From the time I pulled up, Joshua was quick and made sure to have me all set with my appointment. Techs were wearing masks and they even provided picnic tables outside to help accommodate social distancing needs. Great job Toyota, one of the best service visits I've had.
My purchase started with an online inquiry and from there I was contacted by a group of devoted team members who ensured i had the best experience. First off my car sales guy Czech was awesome; super nice and not at all pushy. However, my car buying experience should have been better. I came in prepared. I knew what I wanted and was paying cash for the car so no need for financing. Long story short, I had to make four visits to the dealership for this one transaction. 1st trip: I was there several hours to test drive but they didn't have the car with options I wanted in stock. Fine. 2ND day: they said they found the car in another state but in a different color exterior and interior than what I wanted. I was flexible with that. They said I could turn in my lease vehicle there and to come in so I could pay for the vehicle so it could get transferred there. AFTER paying for the vehicle, they revealed to me that I in fact COULD NOT turn in my leased vehicle and the car would arrive later then they first stated! 3rd trip: I had a road-trip that I wanted to go on and hoped that I would use my new car. With that unavailable, they offered me a loaner for the weekend. This was great and the reason why I gave them 3 instead of 2 stars. 4th trip: I finally got the car!
Overall, I think they should have been up front about being able to turn in my lease and how long it would take for me to get the car. I know that purchasing a car can take all day, but I did not anticipate it taking several trips; Even if they have to get it from somewhere else, that shouldnt take more than 2 trips. The sales people there were very friendly and eager to help, Czech kept in touch with me via phone to update me on this process. Glad it's done and I finally have my car.
Customer service was excellent, delivery of the vehicle exceed my expectation. I will definitely use auto-nation in the future for my next vehicle purchase.

This place will sell you nothing but a dream , if you expect for them to stand behind you when you need something that they told you all the way from sales to management it's all a lie . they sit you down bring you water and coffee but once you sign on the dotted line don't expect the same service if you ever needed or come back with any issue with your car , I was told that eveything was gonna be okay and if it wasnt to my satisfaction that it would be replace ( no problem ) FALSE that was a lie , when you walk in eveyone turn there heads and ducks down and hide inside the office or behind a cubicle partition just so they won't make eye contact with you , because of course the car is already sold who cares if he has issues your stuck with it either way it goes. And if you finally get some one to talk to you will wait for about a hour to speak to someone besides the receptionist, I arrived at 9am and left without any resolution at 7pm , this is after I had already came in two days prior and was told to come back the next day , honestly I thought that people still had integrity and stood behind the Congratulation on your new car let me know if we can do anything for you that's false as well , just tell me to my face once you sign your on your own , what's the point behind all the warranty and up charges for this that and the third , Toyoya as a car is great but this dealership straight up sucks , save some time save your hard earn money and don't come here, never again would I recommend or come back or do any kind of business with AutoNation Toyota on Thorton road . Lesson learn unfortunately it wasn't cheap .
I was a motivated buyer. My car just died and needed to keep going on a business trip. That made me one motivated buyer but wanted to get my moneys worth. I had some unique requirements that they where able to handle beyond my expectations which was nice. They ended up giving me more than i expected for my trade in which was also good. I actual was at an auto shop a few miles away and they went over and picked me up as well as my car later on. The small problems i did have where addressed which is nice so overall good experience here.
WOW! I've worked with Colin since day one before I purchased my new 2015 Prius from him. He was very patient and didn't harass me like other dealer salesmen would have and always do. He stood out as being understanding and he didn't candy coat anything. He was always honest and he never got mad no matter how much I tried to challenge him. He worked out a really good deal on my car and I actually compared it to other dealer prices and the other dealers took off running from me. They're all scared of Autonation when it comes to Colin. This guy is really good and I hope he becomes the manager of this Autonation dealership because he is the ONLY person I have known that is super patient when working out a deal with his customers. He doesn't throw in a sales pitch or use that dealer voice, either that alienates us all. He's genuine and he is all about gaining your trust. I got cranky with other dealers and had some serious trust issues, but after challenging Colin for two weeks on end (Sorry, Colin!) , he still kept hanging on and he didn't bug me. He let me think things through and allowed me to reach him on my own terms. Who does that?! COLIN! He saved me a lot of money when I bought my new car. I also wanted a modification done on my car, so he had all that taken care of. All I ever have to do is let Colin know what I want done next on my car and he is super quick about setting up appointments and he makes suggestions. He isn't one to bug the crap out of me or run for my wallet even after buying the car. He's very mellow and he knows what good business is and he knows it starts with trust. Whenever people want to buy a new or used car, I tell them go through Colin and save themselves a world of stress just by allowing him to help with their next purchase. He won't let you down. When I talked with the current guy acting as manager for Autonation, he pissed me off. He talks just like every dealer does and he has the knack for pissing anyone off. I honestly got the vibe he didn't care about my interests and he tried to argue with me. Autonation is good, but I recommend you demand for Colin to be you go-to guy for your next purchase and for car servicing. When I had my car washed while Colin wasn't there, it was still filthy. I had to take the rag from the car shop guys and I demanded to wipe it down myself. It had black road tar all over it and they left the black residue behind and was about to send me on my way. Had I fallen for their trick, I would have been screwed over a new paint job if I didn't look everything over and do a full wipe down in front of them by myself. When Colin is there, he doesn't settle for less. He makes sure everything is PERFECT and he won't allow me to have less. I learned my lesson to never EVER go to Autonation for anything unless Colin is working because he really makes sure people are doing their jobs correctly and not doing a crappy one.

I only buy new cars from AutoNation in Lithia Springs, GA. I live 500 miles away in Florida and have many Toyota dealers here but the deal with manager Brad Thornton (and Junior) is a pleasure. When he sells me a car, in the end I am happy and he is happy along with having a great relationship based on trust and honesty. My Salesman, JQuan was awesome from the start! We emailed Auto Nations and he responded right away to see what vehicle we were looking for. He called back when he had a 20 Highlander Limited on the lot, we went out to see it, had a test drive, came back and he went over the vehicle and all the technology from bumper to bumper not even knowing for sure if we were going to purchase a vehicle from him or not. This young man impressed us with his overall knowledge of the functions of the vehicle from safety, operational, and the newest technology on the vehicle. We told him to order us the vehicle in the colors we wanted and originally was told it would be about 4 weeks to get the vehicle...we got a call on the 6th day saying our Highlander was in to come out and check it out.
After seeing the car we were ready to close the deal. I had planned to use financing elsewhere but Auto Nations worked to get me a cheaper finance rate within Toyota so I am extremely proud that we decided to do business with Auto Nations Toyota at Thorton Rd. I have never had such an easy experience in purchasing a vehicle...I highly recommend this company and most definitely recommend JQuan as your salesman to see. Very friendly, not pushy, and willing to earn your business the best way possible...Great experience overall!!

Simo and Sonja are awesome! A friend of mine was nervous about purchasing a new car so I went along each step of the way for moral support. We were sure we were going to get the typical "car salesman experience" and they would try to talk us into a bunch of extra stuff that she wouldn't need. Not at all the case. Sonja and Simo listened to our needs and concerns and offered valid suggestions on what would make sense and fit in her budget. We walked away with the car she fell in love with at a great price and affordable payments. Instead of leaving with the feeling that we just got ripped off, we left feeling like we got a great deal and amazing customer service! Had I not just bought a new car 2 years ago, I would be in there myself making a purchase. When I'm in the market for a Tundra in a few years, I know where to go!
I had a horrible experience with getting my oil change at this location. I made my appointment for 5:30 p.m on 2.28.2020 I arrived 30 minutes early to ensure i wouldn't be late. Upon my arrival I was told that there were 6 cars ahead of me and that I would be getting my car back at the latest 7pm because that is when the service department closes. There wouldn't be another available appointment until Monday. I went to check on the status of my car at about 6:30pm and the service member said he would get back with me. I went back at 7pm and I asked again I got my car at 7:15 and had to wait 20 MINUTES FOR A RECEIPT!!! It was ridiculous some customers left because their vehicles hadn't been serviced yet. Would not recommend what's the point of an appointment if you have to wait 3 hours for a service that takes 45 minutes at the most.
Follow up After my review customer relations reached out to me immediately and was very apologetic and interested in what could make my experience better which was timeliness. Alexis was very helpful and she even sent a gift from auto-nation which was much appreciated it. Had it not been for her reaching out to me i wouldn't consider going back but now I am way more open to it and plan to return to a better experience
It is really hard to find a good sales person who is not trying to take everything you have. Pablo is so nice, so professional, he answered all my questions and was so willing and committed to getting me what I WANTED! I highly recommend Pablo and Autonation!
My attendant (Douglas) was really good and quite the nicest guy, but the wait time to change oil and rotate tires was interminable. Nearly 3 hours until my car was ready. Way too long for this kind of service. Perhaps this was due to the last day of a special offer. Hope so. Otherwise I would not find myself going back there for service on my Prius.

We were looking for a specific color of Toyota Sienna. I was checking around on the internet when William called and said that he could locate that particular color. We talked about the money and financing and within an hour, we were on our way down there to purchase the car. William had already done the paperwork, so that when I walked in, I was able to sign the paperwork and was out of there in less than an hour. It was an enjoyable experience!
I would like to express my latest experience at Autonation . I came in to have a key made . The service department was great. My service associate was Mr. Scott. I waited no more than five minutes before he got me started. He handled the key problem immediately and "He" suggested while I was there I might want to get a a recall notice (which I did not know about) taken care of on my model truck. He was effecient, knowledgeable and personal. Personell like Scott are definitely an asset to your company . I would not known about the recall if not for Scott... Horrible service. I paid 153.00 for a diagnostic to a specific issue I had identified. They did not diagnose issue that vehicle was brought in for. When I reached out to manager for resolution the manager did not follow up.
Was very interested in a truck they had, they never contacted me back about it, decided to go with a different truck from a different dealership. I told them I decided on a different truck, and they will not leave me alone. These people are horrible.
We all know the process of buying a car is very time consuming and at times, stressful. With that said, my experience at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road was lovely. William Boyce provided excellent customer service by first listening to what kind of vehicle I wanted then selecting the perfect one! He knew each vehicle's specs like the back of his hands. It didn't seem like a routine. He didn't rush me through the process or start talking about credit, money, etc right away. He truly seemed to care about meeting the customers' needs. I purchased a Highlander in 2015 for my growing family and I returned because of the amazing customer service and outstanding performance and service of Toyota, in general. Auto Nation did not disappoint this time either. I was greeted from the moment I walked into the location and not bombarded. I was allowed to have MY OWN SPACE. I don t like to be grilled. I was genuinely told that they were available if I had questions or if I needed anything AND no one stalked me as I did my own search through their inventory outside. I met a friendly sales lady. We immediately connected and before long she knew exactly what I needed and also what I wanted. She found it and then we went straight to the paperwork. I told them my budget and asked them to figure out the rest. I m note good at the back and forth games so I made that very clear. I went home and returned the next day. We didn t do any back and forth. They respected my financial budget tremendously. I signed my paperwork and even have amazing protection on my vehicle that I ve never seen another company consider. The manager was so kind to make sure I knew ever feature that my vehicle offered; he walked me through each of them step by step. I m still blown away by my 2020 RAV 4. Auto Nation is a down-to-earth dealership with great people inside. I ve had two great experiences.
I researched Tacoma's online and was not only emailed, but contacted by Robert Brown, internet sales. He was not pushy, but thankfully very informative; as knew both new and used inventory. The next day, my husband and I set and appointment with Robert and looked at the trucks. We got the new truck we wanted at a great price and at a rate which was better than we thought we would get. They have wonderful follow-up to make sure you are 100 percent thrilled. I highly recommend both this dealership and Robert.
After shopping around for a 2014 RAV4 we were given the best price at AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Rd. When Gary Escoto (our contact sales representative) discovered that all the 2014's had been sold he went out of his way to insure that we received the best price on a 2015 RAV4 and walked us through the process with the sales manager and the finance manager who were all very courteous and Gary stayed with us until we drove off the lot. Very satisfied with my new RAV4 and will recommend AutoNation and Gary Escoto to all my friends and family.

Ornella was an amazing car sales woman. She was patient and understanding. Usually I feel nervous on test drives because the salesman always rides with you, however she was great! I didn't feel nervous at all and it was more like I had a friend riding with me instead. AutoNation worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with all the details of the buying process. Started great and ended poorly. Worked out a deal to buy a new car from this dealer and got everything in order late on Friday night. While I did this all remotely with the dealer, I did everything they asked. We agreed to a 9:30 Saturday pickup where I was supposed to sign the papers and leave. On my way to the dealer, I get a text from the sales person that the car I wanted and we agreed on was sold last night. It seems the sales person never pulled the vehicle from inventory... I would never work with this dealer again.

Was in the market for a new Corolla and I emailed various dealers. Ishmael Cross responded with a price none of the other dealers could beat. He was great through out the process.
I was expecting a bait and switch but nope they honored their offer and they deliver the car at the price promised.
When I went to pick up the car with my son, who the car was for Ishmael took the time to go over the car, the warranty, the maintenance, lemon law, how to work things, etc. When he went to put my son in the car saw it wasn't cleaned to his satisfaction, Ishmael took the car to the prep area and had it fixed.
He then went over how things worked and made sure my son had the phone hooked up with the car. My son was treated like a million bucks. He drove off smiling.
Will Payne, the finance manager, was straight forward and efficient. Got everything done and worked with my credit union to make sure the loan got through.
I will definitely be back when I'm in the market in the future. I will also tell all my friends to make the drive down to them.
I have been devoted to Auto Nation for Years, and the follow up process is just horrible. It took them 3 days to replace two tires on my car and I only got my car on the third day because I called several times. My service advisor didn t show up to work and no one took over my account until I kept calling and going off. This place lacks initiative and the customer service when moving efficiently is poor.
I visited AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road when looking for a new car, and did not have the best experience. The person that set up an open appointment, did not show up. Another associate tried to help me but it did not work out because he did not want to show me the cars that I had found online. He also seemed to not listen to what I said I was looking for budget wise and style. For example, I stated that I wanted Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima and he showed me one of each , but then tried to convince me to choose a Kia after I expressed that I did not like the two options. I was looking for a dark colored car with dark interior, because I have a toddler, and she showed me a white Camry with beige seats. Then he showed me a black Camry that was recently shampooed, so the seats were too wet to test drive. Except, I found out about the wet seats after I had sat down to drive the car. Overall, I may have just had a bad experience. The manager did try to rectify it, and so did the lady who made the initial appointment, but by then I did not care anymore, and had found another dealership to shop with.
My husband and I purchased a brand new Toyota Tacoma Truck for his birthday. The customer service was AWESOME. Dwight Joiner made as process soooo easy. I was met at the door by Donovan Wilson. He was very friendly and very helpful. He helped me find the perfect car that I am enjoying. He assisted me through every step of the process and made me feel special and welcome. I would recommend anybody to go to him if they are looking for a car because he will surely do everything he can to assist them. I then was introduced to the loan supervisor Wesley Kim. He was also very helpful and did everything he could to assist me with my loan. Things turned out better than I had initially expected.

Robin was absolutely awesome!! My car was serviced for recalls, this was done in a timely manner. However upon getting my car, I found someone's trash/ envelopes, bankruptcy papers, towels ect not only all in the floorboard but in my glove compartment as well. This caused Great concern. I proceeded to look through my glove compartment to make sure I wasn't missing any paperwork. Thankfully I was not

On the lot the salesman said the car we were looking at was $9000. So I thought we are going to buy this car. We go in and he hands me the invoice for $12500. I thought he had the wrong car but nope they hacked the price up and added a bunch of junk that just gives them more profit. So, we just got up and left. Not only did they lose the sale but we will never go back there ever.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PPL! I WARN YOU, DO NOT! They are very nice and have great customer service but do VERY shady business!
I bought a used car from them (came with a mechanic) and asked multiples questions about the condition, including is there anything wrong w/ the engine or transmission; they said No, the engines perfectly fine, everythings in great shape almost 90days later I started having problems & took it back to them to find out what was wrong. I found out that they had documented proof in their system that the engine had failed a diagnostic test! They lied to me at the time of purchase and now are refusing to help or take any responsibility for the matter! After having this issue I found 2 other women who also got horrible cars & dishonest deals from them!
I m very disappointed to see a aftermarket oil filter installed on my engine. You would think since everyone is wearing Toyota uniforms and the building is labeled Toyota, you would get original equipment parts installed on your vehicle. On the receipt it does state an aftermarket part has been installed, which I never looked at because I never thought that would be the case. Well AutoNation does it differently, it s not a actual Toyota or operate like one. That s it for me, no more AutoNation now that I know that. I addressed my concern with a service tech and they agreed to use my oil and filter to get that generic oil filter off my car. I really wanted to watch everything but I didn t want them to get upset with me. I couldn t change the oil filter myself due to them over tighten the oil filter and I couldn t remove it myself. I asked them to please do not over tighten my original equipment replacement. No manager come out to make sure I was taken care of. I can work on my own car, it s just convenient to pay someone else too, but you can t even purchase service these days, at least with AutoNation. I did run into manager after 3 hours and I asked the status of my Hybrid. He was cool and speaking policy, which policy doesn t work for me, not with AutoNation.
What a fantastic buying experience! I'm not normally very complementary about car dealerships, but this was a real exception. My salesperson, Saad Bajwa, was friendly, courteous, and insanely knowledgeable about Toyotas. I was not pressured AT ALL, and they agreed to the price I was willing to pay. I'm very happy to have found AutoNation, and will definitely stop here first next time I need a car.
