I purchased a vehicle last Thurs from AutoNation. I didn't know what to expect going into this dealership, but I was greeted by Kecia Brown who was very down-to-earth and had a great personality. I talked to her about my situation, and the nasty ordeal I experienced with a previous dealership. She answered all of my questions, and she kept me informed about everything that was going on with my purchase. Needless to say, I drove home with my car the same day I came in and talked to Kecia. The Finance department also made the process hassle free and didn't have me there all day. If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle, please stop by AutoNation Ford and see Kecia Brown!!
