Bought a used 2010 Mustang GT Premium from associate Mark yesterday. It was a great first buy from a dealership experience. Our paperwork did take a long time but we had a lot to take care of, all the associates were friendly and made the process as painless as possible. The main building is under construction but the temporary building was clean and comfortable.

Bought a SUV from them, they were so helpful and nice. Then BOOM within a week the car started making noise and when I went to use one of my remotes/key fob (cuz the car is push start) it didn t work. I changed the batteries still didn t work. So now I have only ONE remote/key Fob.. I had a limited warranty (250 miles) on it so I called, left voicemails & emails to get my car in to be looked at. No One EVER responded. It s been a month and guess what my warranty is expired cause it was only the 250 miles. I live 60 miles away, Couldn t bring it there cause I work M-F. Won t be going back as a repeat customer and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Have been going here for service since 2010. It's the only place I go for vehicle service in Jacksonville. I think dealership management cares about the quality of their service but you have to remember...they can't fix what they don't know about. I recently had a good conversation with the General Manager regarding what I saw as an issue and action was taken. I give them 5 stars! (Ask for service advisor Jason Perez)

They charged me for a diagnostic that provided zero results. I have Rouch aftermarket parts which they were aware of. After running the diagnostic informed me they were not able to read my diagnostic due to the Rouch product. HOWEVER THEY CHARGED ME$75.00 for a diagnostic. Then tell me to call Bozard Ford who are able to help with Rouch products.
Wow.. that is wrong. Be aware that this dealership is all about the $$$$$$$$$$$.

Had oil change on 2015 Explorer, owners manual says use 5w30, got home and looked at the invoice and it showed them using 5w20, called back left voice message with Service advisor Laura asking what weight oil they actually used and never got a call back.

Pretty horrible experience here with the service department. I brought my Mustang in because it was if someone was heavily applying the breaks while I was driving 70 mph on the hwy. This occurred multiple times within a two week span. It was 3 days before they even looked at it. I called multiple times to get a status check on it but my service advisor was out sick. No one else could help me including the service manager because my service advisor was out sick. I finally called Ford Corporate and then someone called me back within an hour and was now able to provide a status. At this time, they told me there was nothing wrong with my car and I went and picked it up 7 days after I brought it in. Never this dealer again and most likely will never purchase another ford again. Just horrible customer service.

Shameful experience at this location, I stop by to test drive a new f150 today truck, the manager at this location failed to inform me about rebates and how financine works with the rebates. The manager gave me a purchase price sheet , I was ok with the price and ready to purchase the vehicle but the interest rate was 3.99% so I decided to give a call to my bank to see what interest they will give me,to my surprise they gave me 2.99% so I collected the check From my bank to pay for the truck . The moment I said to the manager that I have my own finance, things got ugly the manager got very upset and unprofessional about the fact that I had my own financing in place he assumed I was going to finance with them witch was a lie, I did not commit to a financing option at that time and I said I might do it if the rates are ok for me, then he turn around and left me with my check in hand .I m a business owner and I will never turn my back on my customer and leave becuse The costumer did not make me a profit that I was counting on, I can understand that the dealer need to meet a number criteria to make it profitable to do business, I was not informed correctly how the rebates work with the dealer financing I was just given a purchase number to buy the vehicle and that was it, I have call another dealer in Orlando to request information on the same vehicle about $1000 dollars cheaper and the person how talk to me on the phone explain it correctly the way that the rebates work, they apply all the rebates to the advertised price and then see if you qualify for it base on financing option an so on, they took the time to explain that if you have your own financing you will lose about $1500 dollars of rebates, my problem is that if you as a professional manager see the situation just take few minutes to explain it to me and I m pretty sure I would understand and proceed with the in house financing and then refinance later with my bank, because of this person reaction the company have lost a costumer an a sale.

I have had my 2014 Ford Taurus Limited in to Autonation Ford on Phillips Highway multiple times to have the Sync system fixed. Today was my last encounter with Autonation for anything. I had asked them to fix the Sync system and do a regular oil change service. I picked up my car after they called to tell me it was ready, and the Sync system was just as bad as when I dropped it off. On top of that, I mentioned to the service advisor (Joe Gercken) that it would have been nice if someone could have checked the car to make sure it was fixed, prior to calling me and telling me that it was. His response, "They told me it was fixed". Really??? To top it off, I still have the previous service company's sticker in my windshield for my previous oil change, so no idea at this point if they actually changed the oil as well. As soon as my car cools off, I will check that as well. Very disappointing, and very much in line with the feedback that I have heard about the dealership. As a customer, I should feel like a customer when dealing with service companies of any kind. I would suggest some training, as I don't believe anyone gets up in the morning and wants to do a bad job at work that day. Set simple goals for service, and build on it.

Staff was great and knowledgeable. Very friendly even though the car was purchased at another dealer, I didn't feel like they cared or held it against me. I have an 09 focus that I've taken to random dealers throughout the year wherever I may be, and they all start off friendly, but the moment they ask if you bought the car from them, and you say no, customer service is no more. They become rude, and you can't help but feel like their trying to get you out. I've even had one CS rep ask me why do I keep bringing my car back to them. AutoNation is much different. I felt welcome even though I didn't buy my car from them. Ironically enough, I did buy my 09 focus from them back in 08. They were called Mike Shad in those days. But they took care of my factory recalls with no issues. Next time I need service, I know where I'm going.

I purchased a vehicle last Thurs from AutoNation. I didn't know what to expect going into this dealership, but I was greeted by Kecia Brown who was very down-to-earth and had a great personality. I talked to her about my situation, and the nasty ordeal I experienced with a previous dealership. She answered all of my questions, and she kept me informed about everything that was going on with my purchase. Needless to say, I drove home with my car the same day I came in and talked to Kecia. The Finance department also made the process hassle free and didn't have me there all day. If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle, please stop by AutoNation Ford and see Kecia Brown!! She has an excellent customer rapport and did an awesome job!

I arrived yesterday for my 8:00 am appointment to have four new tires installed on my Explorer. The service desk confirmed my information and I went to the waiting room while the install was to be performed. Around 9:15 the service person arrived to tell me that the tires I had ordered were not available. They said that they could get them, but it would take at least a hour to get them. I expressed my displeasure in having sat there for more than an hour before they came to tell me that the tire were not there.
They asked how I had placed the order, indicating that I must have not done something right. I told them I followed the process on your web-site and after receiving a quote, I called the number on the quote as instructed. The call switched me to the Parts/Service dept where they indicated that the tires were not on site but they could get them by the next day. I said no problem, since I was looking to have them installed in 7 days. They switched me back to the schedule dept and we setup the 8am time on 8/19. I followed all of the process as per your site and spoke with two people to confirm. After scheduling, I received two confirmation e-mails from you with the date/time and the information on the tires I requested. The second e-mail was the day prior to the appointment.
Needless to say I was very disgusted with the process, I asked the service rep if there was someone from Management that I could speak to and they said NO!.
I went to get in my car and go home when I was approached by a service manager who asked what could be done to fix the issue. He offered some upgraded tires at the same quoted price and that they would be installed immediately. I said great and the tires were installed.
In the end the results were good, but the process of getting there was not.
I have purchased at least six vehicles from this location and have been happy with the service. Hopefully this incident was not the start of a new trend.

I have tried twice to look at the Ford trucks and SUVs.
Both times I have walked around the lot, and even sat in several unlocked vehicles. Both times in over 30 minutes I never saw a salesperson. If this is indicative of the service I would get if I bought a vehicle there that alone is reason to go elsewhere. I hear there are good deals in St Augustine. Guess they don't need my money.

I have nothing but words of praise for the good folks over at AutoNation Ford Jacksonville! I recently visited the dealership because they were the only ones in Jacksonville who had the black out Pony package color combination that I was looking for in my next Mustang.
I ve been buying cars since I was in my early 20s so I m not easily persuaded to purchase a vehicle by a salesperson, by any means. If I encountered ANY poor customer service, rudeness, neglect by the staff, or anything where I didn t feel appreciated as a customer, my intentions were to simply test drive the vehicle and take my business elsewhere. By the time I visited AutoNation Ford Jacksonville, I had already consulted with many of the other Ford dealerships in the Jacksonville area (Bozard, Duval, Coggin, Mike Shad, etc.) and none of the personnel at these places seemed as though they weren t even trying to earn my business! I even spoke with Mulligan s Ford down in Orlando and the salesperson I spoke with there just passed me off to their website and seriously did nothing else to earn my business.
My last ditch effort at even entertaining the thought of purchasing a new Mustang was to RSVP with AutoNation Ford to test drive one of their Mustangs with the exact color combination and technical specs that I wanted in my Mustang. Within a few minutes of expressing an interested online, a manager from the dealership called me on my phone to arrange a test drive. At the dealership, Noel Garza was assigned as my salesperson and I couldn t be more satisfied! Noel is not the pushy type and did not exhibit the pushy car salesman stereotype that I ve come to expect from my past experiences! He was very easy going and answered my questions to the best of his ability and treated me with the respect of an adult who can make his own informed decisions with him there to assist when needed! Respect like this towards their customers goes a long way with me and, long story short, I ended up walking out of that dealership with a new 2020 Mustang!
The dealership manager even walked out to personally thank me for my business and expressed their continued support even after purchase should I ever need ANY assistance with my new vehicle! The finance guy was great as I had my own financing walking into the office and he never pressured me into any sort of up-selling situation. I wish I were better with remembering names, but I only recall Noel s name so my apologies for that.
My wife had recently purchased her Mustang from another dealership and commented on our way out that she wishes she had made her purchase at AutoNation Ford instead after our experience there!
Kudos to AutoNation Ford Jacksonville for setting a high standard in how to treat and deal with their customers! If anyone out there is looking for a vehicle, I strongly suggest you visit AutoNation Ford FIRST and then compare the service you get with that of other dealerships!

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We came off the freeway with a flat tire. It was replaced with the spare. We came straight to the Ford dealership. Thankfully they were still open. Monday through Friday they are opened 7:00 a.m till 7:00 p.m. They had a spare. It was nice to hear they felt bad for our experience on the road. Knew we wanted to get back on the road as soon as possible. Fortunately they had a new tire and were able to change it. We waited in a really nice lounge and watched t.v. on a large screen. My husband fixed a free coffee. I made a call to family. In no time they were done. We asked about the local restaurants. They gave some recommendations. Very friendly will be back.

Ordered a part for my 2010 Ford Fusion because it was not in stock and paid for the part prior to it being installed. I was never contacted when the part was there. After numerous attempts on my part via calls and messages I spoke with someone in the service department who infromed me they had two of these parts in stock already. Unfortunately the calls, messages, and misinformation occur pretty much everytime my vehicle is serviced here.

At last, I was contacted by a manager after I left more messages and sent an email. I was merely given an apology. Even after an abysmal two month wait, there was no offer for any type of discount or courtesy car while my car was in the shop having the part installed. The only appeasement I was given was an opportunity to schedule an appointment at my soonest convenience which In my opinion should be the standard in any situation. Overall I have been disappointed with the endess phone transfers and dropped calls/balls when dealing with #AutoNation #Ford on Philips Hwy in #Jacksonville #Florida.

My, my, what can I say... well the only thing I can say is WOW!!! I live in Georgia and found the vehicle I wanted on Autotrader and drove to Jacksonville Florida to the dealership. My entire family was warmly welcomed when we arrived to the dealership. When I was given the opportunity to look at the vehicle of my choice, my salesman, Patrick Polimeni, carefully walked through the vehicle with me, helped me touch every inch of the vehicle, even taught me a few things on what to look for when shopping for a vehicle. He was very up front and honest. I was very unsure of the area on our test drive and he kept me calm and showed me around and gave me opportunities to really use the vehicle and know what I would be purchasing should I decide to purchase. Needless to say, I purchased my vehicle and am very pleased. Every person that worked on our sale was warm and friendly. They even gave my girls who are 1 and 2 a sucker and tolerated the toddler lack of patience, especially at the end, to that I must give a huge thank you and recognition to John Smith who worked diligently to get me taken care of to ensure I would not have to return for any paperwork reasons. This experience was phenomenal and I will keep this in mind for future purchases!! Thanks to these guys for their help and making this purchase as painless as possible!!

I went to Autonation Ford on Phillips Hwy to look at new cars and was lucky to meet Dalton Reddick. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I never once felt any pressure and it was very clear that his goal was to help me find the car I wanted. I met the manager Kevin and we took my 2010 Flex for a test drive. The trade-in price was very reasonable so I moved forward with buying a 2018 Explorer.

I then met with human dynamo, Cheryl Fleeman in Customer Financial Services. The loan process went very smoothly and Cheryl's extensive fund of knowledge from 20 years doing this was quite impressive.

I went back to Dalton, who showed me a lot of very useful information about the sophisticated technology these cars possess.

I could not have been happier with the way this purchase went. I highly recommend this dealership and Dalton, Kevin and Cheryl specifically. I've had the car for 8 days now and it's amazing and looks sharp too. I feel very safe with the vehicle.

Excellent customer service! I got a used 2007 mustang from here. The car is beautiful, is in amazing condition, and had low miles. But strangly, after driving it home I noticed that the car was missing the windshield wiper nozzles, (that the soap comes out of.) and it wouldn't work at all. I called John King, (who sold me the car) and he said the would fix it for me. I dropped the car off, and he had it fixed for no charge. The windshield soap now works great! I'm extremely happy. John King was very polite and nice! Thanks John!

Then he smiled and said I may have a vehicle in back that might be perfect for you. Walked out to back lot and there it sat. 2021 F-250 6.7 Power Stoke Turbo in King Ranch trim with Tremor package. Perfect just like this dealership. Thanks again for making my dream truck a reality.

Experience at first was like a typical dealership, where you wait around for a while, and they come back with some issue (banks closed due to time of day). But my sales guy, Noel, was excellent and went above and beyond to correct the challenges. I'd recommend AutoNation for selling your vehicle. Can't directly recommend purchasing due to no experience on that regards.

Services! I took my truck in to get the oil changed and a 10 point inspection. They did an amazing job and it was fairly quick. When James Davis brought my truck to me, he noticed it was leaking oil and immediately took it back into the shop to get it fixed. Come to find out, it was a small spill that collected in my reservoir that was leaking. They cleaned it all up and rechecked everything to make sure if was ok. I'll definitely be going back!

Can you believe it the service department lost my keys. No call back or follow up. They even checked the garbage... How reassuring is that! Bigger issues... This is a brand new car,
2017 and the rear wheel well is rusted! Car creeks and grinds. On turns same fringing,
crunching sounds. Also vibrates a lot at park and low speed understand 15mph. My kids get car sick in this Ford Escape 2017. Been a fan of Fords and buying American... This is sooo disappointing !

Excellent experience, fast and courteous service. I explained my issue and that it was an ongoing problem that several service companies had not been able to fix and that I wanted my problem explained to me in detail. The technician Scott called me and explained thoroughly what he thought was the issue. I have experience with DIY auto repair and he recommended trying something simple based on the error code and my level of skill. He did not charge me for the diagnostic and I was able to fix the problem myself at home.
Very refreshing to have knowledgeable, fair and honest people work on your vehicle.

I have been to several other dealers trying to purchase a Volkswagen Tiguan. I was so disappointed with every other dealership and it was a refreshing surprise when Tom Papadopoulos and his manager sat together with me throughout the entire process. I did NOT have to wait while Tom went to "discuss the sale with his boss," leaving me stranded while they did some back room whatever! This, alone, was proof to me that they cared about me, as a person, and worked to get an arrangement that we could both live with! This gave me hope that there are some honest, caring people in at least one dealership in Jacksonville! I am recommending them to all my friends because of the way I was treated! They have had my Mustang for weeks waiting on a pa...

They have had my Mustang for weeks waiting on a part...which is fine. However, my service advisor Laura refuses to return phone calls or e-mails. I don't think calling once a week for an update is unreasonable but she won't even return my phone call! 2 days later after no return call I e-mail her...no response to that either. 2 days after that another phone call and I AGAIN left a voicemail. She finally sends me a cursory e-mail with no details other than "we are working on it". I can't even talk to her to discuss other possible options I have. Not only is this horrendous customer service but where is the decency in ignoring someone like that? I will have to physically present myself at their service center to get any kind of answer. Never again...stay away!!!
