Ordered a part for my 2010 Ford Fusion because it ...

Ordered a part for my 2010 Ford Fusion because it was not in stock and paid for the part prior to it being installed. I was never contacted when the part was there. After numerous attempts on my part via calls and messages I spoke with someone in the service department who infromed me they had two of these parts in stock already. Unfortunately the calls, messages, and misinformation occur pretty much everytime my vehicle is serviced here.

At last, I was contacted by a manager after I left more messages and sent an email. I was merely given an apology. Even after an abysmal two month wait, there was no offer for any type of discount or courtesy car while my car was in the shop having the part installed. The only appeasement I was given was an opportunity to schedule an appointment at my soonest convenience which In my opinion should be the standard in any situation. Overall I have been disappointed with the endess phone transfers and dropped calls/balls when dealing with #AutoNation #Ford on Philips Hwy in #Jacksonville #Florida.
