Isn t that something all service employees should know about? Seriously. All this place cares about it getting another dollar out of you. They basically hold you hostage of completing a review before giving your keys back. Of course you give them a perfect review on paper before while they are watching you. If it would have been less than perfect, I would not have been able to leave. If you give them a perfect review on paper, they ask you to review on Facebook or Google. I would not have been asked to review them otherwise.
