Had a great experience purchasing my car from Olivia Jackson. I felt like she really cared about whether I was happy with the purchase experience -- she did her best to facilitate things when they were not moving so quickly. It was a longer experience than I had hoped; however, we negotiated a great price on my new Jeep Cherokee. She ranks in the ultimate level for post purchase customer satisfaction, answering all of my "little" questions promptly.

I enjoyed my first experience of purchasing a car from a female saleswoman -- it wasn't like buying a car from a male salesperson, with the high pressure and lack of personal interaction. Thank you, Olivia!

I have a good experience with a salesman and service tech, but the quality of the follow through at this dealership is absolutely awful. At times it feels like they are experts at wasting customers time, but this is a high volume dealer and the team has to operate within the rules of the corporation.

I would recommend these guys to anyone in katy, as long as you are willing to push to get the service you expect.

Very busy service department that is not very respectful of customers time. Despite having booked in at a specific time for warranty and recall related work, our designated service rep. was not immediately available to check the vehicle in. Next day confirmed the vehicle would be ready for pick up at a specific time but then waited 30 minutes for the paperwork to be completed (again our service rep. was not immediately available to expedite).

Thinking about going a dealership and deal with all the process of the new purchase made me feel very anxious, nevertheless once I arrive at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Katy I was fortunate to find Geraldine Alomepe. Her professionalism and patience made all my experience easier that I ever thought. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and also to answer all of my questions.

Had a great buying experience. I saw the car I wanted online and was able to get it for the price I wanted. Our salesperson was Jose Mariano, who was very knowable and pleasant. He made sure to show and explain all the attributes of the car before and after the purchase. Victor Valladares the manager came out and made sure we got everything we wanted and was happy about the purchase. It was a very relax experience and no hard selling. Going through the financing with Jorge Longoria was also pleasant. He explained all the options available. We declined and he didn't push. Again, no hard selling. Our total purchase time was about 2.5 hours, I would buy from them again.

I am disappointed about the quality of customer service. I broight my truck in for a regular oil change, as I waited patiently the personal were worried more about getting out in time than taking care of the customer. The young lady behind me was turned away because they could not service her car before 4pm even after they had scheduled her appointment at 3pm. Thank you for your service but moving forward I will be taking my truck elsewhere.

Bought 2 2020 Jeep Compass's within 3 months. Too...

Bought 2 2020 Jeep Compass's within 3 months. Took to service department for first Oil change at 9K miles. 3 days after, driving down highway the car shuts off while driving. Dashboard has errors lights, got warning e-mail from Uconnect system. I even had photos. Took over 2 hours for Chrysler to tow to dealership. Service department had it for over a week and said nothing was wrong with it. 100% confident they didn't put enough oil in and will not admit their mistake. AutoNation Jeep Katy has lost my trust and my service. Will NEVER use there service department again. BEWARE.

Went in for a recalled air bag. Work was done quickly and there were no problems. Only problem was with he service department phone not being picked up. I was told that the phone system was being upgraded and they were not receiving phone calls.

BEWARE OF AUTONATION DODGE ON KATY FREEWAY!!! They had my 2015 Dodge Challenger for over a month claiming they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it then Friday before hurricane Harvey hit they called and claimed it was done! I had already packed up my home and was at my parents home helping them and couldn't just leave. Now after everything my parents neighborhood is closed off because parts of it had extremely high water and police thought it be safer than having random civilians drive through!! Well when I got up this morning to help my parents as we are still helping them and neighbors with their situation I get a call from the rudest young woman demanding getting their Loaner car back (mind you it's a jeep so it's higher than my car) and I explained the situation at hand she flat out said "I don't care about the situation I care about the vehicle and getting it back" I then said I had already spoken to Chase, the real assistant manager and he said a few more days wouldn't hurt considering the length of time they've had my challenger already. She proceeds to tell me that she can have the shuttle driver drive my Challenger in the water to exchange for their loaner car. Obviously I said no as that could cause damages to my vehicle! She got upset! She had the nerve to get an attitude with me seeing that I was in the situation I was in and obviously didn't care about anything else! I then asked her if there was a reason for her wanting their loaner back so urgently that I would like my vehicle tested and looked through to ensure there was no damage because she made me feel uneasy and she refused to answer me! She said there were no damages to any of the vehicles on their sales lot.... but that doesn't include my car in the back with other serviced vehicles!
This is the lack of compassion we can not tolerate as a community and city. Hurricane Harvey wasn't and is no joke. Many of us and our neighbors, friends and family members have been hit hard and for someone to say they don't care is just plain heartless! Please beware and be aware of this dealership and the "management" they have working for them! I know I will personally never buy a car from anyone who says they don't care about my situation when it's regarding A HURRICANE

My experience at AutoNation Katy was a safe, secure and easy car buying experience; especially during COVID-19. All employees wore mask, and enforced social distancing very well amongst their employees and potential car buyers. Their attire was clean and coordinated, unlike the other dealerships I visited while car shopping.

There are only a few people one will remember in life, and one of them is a car salesman. I had the pleasure of working with 2; Beau and Marvin who fitted me in a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sport (JL). I must say, I didn t even have to test drive the 2 door, Beau had me sold at hello! The first Jeep he pulled up was just right. Marvin, set me up with the best buying options with numbers and made me feel very secure and confident with my purchase. He's the salesman you'll remember! Lastly Victor in finance really made my car buying experience a breeze, we went over numbers appropriately and in a timely manner. He shared his Jeep experience with me and we further discussed the vehicle options and add ons that signed the deal for me.

5 stars for me!
Thanks for working through COVID while still placing many in their dream car.

After buying a lemon from Nissan 12 hours prior, not only did Allen Samuels Dodge help me return the vehicle to Nissan BUT Chase hooked me up with a 2012 Kia Soul with only 3K miles!

I was in and out quickly, the staff was very nice and I'm VERY happy with my new car!

I'll go back to Chase at Allen Samuels Dodge for all our vehicles from now on. 10 stars!

Service here is suck. Every time we come here we have to wait forever just to get an oil change or for some a little problem. They took 4 hrs. to get the blanket out of the trunk lock cus it got stuck in there and they charge me for it even though I brought a brandnew car from here. I don t know if every Auto Nation service are like this but I wouldn t recommend this place to anybody for sure!!

Im a old guy and dont know anything about smartphones... he hooked up the phone to the new Journey. In 60 plus years old and it was one of the best car buying experiences ive had.

He allowed me to take my time and talk over my decisions with family I had brought with me. He didn't attempt to rush me or talk me in to something I wasn't interested in. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

This review is for the service department. I bought a Jeep while living in another state and was wanting to get the oil changed. I called and made an appointment for 9am. I showed up 10 minutes early and there was a line of vehicles in the service area. After waiting for 5-10 minutes, a gentleman came out clip board in hand and asked how he could help.

I explained I had an appointment for 9am for an oil change and he confirmed my name was on the list. Concerned about the multitude of cars ahead of me, I asked for his estimate of the wait time. His answer...4-6 hours.

I told him No thank you and asked what was the point of making an appointment if I was going to have to wait that long. He said if I hadn t made one, they would have turned me away.

My takeaway is clearly do not use the dealership for routine service. I gave two stars instead of one as the gentleman was polite and gave me an honest answer.

My favorite salesman, in my whole consumer life is Rodney. He made buying a car so easy for me and helped me out in every aspect. I'm very satisfied with how easy it is to get into contact with him and how cool he is. I like present people, and he is always there when I need him for my car's needs.

Don't you ever go this place!!! It is the worst dealer that I have ever been to. All they care avout is to fool you and push you whatever they have! Be very careful with the type of deals you get and read all the small lines. They were not trustable, I got a brand new car that right away was showing light for service. They don't check the cars before deliver it to you and be prepared to be there at least 6 hours just to purchase a car!! You want a good service? Never set your feet in this place!

Chad deserves 5 stars but financing deserves 2 the whole process was over done and they try to take advantage of certain situations. I would have provided my own financing except it was presidents day I will say I will be refinancing asap. Next time i will provide my own financing but I highly recommend Chad Embry

Scammers. Called 5 dealerships in the Houston area to flash radio (430N) to recognize rearview camera. Quoted $99 and he sounded like he knew what I was talking about. The best price for a five minute process. Three weeks later when I was able to get an appointment they quoted $170 and the service rep was confused on what was required (offered to show him the instructions on line on the proper VIN code to select/update - Sales code XAC ) Spoke to the service manager and while he ultimately provided a discount ($130), the bait and switch speaks to the integrity of the operation and an example of why dealer service centers have such a bad reputation.

I didn't make the appointment I originally had for a recall on my car so I brought it in without one. Henry took it and promised it would be ready the next morning. By noon, I had already gotten a call saying my car was ready. When I went to pick up my car, there were people and cars all around the service department. They were obviously extremely busy, which Henry confirmed by saying the porter was behind. So Henry went and got my car himself and brought it to me so I didn't have to wait with my 3 kids. Overall great service from the service department!

I showed up for my 7:30 appointment and was actually a week ahead of schedule. They took my car in and upon check in realized that there was a second recall. They checked to see if the part was in and since they had it they took care of both items and changed my oil. 4 hours later when I returned my car was ready and I was pleased.

As much as I hate having to go through the process...

As much as I hate having to go through the process of buying a new vehicle I'm VERY IMPRESSED about the great customer service and all the help I got from Hector tha sales man, up to Amanda the lady who assist me through out the whole finance process. I'm happy enough to say I will recommend this dealer ship to all of my friends, and family members who are also in the same boat as I was. The flood that happened not to long ago was what force me to look into a new car.
This was my first visit and I know from now on I won't be just one.

My car literally died at the dealership! How convenient... but not! Buying a new car was not on my agenda. However Yolonda made this transaction an easy one. If you are looking for a salesperson with a conscience then she is your person. I explained to her my financial situation and how much I could pay she worked with me to find something I liked and could afford. I thanked her and in a nutshell she explained it's important to understand what people are going through. Ask for Yolonda you won't be disappointed.

I ve been bring my truck here to get serviced since I purchased it back in 2017. The staff is nice and friendly but the wait time is horrible! 2.5 - 3 hr wait every oil change, even with an appointment! This last time had to be the worst. Made an appointment on Thursday to drop my truck off Monday morning at 7am (oil change and 3 software updates). At 5:45pm I received a call saying a tech couldn t get to my truck today, that it would be ready first thing in the morning! After arguing I needed my truck the next day for work they miraculously where able to take care of it! Only took 12 hrs!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Went in for a TIPM issue $1300 repair on my Chrysler that is recalled on other vehicles. It took over 10 days of my vehicle sitting there, with lies stacked upon lies from the manager Jackie, to hear back that nothing would be covered. It wasn't the fact that they didn't cover it, we knew they may not, it was the lying to my face by Jackie about contacting the district manager. What an awful experience. And if it really does take 10 days to get in contact with the district manager, then something has got to change. No sense of urgency around here. And for the update of now that we sent our TIPM to be inspected and fixed by an electrical engineer, it is the exact recalled issue that this dealership refused not to cover. Chrysler recalls asked them to approve it, but they refused.

Service Department LOVES to waste your time. I have a recall that needs to be repaired. I call to make an appointment and am asked for the last 8 digits of my VIN-as if I have this memorized. It cannot be looked up by our name-that would make too much sense. Then I want to verify that the parts are available-as recalled parts are sometimes slow to be replenished. I am informed that when I arrive for my appointment I will be told if the part is available. Oh....right....cause I have all the time in the world to be without a vehicle. HORRIBLE-no consideration.

Apparently we did not learn our lesson the first time. We tried the service department again. And again they are a huge disappointment. Took truck in to get a boot dust cover replaced on a 2017 ram. They replaced it and over charged $140 something dollars for a misdiagnosis. They said they will send us a refund check in the mail?? Weird but okay. This part is a 1 hour replacement. They kept the truck for 3 days. The service advisor never called us. We had to call them to check on the status. We had not received the money owed to us in the mail so we called and asked if they could go ahead and replace the other side and apply the money owed to us to the work. They said yes and we brought the truck in to have the exact same work done to the other side. Again, they don t call you. So we called them to check on the status and they said it was done. We go to pick it up and the part was not replaced. Looking at the service ticket it said they tightened a bolt and should replace the part we Took it there for in the first place. There was no loose bolt. It was something they pulled out of their butt. We asked about the part they were supposed to replace and made a note to replace. They said they had to order the part and it will be there the following week. ALSO...During The stay our truck got its first big door ding . We text the advisor a picture and text saying when we bring it back this needed to be fixed as well. A week went by and no response. So we called to follow up. They said the part will be there end of next week. Next week comes and no response. So we take the truck up there. Apparently our advisor is no longer there. They refused to replace the part and the door ding. After much back and forth trying our best to get this settled The only thing they did was refund the money owed to us that we over paid on the first trip. They did not seem to care and kept making excuses that were not true and unacceptable. Stating they cannot replace the part. Makes no sense when they did it to the other side? We are well aware of how all of this works and how things should be handled given my son is a tech at another car dealership. Not to mention they did other work on the truck without calling to discuss or get permission first. You are not supposed to do that.
Just to add what went wrong on our last trip to this dealership. They kept our last ram for over 1 month to repair a ram box. During that process they made it much worse and caused other damage while doing so. Then tried to pass it back to us worse than how we left it. BEWARE BEFORE GOING HERE.

My wife took her Jeep renegade to this dealer for a simple oil change .. she was told by the service rep she was first in line but yet it took them about 4 hours to get the oil changed. The recommended oil is 0w20 and it indicated on the motor oil cap and that was the oil always used. But found out after receiving the vehicle that they used 5w20.... instead of the manufacturer s recommended 0w20 with notifying my wife prior to making this change.....We all know both oils are similar but not exactly the same the 0w20 is a better synthetic....

In summary it took 4 hours and the wrong oil..... poor service at high price ...!!! Don t recommend

I want to thank Beau Graeter for an awesome and flawless new car purchase experience. I have purchased many cars before, but this has been by far the best treatment and most courteous sales person I have ever dealt with. Since the moment I walked in the dealership, Beau was enthusiastic to help and listened to what I was searching for. He immediately got the vehicles ready for me to compare and to test drive. He was very knowledgeable on the features and was able to answer everything I needed to know. Beau was a key piece in the negotiation process and he fought to get me the best possible deal with the sales manager. Beau takes customer service seriously as he even followed up with me after the fact just to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and to see if I needed any assistance on any of the features my vehicle has. I would highly recommend working with him and would do so in my next future purchases. Thank you sir!

Keep an eye on their service staff. I asked a lot of questions about my oil change before they started. The price went from $160, to $180, to I m not sure let me check. Then finally to $230. This was not on the paperwork that they wanted me to sign. Yikes! I got my keys and got outta there as fast as I could.

Went in for a check engine light to be diagnosed... paid $169.00 for it and they never told me what the problem was. Claimed they could not tell me anything until they fixed an unrelated issue (a fluid leak) for a whopping $2500.00!
I GIVE NO STARS!!!
Had to hit one to post.
This is the worse of any experience I've ever had with car service.

This review is for the service department staff, name STEVEN, I gave my car twice for service, recall and other issues, both the time Steve gave excellent customer service, on the second service, the car was kept longer, but I was notified on time with the valid reason and amazingly was given the option for free rental car. Great customer service, will recommend everyone to look for Steve in service. Great service experience overall..A++++

I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited from a different dealership, and when I bought the vehicle I only received one key. I decided to go to Auto Nation to get the second key made and programmed. I was expecting with it being such a big dealership I would be pushed along and have minimal service or consideration. I couldn't have been more wrong! I went in and ordered my key and got it in the next day! I then went when I was off from school (I'm a college student) and had the key programmed. Steven, my service advisor, was AWESOME! I was told I did not need an appointment, but when I walked in Steven knew exactly who I was and what I was needing to get done! He then was more than helpful with giving me all the information about my vehicle and showing me where certain features and things were. He then showed me (and my dog) the more than nice waiting area. The waiting area had private cubicles and I was able to knock out some much needed homework time. My car was ready faster than expected and I paid and my car was pulled up and waiting for me. Everyone from the parts department, to Steven, to the reciptionost were friendly and ready to help! Couldn't say more nice things about my experience! All my service will be done at Auto Nation from here on out and I will be asking for Steven every time! I highly recommended this dealership as well as a Jeep( they're the best:))!

Check engine light on repeatedly only during cold ...

Check engine light on repeatedly only during cold months of the year. Took my van in 3 times with the same problem and each time I was told I didn't know how to put a gas cap on (apparently only when it's cold outside).

The last straw fro me was as I was picking the van up the last time, when I ask the clerk if they found the problem... the response? "Operator error again, some people just take longer to figure this stuff out than others"

So, when the light came back on a week later (not having filled the tank since being at Allen Samuals) I went to Northwest Dodge. Northwest took some time, over night to look at it even, but in the end they found the problem was that power steering fluid had leaked onto the NLV Pump (read emissions pump, cause of the light) and the pump was stuck. They replaced the pump and ended up replacing the entire steering rack all under warranty.

I'm just glad someone found the problem, with my children riding in the van daily... well, lets just say I won't be trusting Allen Samuals service with their safety again.
