time for a new one.
My only concern is the wait time. I spent4 hrs waiting this time which they did tell me it's will be 1 hr 45 mins until they even got to my car. My car had been making a loud noise for months which I told the tech each time I went for my oil change, when they finally checked it, my warranty was up and the cost was $1600. Well that wasn't going to work so I spoke with the manger who did waive my price to check the car and eventually look at the old paper work where I'd indicated the noise while in warranty. Thank God he worked it out where my car will be fixed since I was still in warranty when the problem was reported. So it was worth the wait. Thanks for trusting and keeping the customer first.
From the moment I walked through the door, Marie was responsive and caring. She understood that i had a budget and stuck to the budget. She discussed different models and did not waste my time by showing me vehicles that I would not be interested in. She discussed her sales experience and took me on a very pleasant test drive. i loved this dealership and will definitely be using them in the future.
I had a great experience doing business with AutoNation of Toyota. The sales woman Jayda Berrios provided great customer service and went out of her way to help me find the vehicle I was looking for. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to see her at the Toyota AutoNation location in Lithia Springs GA.
Totally hassle free. Never imagined buying a car could be such an easy, positive experience. The salesman, Junior, was very helpful , accommodating and proactive. He anticipated our questions and obtained an answer before we asked. Colin in the finance department was very professional, organized and efficient. Very nice clean building. Still amazed!!!
Worked with Franklin Edward and Matt had horrible experience. They confirmed one price over phone, email and changed completely after I got there.!i even asked before I head out from Nashville they said yes. They had me for more than 2 hours at their store and finally got quote 1700$ higher than what we agreed on emails and phone. Said this is best they can do. Their plan is to get people to the store with numerous number of lies and they think people buy it at whatever price at no choice. Worst place, horrible and rude people. Cheating and trapping customers to get their business but I finally walked without buying car and ruined my 9 hours drive and spoiled my entire day. Even google reviews seems to be fake as well. Stay away from this place!!
We bought our Prius at AutoNation in 2013 new. We have just completed our 25K service check and have received excellent service from AutoNation and from the Prius. We usually average about 55 miles per gallon and love the car. I think the Thornton Road AutoNation is the very best dealership we have ever had. Thank you AutoNation Toyota.
We just completed a safety update on our 2013 Prius which now has 54, 235 miles on it. The AutoNation Toyota dealership personnel were very helpful in completing our job competently and on time. Our Service Advisor was extremely helpful. Thank You Thornton Rd. Toyota!
Best place to purchase a car. The staff is very friendly. Best customer service ever. Bryan and Terrance are great salesman s. They got me the exact car I wanted. The manager Colin was very nice. I had a great experience.
Bought a car last night and had to come back to tie up some loose ends on my vehicle. My sales guy Travis was great but he was off but his coworker Joe stepped up and helped me get It resolved. If you re looking for car start here they will tweet you right!
I have had my Highlander in the automotive shop 4 times for the same issue with the brakes they supposedly fixed. Was just told by the manager Andy that no matter what they did to fix the problem that "Nothing was going to make me happy". Fixing the problem and doing it properly would have made me happy. Now back to Toyota Corporate
I had the absolute worst experience here. I came to this particular location because my mother has purchased vehicles from this location and she had nothing but positive things to say. My experience was a complete nightmare. The Accounts Manager and Accounts Supervisor avoided me for months. They kept my trade in vehicle and my down payment when whatever they did with my paperwork was their fault. It took 3 months for the general manager to get back with me regarding a resolution and he was completely condescending. I contacted Toyota's Corporate office and was informed that they could not do anything about this because it is not a vehicle/product issue. I am completely disgusted with Toyota as a company at this point. BEWARE of these thugs in suits
When we walked up to the dealership Patricia greeted us very kindly. Her first question was "which salesman were we looking for". We told her we were just "shopping and comparing". She said she would be happy to work with us and proceeded to find out what we were interested in. She was not pushy and she was very helpful. We had a very positive experience at AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Rd.
Unprofessional bullies! The salesman was asking all types of personal relationship questions. Tried to date me even after saying I was not interested. Staff basically tried to hold me hostage for a car I repeatedly said I did not want. My experience with this dealership was a nightmare. I can't even put the entire experience on this review. Shady financing department and very intimidating group of people. No I do not want to speak with anyone. I do not recommend going in the dealership without a male to escort you.
Keith was great! He was very professional and did everything that he could to help me. He has defiantly made buying my first car a pleasant experience.
Bought my first car here and I absolutely love it! All thanks to Lou, who helped me find the right car for me. He is the best!!! I will definitely recommend him as your sales agent if you are looking to buy a car. Thank you Lou for my 2018 Toyota Yaris IA
I've taken my Rav4 to this dealer since its purchase, and I love the service! It's fast, professional, and they get you in and out on time . . . Corey in the Service Department was awesome!!
Horrible . If I knew what I know now, I would have went back to Honda to purchase my car. First off when I bought my car in September 18 , when I went to pick it up there was no mats on the car, the car hadn t been clean, & there was a scatch on the front bumper that I hadn t seen when I originally seen the car. Mind you this is a 2018 vehicle. I had to keep going back for them to correct things, now it s time to get an oil change & every time I call they say they re always busy & want you to come a week or so later. Not to mention I went up there too, because you can walk in and they turned me around & told me they were done taking customers for the day. 2hrs before closing!
I love the customer service ethics given by the service team. I went in with getting my tires rotated and balance with an issue with my rear door not closing. After getting a diagnostic the team fix my door with no charge to get it to close. It will need to be replaced and with my military discount I will save money go back. Great job Service Team
My wife owns a Prius and I own a Sienna, AutoNation on Thornton Rd. services both carefully and well. I have zero complaints. One time someone accidentally pushed a obscure button, on the inside of the Prius rear door, which engaged a child lock for the windows and doors in the back seat. When I took the car in for service, the service writer fixed the problem at no charge. Another time. Another time, someone in the family pushed another obscure button on the bottom half of the dash. I never use this feature which causes cold air to be channeled into the rear of the cabin. Once on, it makes a loud noise like the air conditioner is on high; yet, no cool air feeds onto the driver. Once again, a service writer resolved the problem at no cost. By now, it must be clear to the perceptive reader, that I do not enjoy studying owner's handbooks. I have other things to manage; so, I drive the extra 15 miles to Toyota on Thornton Rd.. Somebody else might have taken advantage of my lack of commitment to vehicle self-reliance, but these guys have never done so. AutoNation Toyota's service and customer experience are worth the extra miles because they go the extra mile for me. .
I visited 10/3/16 at first I was disappointed because I was waiting around for someone to help me and only one person asked if I had been helped which was a tech and he said that's not acceptable which is true because I'm new too this area and this service section was different from back at home. I also bring my car to Toyota no matter where I am. So he pointed me to the right direction. Even then I still waited for someone to help me while watching people go before me. Finally a gentleman said all these people went before you I do apologize ma'am I will make sure your car goes before them. Which I was grateful but I was happier that they understood the wrong and made sure the rest of my visit was a great experience.
We went for shopping a Toyota Camry yesterday.Had the worst experience i have ever had in my entire life. The sales person was good and we had agreed for a deal.We were ready to buy the car immediately as we liked the car. But, the sales manager came back with a different quote. We were still ready to talk it out. But, the sales manager was so rude that he gave a feeling that "Even if this guy gives me a car for free, i am not buying from him". His demeanor was offensive and his intent was on sending us out than trying to talk to us about the deal.It made me wonder, even if i buy a car from this guy, there might be a lot of hassle if there is an issue with my car or with my service. If he were a little polite and transparent, we were ready to sign the deal immediately. But, the way he talked put us off completely. This dealership has zero focus on customer satisfaction or building trust with customers.
Had to get a few recalls taken care of, and I thought I was gonna be there for a while, but they offered a shuttle bus to take me within a 10 mile radius. Glad that was available, so I didn't have to stay in the waiting room. Shuttle bus also picked me up when my car was done.
The salesman, Mr. Alexander and the entire team were very professional. His knowledge was exceptional. I was very comfortable to make the decision without being pressured. Great experience! Absolutely recommended place to shop for your vehicle.
If you like playing GAMES when buying a car then this is the dealership for you. I bought a car form them years ago and it was Great. I told the salesman that and they still wanted to pay GAMES. I don't recommend this dealership.
I was looking for a vehicle for the family and the sales guy that approached us, Lou was good, exceptional service and helps us to choose a Highlander which I am enjoying to date. However, that's where it ends. The finance guy, Wills, was very unprofessional, behaving like he's doing you a favor. We had to wait more than 2 hours to see him and after that, his attitude was a pissed off. He ended up selling us a 7 year power train warranty for 100.000 miles that we don't need. I went back less than a month to cancel the warranty and the guy was nasty because he must be making some commissions out of the warranty. It took 3 months, several calls to Wills, his manager and a nasty message on the twitter and Facebook page of the CEO before the warranty was canceled, a hassle which anyone doesn't have to go through. If you go there to buy a car, beware of Wills in the finance.
This was my first visit to the dealer to get my Tundra serviced. Debbie was friendly and her customer service is exceptional. I will definitely be going back again. Thank you!
Every thing in the process of buying the car was excellent. I was promised a lot prior to arriving and they exceeded my expectations. The offer for my trade was above what KBB had stated its value and they reduced the price even further during negotiations. The selection of vehicles was tremendous. Thanks to everyone that made the process easy!
My sales consultant, Jovan Roseboro was amazing. He was very pleasant to work with. He is very customer service orientated and genuinely cares about you having the best experience. Jovan was accessible with any questions I had via phone and text. He never lost patience with me regarding all of my questions. After he assisted me in finding the right vehicle for me, I was introduced to the rest of the managers that took equal care of me. Once it was official I was greeted by the manager and welcomed to the Toyota family. Because of the exceptional service I received I would highly recommend Jovan as your sales person in purchasing a vehicle. It didn't feel like just a transaction-he provided me with a service. Rest assured Jovan will take extraordinary care of you.
I purchased the 2017 Toyota 86 today and had numerous of friendly and helpful staff!! I also had the 2016 Toyota Corolla and never had any problems with the service department or the car itself. Amazing guys
Ms. Cecilia Thompson and Thornton Road AutoNation provided great service. My 2012 Camry had recalls that I didn't know about and they fixed them all. Cecilia went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and not stressing because one issue was with the transmission. OMG, all I could think was I gotta pay a lot of money. The Toyota techs found it was apart of a recall and fixed it without any hassle. Thank you to Cecilia and the Toyota team at Thornton Road. You rock!
We purchased a RAV4 May 2016 and have been very happy with the experience. Patty Atcheson was our sales person and she was awesome. She met us outside while we were walking up, greeted us nicely and asked if she could find our salesman for us. We told her we have not talked to anyone yet, and she commented that is wonderful, I would love to help you then. She was very helpful. She listened carefully to us to find the vehicle with the right options we were looking for. She was not pushy at all and was a joy to work with.
I called the general manage like was suggested. I was told he is with a customer and to leave a message. This was about 3 hours ago. Still he has not returned my call. Wait though! I thought I was a customer! My mistake. Changed my review from 2 stars to 1. ____________________________________________________________________
4 weeks ago I tried to call them about cancelling my Gap insurance and extended warranty. I called 5 times and nobody would return my call! I had to go to the dealership which is an hour from my house! After 4 hours of my time I was able to cancel the insurance and warranty. I was told that I would get a check in 4 weeks. It is 4 weeks later now and no check. I have called and left 3 messages but again they will not return my calls. I have now called the corporate customer service to get them involved. The moral of this story is that if you are not there buying a vehicle they don't care anything about you. It will be a cold day in hell before I buy another vehicle from this dealer if that is how they treat me when I am not buying! There are other dealers out there
Without a doubt one of the best experiences I have ever experienced while purchasing a vehicle. The entire staff was extremely helpful and considerate. If you need to purchase a vehicle, I would strongly recommend visiting this dealership first.
I have been thoroughly pleased with the service I have received from AutoNation Toyota Thornton Rd.. From the salesman (Dwight Joiner) to the finance guy (can't remember his name) Theresa Mariano who kept me informed on the status of my running boards that were on back order and got me scheduled right away for the install and Ricky in the service department! Everyone was always very friendly, courteous and helpful and made the purchase if my 4Runner seamless.
Salesman was pretty good. The guy that handled my paperwork either lied or didn't know what he was talking about when trying to upsale their maintenance program.
I had to have a lot done at once for my car, which took about 3 hours, but the person that took care of me was very informative about what they were doing to fix my car, and gave updates on the progress.
I paid $500 for them to go get a tundra for me of my liking and then they told me the tundra was gone! So the next day at the end of the day they said they found another Tundra and he said he would get it for me. The next morning he calls me and asked me if I still want him to go get the tundra I told him to refund my deposit they kept going back and forth with me to buy my truck I still bought my truck from them big big mistake & the salesman asked me to write him a review I really didn't want to but I did anyways to be nice after the fact made my first payment a week early and they said I didn't pay them my bank prove to them I paid I had to go to the Better Business Bureau to get my account a credit it's still pending very horrible to deal with!!!!!
I had the best car buying from Auto Nation Toyota's sales assc Brianna Walters. She was quick to pick up on the features I wanted vs the features I didn't want to pay extra for. Brianna is knowledgeable about her product, conducted herself with professionalism, but was also so sweet and personable that my husband and I found ourselves talking to her like we would our own daughter. Yes, we are that old! I looked at both the 2017 Camry and 2017 Rav4 and chose the Rav4. I love my new ride! It handles well, has plenty of pep, and the cup holders are just perfect! Thank you Brianna Walters for a fun shopping experience! This young lady is a definite asset to Auto Nation!
My over all experience was good as far as the employee's I was please with the service I receive the Toyota rave 4 drives very good for a car that will be 10 years old next year. I am very please with the finance manager at this site he worked very hard to get my payment to ware I could afford them I couldn't ask for any thing more as far as that goes. I am not pleased however with that fact that I came out from work this morning to go home and the car won't start I have only had the vehicle for just over 30 days the battery should have been replace prior to the car being sold because the car is a 2006 it will be 10year old next year. and the weather stripping was missing from the rear door so when I went to have the car washed for the first time water came thru the back of the side of the car that should have also been replaced, I was told that the vehicle had a detailed cleaning but it seem to be vacuumed well and clean on the outside only, These details are not major issue how if you are going to buy a car for 100000 it these issues should have been taken care of before the sale of the veh. I will be contacting them to see what they are going to do about the battery and weather stripping and I will keep you informed.
Great customer service.......sale representative Ricardo is outstanding got my 2020 Tundra with his help.....Job well done.....anyone visiting make sure and ask for Ricardo he will hook you up
Test drive experience was so-so. No concrete pricing information provided by the sales team on a second model that we inquired about. Sales team did not take inquiries seriously since we weren't prepared to buy that day, pricing was higher than other dealerships we spoke to, and financing options presented were terrible. They seemed only to care about a sale today vs. one in a month. If you want a Toyota, I would try another dealership first.
Made an appointment for an oil change. I waited at the service center since it should only take 30-45 minutes. It took over 2 1/2 hours. No one ever came and told me there was a delay or gave me a reason as to why it was taking so long. I had to go find the service advisor to find out what was going on. Never did get a reason only that they were working on it. I will never use this service center again. Poor customer service that obviously does not value or respect the customers time.
I got an amazing car and saved a great deal of money as well. All of the staff were friendly and helpful! Thank you for a worry free car buying experience!
My wife took her 2007 Prius in for service. Usually I would take the car. The service personnel were pleasant and very helpful, finished in the appropriate amount of time, made suggestions about future service. All in all, my wife felt the service was quite good.
Our 2016 tacoma with 36000 miles left me and my 2yr stranded in the hot sun for nearly an hour. Now since a newer truck that stays serviced shouldnt break down, Did toyota try to make it as little of an inconvenience as possible? No. They don't care about their customers. We are missing our first family vacation bc they didn't want to come off $100 for a rental. And then they had the balls to ask if they could buy our truck which is paid off! DO NOT do business with them, they do not care about people just money!
Best place to get car repair and service. My car stopped on the way while going from Birmingham, AL to Columbia, SC. Had to tow my car to this closest service center. A service representative, Darius, helped me to contact the power train warranty provider and get my car fixed. He followed up all week giving updates. Thorough gentlemen. I would definitely recommend this place. Five stars!!!
My service at AutoNational Toyota on Thornton Road was extremely great. mamadu and Winston treat us like a family they were more than a sales representative of Toyota. If you need someone who is honest just ask for these two gentlemen.
I would have to say the service center saved the day when Wyatt Davis was added to the team. I really appreciate the time that he took out to provide the most outstanding service and making sure that my family and I were well taking care of while we were there. I just want to say THANK YOU WYATT for making my first Toyota experience a great two day experience . Five star service
Excellent customer service. My service advisor Joshua Bender knew things about my car that I wasn't aware of (recall notice) and made plans to get it done while I was there for another service. They called me when it was done and I am very pleased.
I was looking for a tundra and could find the right one and no dealership wanted to really help me so i started looking on Facebook and saw a Tundra i likes and reached out to Joe on Facebook. Even though it was 10:30 at night he still offered his help. When we arrived he was kind and hospitable. We found the truck I wanted and he helped me with the whole process! I m so in love with my 2021 Tundra I bought for my birthday and all thanks to Joe! Please go to this dealership before you buy elsewhere! Their team is awesome!!!
My husband and I was very pleased w/ the service at Auto Nation Toyota. Buying a car alone could be stressful, but not in this case. We really was impressed w/ the professionalism of Jackie & Brandon. Kudos to you guys! All the vehicles we own is Toyota. I'm so happy we decided to come to your Toyota establishment for purchase. So keep up the good work & we' ll tell others about the outstanding service that was rendered.
I recently posted about my experience at the service center. The manger Steve reached out to me to sincerely apologize. He assured me that my future visit would be great. I appreciate him being so understanding and apologetic. He has regained my business, I will be return to Toyota Thornton Rd for my vehicle services.
