I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD! NEVER SERVICING MY CAR HERE OR PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN! WILL COMPLAIN TO TOYOTA CORPORATE ABOUT THEM!

Currently without my car, car keys, or house keys because of the service department. Came here last week and my service advisor told me they closed at 5:30pm on Saturdays. Showed up around 5:10pm to pick up my car and they had closed. No one notified me of this. They left my car sitting outside UNLOCKED and my car keys AND house keys locked inside the service garage. I complained to the dealership and they could not do anything except tell me to wait until Monday to pick up my car. Due to my work schedule conflicting with their service hours, it is going to be near impossible for me to pick up my car until next weekend. So on top of all the inconvenience and paying for my car repair, I now have to spend additional money to take Uber or Lyft until I get my car back.

ADDITIONALLY, I have had several issues with this dealership prior to now. They've tried to trick me into spending thousands on repairs I didn't need, didn't let me know when the car I had been looking for was available even though they said they would notify me, lied about fixing everything on my car prior to selling it to me (they did quick fixes to make the check engine light temporarily disappear), the salesman trapped me into a bad loan by failing to disclose all of my loan offers, and the service technicians don't know what they're doing because it takes them TWO tries to fix my car instead of fixing it right the first time.

Sales are great. But the service department needs serious improvement. Went in about a month ago for a replacement bed cover and after 4 hours of waiting they finally realize it's the wrong cover so they ordered the other. Now today I arrive at 1045 they said it would take two hours at the most and as of now it's been 4 hours and still going. It's piss poor service and I'm not happy at all especially when they don't have loaners to let you have while they are back there looking at my truck scratching their heads wondering what they are looking at.

The only thing I don't care for is the emails where they scream "We want your car" and they are trying to get you to come in and trade your old car in on a new one. They do have a great service department though and the wait is not usually long at all. The financing manager is awesome and so is Kevin, BTW.. Hi Kevin! I still got love for all of you.. Keep doing your thing Toyota Fam!

My experience was AWESOME at AutoNation. I purchased a BRAND-NEW Toyota Tacoma. My sales guy was Brad O'Neal who was extremely personable and very helpful. It truly was a very pleasant experience. No high-pressure sales pitch to buy. I knew exactly what I wanted and Brad answered all of my questions and concerns and got me into a 2017 vehicle of my choice with NO MONEY DOWN! Woot Woot! I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely be a lifelong customer!

Also the facility I went to is enormous with a huge inventory to choose from. It's very clean and modern looking. It looks new even though it's not a new facility. The upkeep is on a grand scale. I loved my experience at AutoNation and, like the Terminator says, I'll be back!

Ok so your looking to repair or replace your Toyota this is the place to be in west Atlanta. Whatever your needs stop in and stay a :while: if you are having problems with your car make an appointment and have seat get a ride or take the shuttle even a simple service or recall can take a while if 55 other people are waiting and you are #56 just be patient it'll get done eventually. If your in for a diagnosis more patience will be required it's a car not witchcraft or voodoo their ain't no crystal ball no magic it takes time to do a good job and figure out what YOU have done to YOUR car they will fix it if you would just sit down and shut up or just leave it they'll call when it's done they may even come pick you up like enterprise.
Yes other people exist it's not just YOU impatient #56 especially on a Saturday you might be #156 when you have better things to do go do it the car car can wait it's already 5k miles overdue for service what's another day or two.
Remember make an appointment if it's at 3 o'clock be there at 2:45 maybe you'll get in faster maybe not just like the Doctor's office or the Dentist sit down and wait until you are called see how far you can bend over and get them teeth out.

just purchased a 2015 Prius and I have to say, I had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed but not pressured. My salesperson listened to my wishes and was very knowledgeable when explaining the cars I looked at. I felt at ease during the test drive and negotiation prices. They were upfront with the deals I could get and the price they could offer me. (It was an awesome deal!)

The general manager even took the time to check up on me to make sure I was still doing alright and happy with the process. It made me feel as though I was a priority.

Once we had settled on a car, color, and price, I went to the finance guy. He was great too! He was extremely nice and very patient (I had a million questions). He explained all the extra things (tire protection, maintenance, etc) and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Overall, they were all very kind and professional. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I highly recommend this location!

The person who answered the phone and scheduled me quoted a car tune up would be $200. Actual surprise price at pickup: $600 !!!

I found they added a bunch of stuff without stating prices when offering it, leading me to believe it was included in the base cost. They didn't state the cost was additional at the time of signing the agreement. I asked for a discount after doing a backflip in shock and got a measly $30 off. Not happy.

I'll take my chances elsewhere next time. This isn't the first time I have caught them price gouging or forgetting to mention which services cost what. I have learned my lesson.

Im surprised at the reviews for this business. I've brought my car to them three times and there are always problems.

I've never had my vehicle returned in the time frame they have promised. Today, they told me they weren't busy and could have the work done "in no time". More than two hours later they call saying "we're looking at your car now." When they tell me that they will let me know when i can pick up my car, they call me bear closing time asking if I'm still going to pick it up??? When i tell them "YES. It's my CAR. I NEED it to DRIVE TO WORK" They give me attitude as if I'm not desperately waiting for them to finish their garbage work so i can have my car back and drive to work the next day.

They suggested replacing brakes that, 10,000 miles ago, they said were at 50%.

I've had my tires rotated and come back with loose bolts, hub cap cover falling off, hub cap cover scratched to hell, and tires pressured to 40+ psi instead of the 32-35 range recommended by OEM.

I've had my glove compartment fall onto the floor because it was unattached. I've had oil leaking because the filter was barely screwed on at all.

Incompetent, unprofessional, and overpriced for their terrible workmanship and customer service. I can do better work myself in my driveway than these idiots can do with a "professional" maintenance garage.

I applied online and an agent named Kevin Echols called me back and he was sent from heaven. I went in around 1:30 that same day 12.23.25 and was driving out with a new car just a few hours later. My experience in purchasing this car was the best ever. Everything went so fast I could not believe it. Thanks for Kevin my salesperson and the finanial person I dealt with both very friendly and professional and fast. Thanks again and also I LOVE my new car.

This is the place to go to buy cars. My husband and I are educated buyers and shopped three full days before coming to AutoNation the fourth day (and after a lot of research on the internet as well). We negotiated 4 other deals (which we walked away from due to price) before coming to AutoNation and visited countless more dealerships on top of that. These professionals (especially Gary {sales} and Karrie {finance}) were prompt, knowledgeable, and honest. Nobody tried to sell us snake oil and everyone negotiated fairly. In the end we got a price that was nearly $2000 below the AVERAGE PRICE PAID by most buyers (NOT the MSRP). We spent two hours only negotiating at most other places whereas we were able to walk off the lot with a new car in about as much time at AutoNation. We probably got a better deal than 80-90% of other buyers in the market for this car (2014 toyota prius c) and we got a fabulous interest rate of 1.9% (great for a first time car buyer). I highly recommend this dealership. They are truly a cut above the rest.

I was hustled into buying a brand new 2019 Rav4 with a these special features, i.e wireless connectivity. After 2 weeks of not being able to use the audio through my phone, gps, nor make phone calls connected via USB nor bluetooth I'm told that my Samsung Galaxy 10 is not compatible. The phones compatible are Motorola, Lg, and some iPhones. I am now told to buy a headset since holding the phone while driving is illegal. My Toyota Care expired. So I had to pay for a service. The price for a regular service is pretty high. It is 130+ USD. If you really want to do a service there, get a prepaid service plan. It reduces the price to 80+ USD for each service. I was upset to find that I could not use the newly purchased plan for the current service. A word of CAUTION: get you plan BEFORE starting your current service.

I wish I could give this place an negitive 100. This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I went to the dealership for my birthday. I spent alot of time explaing that I was looking for a dependable car I could afford. We found one and they told me not to worry their cars go thru a 120. Point inspection. Which I later found out meant they turn the car on and off and drive it forward and backwards and thats the 120 point inspection. The reason I found this out is because 13 days after buying the car the check engine light came on and it needed a 1200 dollar part. I called the dealership several times and talked with several managers. Finally after many insults they said they would fix the part. Well here it is almost a year later and I found out that part wasn't never fixed because it shows up as the code violation for my emission text. I have put that car in the shop every other month since I had it this year. My payments feel like their trippled because I am always paying for the shop bill. At first, I thought they were very helpful and thoughtful when I was looking but that was just a cover up to sell me a lemon. I would not recommend anyone looking for a used car to go here. They are a scam and they sell lemon cars and get away with it!

I was told They would vaccumm my car and had free snacks and beverages when I made my appointment .Day of, there wasnt even coffee and the vending machine you had to pay for, wasn't working ..lady was cleaning floors with awful smelling chemical and I was sick by time I finally left ..and no ..car wash either... I recently had a 2:00 pm oil change appointment. I didn't leave until 5:00 pm. I was told it was only going to be 1:30 and no more. When the care was first told to me it was complete by my service representative that was at 4:15 and then he told me I had a tag light out did I want it to be replaced and I said yes. I had to go look for the service rep to find out why is it taking 45min to put in this small bulb that was presented to me to change. He was apologizing and told me my car was ready out side where it was the first time. I proceed to go get my car and it wasn't in the pick up area for customers. He had to go look for the car which happen to be on the other side of the building where they work on the cars.
So left there very hot and disappointed with my service on Friday 5/17/19.

I have had a good experience with Autonation Toyota. Mr. Boyce was very helpful in finding the car and the price we needed. The only problems I have experienced is with the vehicle itself. I purchased a warranty. A few days after purchase I noticed some problems with the vehicle. There is a knock in the steering and there is a noise coming from behind the dash. I took it back to Autonation Toyota service. I was basically told there was nothing they could do. They didn't hear the noise in the steering. They also stated that they heard the noise coming from behind the dashboard. They told me I would have to take it to a Chevrolet dealership. I was told I was not in the warranty system yet and I should wait. I was not told what Chevy dealership I should take it to. On online forums for this vehicle the noise behind the dash was due to the ABS system. Out of pocket it would be over 1000.00 fix. I am concerned the poping noise in the steering is a tie rod issue. I am disappointed in the lack of service I have so far received from Autonation Toyota.

Came here and bought a certified pre-owned Camry. I had a good sales associate by the name of Curtis. Overall it was a pleasant car buying experience. Be sure to research the car you want online before going to the dealer and pre-qualify for financing if you're going that route so you can get the best rates. Had to give 4 stars just because they will try to sneak extra charges like $300 for floor mats which should already come with the vehicle anyway. $400 for window tint that wasn't even on the vehicle. $500 for dent protection and appearance protection. Those are all BS so don't fall for it when buying.

When I first started the process of buying a car I wanted the Toyota Corolla L. I was completely sold on the L but the white one was loaned to a customer and the black one was being looked at by another customer and sales representative, so Damarius had said " I know you wanted the L but the Le is just like it its only $400 more, we can test drive it and also look at the L if you would like." I said okay , sure.... Well we went out to look at the car(LE) and then go on the test drive. When we went out to look at the car Damarius was explaining everything that the car was equipped with and answered any questions I had between the two cars. I didn't drive or look at the L I was so mesmerized by the LE didn't give the L a second thought. I am completely happy with LE. My wife and I have bought a few cars in the past and each time, it was generally a headache to spend any time at the dealership going back and forth with the salesman and his number cruncher. We just recently had our first child and were looking for our "forever" family vehicle and decided a 4Runner was on our shortlist, but thought the prices were generally too high. Once I went online to price out the various SUVs, Barrington Henry eagerly responded to the various pricing emails that I sent out to different dealerships. Those are always fun! Out of all of the sales people to contact me, "Barry", was the only one to work with me on the price of a 4Runner. I told him what I wanted to spend, and he never once pressured me what I wanted my monthly payments to be. It wasn't even brought up until we nailed down the price of the vehicle. Then, he worked very hard and diligently to get my wife and I out of our lease 4 months early and they stay within those monthly payments that we budgeted for. They will work with you regardless of your situation. At closing, we were also given deals that didn't necessarily have to be given to us. They understood we were a typical family with a little 1 year old and are on a budget. Great all around experience. I highly recommend them and ask for Barry! Very nice and great guy!

I so recommend this Dealership! Sam was/Is an awesome sales representative. He made us feel so welcome, we went there just to look. His hospitality, his personality should be what buyers at all dealerships should receive. After all was done, I noticed he didn't walk away when we were out until we walked away. He even asked my wife and children (adults)if they had any questions for him. When we drove into the lot from the entrance there's a sign that reads "Welcome" and Guest Parking my wife said "aaaaaaaaw" this is it, you're buying here unknown too me I DID. The service advisor I had yesterday, Corey, was really nice and professional. He advised me of pricing and confirmed the repairs I needed. However, when I had to check out, I had to deal with Cynthia and her attitude. First, she wasn t there and the other 2 people sharing the office told me she d be back. Maybe they should be in the back if they can t assist the customers. Cynthia comes back and tried to rush me reading the prompts on the card machine. I read everything before I sign! I told her I didn t want to enter my pin. She told me it s either debit or it s not. Most card machines give you an option to opt out of using your pin, but all vendors differ. Either way, her attitude was not necessary. We all have bad days, but if you re customer facing, suck it up and be pleasant.

Today, I called back to follow up on some other work they said I needed. The description online didn t match what was written on my paper so I wanted to confirm it was the same service before I booked. Who do I get on the phone? You guessed it, Cynthia! I gave her both descriptions and asked if it was the same service because I didn t know. She stated, I don t know either with the same attitude! What happened to customer service? I snapped and told her that s why she needed to find someone that did know! I was placed on a long hold before Corey came on the line to confirm it was indeed the same service.

I say all this to say:
1) Make sure the service descriptions on your website match the descriptions your technicians use. (i.e. Brake Flush = Brake Fluid Exchange with Protection Plan).

2) Fix Cynthia s attitude or put her in the back to work shipping and receiving!
