After shopping at all the dealerships in the area I decided to purchase a 2014 Toyota Tundra from AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Rd in Lithia Springs. My sales representative was Shawn Pryor. Shawn was very helpful with finding the right vehicle and working through the deal to a point I was comfortable with making the purchase. After reaching a decision the finance/business office was also a pleasant experience; while finalizing the paperwork the Toyota Tundra was detailed and filled with fuel so that it was ready to go when we finished. Shawn Pryor then walked me around the truck, helped set up things such as the mirrors connecting my phone to the radio system etc. Finally, as part of my deal we added running boards to the truck, they were promptly ordered; an appointment was set in the service department and when I arrived to have them installed the truck was taken in immediately at the appointment time and quickly, professionally serviced. Way Way over priced for scheduled services, added oil change without my approval. 5000 miles early. 56$ to rotate tires and balance. Can't find a balance weight on tires.
The service dept has now twice attempted to make me pay for unnecessary costly repairs. The first time I blew off as a fluke that the service person didn't know about the extended warranty on a specific part. But this second time was just plain insulting. Instead of telling me about a $100 fix I was given an $700+ replacement quote. Nevermind that the whole circumstance of needing the fix was fishy to begin with. No bueno!!
My experience at AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Road exceeded my expectations! I have visited several different car dealerships over the past 2 months, and I have never received such a personalized approach to buying a car. It is evident to me that there is a team approach to how customers are serviced with an intentional focus to understand the needs of the customer, before discussing the purchase process. James Hall, the sales consultant who assisted me, met me in the parking lot, as I reluctantly walked in the store, around 7:30 pm. close to closing time on Saturday. I wasn t sure if I wanted a new car or used car, since it had been over 10 years since I purchased a car. I honestly came to take a quick look and then return the following day. He was excited to show me several different models. He answered all my questions and explained the advantages of purchasing a new car as well as a previously owned vehicle. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features. He didn t mind answering questions and showing me several different cars, both new and used. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. He seemed genuinely concerned about understanding my needs and finding the perfect car, regardless of how long it would take. In the end, I purchased a 2019 Camry. I love it!!! I want to personally thank James, Milton Andrews and Winston Elliot who worked as a team to help me select a vehicle that fits my lifestyle and my budget. It s absolutely perfect!!! I am so glad I stopped by this dealership! This was a refreshing and pleasant car buying experience. The staff is nice, but every time I come here for a maintanence checkup I have to wait a ridiculously long time. Today I came into the Toyota service center to have them patch my tire, because a nail puncture. I had a 7am appointment. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, I asked the associate who took my information how much long it will take. He responded by saying 20 minutes, and I said "For a tire," then he mentioned he didn't even notice it was gone and that since it was in the garage they were working on it. I've spent almost 2 hours waiting for them to patch a tire! Patch a tire! I came at 7am, and only 4 other people were waiting for service. I'm so disappointed in the lack of care and time efficiency at this service center. I spoke with the manager before I left the center. He could not explain the wait, but his only response was that he agreed I waited a very long time.
Had a much more positive this time for servicing on Toyota Rav 4. Duston was very helpful and pleasant. He answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. I will most certainly ask for him again when my car needs service.
I was 95% pleased. I was able to work with Anthony S. and he was great . The onslaught of COVID-19 delayed my stay at the service dept with a 2 hour wait. I would have loved to have taken the shuttle to continue with my errands during this time period but I was okay given our current health climate. It was a smooth transition once I was ready to check out.

Wow!walked in this place thought I was at a night club the women were so unprofessionally dressed butts and breast were everywhere and the rhetoric between the male and female workers was obscene did not get the help I wanted for being hit on constantly by the male salesman stay away from this place!
I ve been coming here for the past 4 years , I received outstanding customer service. However I can say I always wait 2 to 2.5 hrs. My last 2 recent visits , I ve asked for a shuttle. Since I live closer to the dealership. The 1st time the shuttle dropped me off but was not able to pick me back up which I ended up calling Uber so I could pick up my car. I decided to try it again , since it s an option on their website before you Schedule an appt. Now this time , they don t have shuttle services available. Please do not offer shuttle service , when you can t provide it. I don t live far way ( 8 mins max) and the weather has also been great both times. Thank you!

Service rep Daryl was nice and professional. Recall and services were taken care of but my charging port no longer works since I received my vehicle back. Also, my car is now saying maintenance required soon- not sure why since it didn't say that before. I left a message with the dealership but 24 hours later no return call. Its frustrating to take your car to the dealership to ensure things will be done properly to have it come back with issues. This requires another dealership visit whenever they happen to call me back. Sigh

Hi I got brand new car fro AutoNation like 6months ago. They gave me damaged car in which CarPlay is not working. I couldn t be able to test the CarPaly since I didn t have USB cable while I am purchasing. I have noticed that my CarPlay is not working as soon as I reached home on the Day1. Called to sales person he asked me to stop by. I went to the dealer even though it is 1 hr away from home. They have taken 6hrs and said we cannot fix that now can you back later. After one week I have visited the dealer they have around 4hrs again and said sorry this USB connected to CarPlay is not working but we are not able to fix it and we are ordering new dashboard to change it. They have called me couple of times for customer feedback but not for this issue. Anyway I have been raising this issue whenever am they are calling me for customer feedback. They are also keep saying we have raised this issue to management m, someone will call you with in 24-48 hrs. No one till this point has called me. Perhaps I have called them regarding this but same answer as above. Do you really expect a damaged car when you paid for brand new. Definitely NOT. I am really not happy with this. I have even talked One of the TOYOTA Customer service member. She said sorry you have to talk with dealer inker we have nothing to do with it. I hope someone TOYOTA will help me here...

I purchased a new Toyota from Autonation in 2017 I have had my car serviced there since and they always have an issue finding my records. I always have to speak to a manager about something yesterday was no exception except I simply didn t want to. If I ve complained for four years and nothings changed why even bother. Yesterday my technician informed me that my vehicle was not due for the oil change I thought I was taking off work to do because my maintenance required light was on. No it appears that Auto nation just wanted to rotate my tires and sell me wiper blades. It s fine to try to up sell me but do it when my car needs an oil change now I have to go back in another 5000 miles to sit and wait for hours to get an oil change geesh! And to the stalker sales persons lurking in the lobby NO I don t want to trade in my car!!!
Took my Prius in for a manufacturer's recall on a busy Friday afternoon. Even though I had made an appointment I was advised the procedure might take hours. To my surprise my car was ready in just a little over an hour. Thank you Anthony for the great service you provided.
They chwrhed me over $400 for diagnostic to pass inspection. Charge me over $1700 for fuel injectors. Then when it did not pass inspection I was told it was the catalytic convet and I would have to payore to get that fixed. Praying am a 60 year old handicapped women and feel they took advantage of me.

Knowing AutoNation is a big nationwide dealer, our expectation was not too high. Boy, were we wrong! Our saleslady Zanobia was friendly, openly communicative and efficient. She kept us informed as to what was happening at all times. When the "big" moment came, she had to consult the manager and again, we were bracing for some heavy breathing. But no, he talked straightforwardly and respected our stance. Yes, we did end up trading in our old Prius. Highly recommended!

He negotiated a price with me in a straight forward manner. After the sale, he saw to it that the vehicle was perfect for delivery. Since 2000,I have been a Toyota Camry owner. This is a very reliable car & comfortable to ride in including for those who ride in the rear seats. Great trunk space as well! My 2016 purchase has been the most surprising & pleasant experience in dealing with a car dealership! Went there for a valve recall and when I left my engine failed a couple weeks later. My oil was overfilled but they shift blame to the customer. My car had no issue prior and they claimed I never had codes in my car. That s a lie because I ve seen my check engine before and my low tire pressure.
They offered to fix my car for almost $9000 that s outrageous, and it all happened after I took my car to them. My oil was overfilled when I checked it again after taking it to a personal mechanic, but they refuse to even talk about that.
All I have to say is steer clear of this place. I am currently trying to find somewhere to fix my car, and thanks to this place I have to come out of pocket a pretty penny.

The service center is so close to me, plus I bought my car from this location so I thought it was a good idea NO! Every time I come for service there s a lack of urgency to help! I sit there and no one acknowledges that I am there, no one tells me that someone will be with me shortly. This place is literally 2 minutes from me, and I d rather go to another service center because I never receive decent service here. You all really need to do better in the customer service department because it seriously lacks.
I recently purchased a used truck from Autonation Toyota. The buying experience was wonderful. No pressure, fair price and I got the vehicle I needed. As with any used vehicle there were some things that needed taken care of. They fixed them quickly and professionally. This is the second truck I've bought from Autonation dealers. I cannot see myself buying future vehicles from anyone else.

I didn t put 5 stars because I had trouble locating my car when it was ready to go. It was too cold to have to walk around the building.

The ONLY reason I gave a one star rating is I had to rate before I could review otherwise I'd give a -5. With an appointment it took 4 hours for a first time checkup and tire rotation. That 4 hours also includes the 45 minutes my vehicle sat waiting for someone to check me out. Their excuse.....we were short staffed today. No excuse!! If you knew you were under staffed and there would be a long wait I should have been informed of this upfront with the option to reschedule. Instead I missed other appointments for that day. Inexcusable!! I will not be back for the rest of my complimentary checks.

Service was ok not the best but not the worst. They are not good at following up like they say but I am on top of them. I wanted a sunroof and my sales person kinfa overlooked that as i said it was not a deal breaker she just wanted to make the easiest sale but I understand that is extra money for a sale. Still working out some details that are going to determine if I keep the new car or walk away with my old car.

Melvin Arnum is very good at explaining all the ins and outs of a new car. I bought a new Venza. What a great car! This car is fun to drive and and looks great. There is plenty of room for grandchildren and plants. My experience with Toyota is good and ask for Melvin, if you need a car.

After a couple of phone calls Jayda told me the out the door cost of the vehicles that we were interested in. We drove up that day and were out with the RAV4 in 3 hours. As with all vehicle purchases that I have made, the process always seems to take longer than necessary but everyone was attentive and moving the entire process.
