Purchased 5 vehicles very happily. I decided to purchase the maintenance & service in advance. Huge Mistake!!! After my car was totaled in December, still waiting on my reimbursement. Such a scam!! Super fast taking my money but now waiting months for my $1600. Ford has failed me.
