great experience! Breanna Galvan in sales and manager Victor and finance team worked hard to get the price I needed and terms I wanted. They gave me the most for my trade and went the extra mile to make me happy.

I will definitely go back in future and refer anyone to them!

This is the first dealer that actually gave us a higher price than was on the ticket. No negotiation what so ever; this is exemplified by one of the finance managers, who had the audacity to be stubborn and offer his hand to implicitly say thanks for wasting time at the dealer. Their charisma is unbelievable, making you believe that they will take good care of you and all that wonderful stuff. Do not buy into it. They kept turning away when asked about the interest rate we could qualify for and only repeated that they were gone take good care of us. Alas, they give us the interest rate and a non-negotiable price at the end. They did not even ask us first what we wanted the drive-out price to be. A horrible waste of three hours; really, I wonder how they have business.

Be careful when you drop your vehicle that you make a record (yourself) of any damage. They returned mine with significant damage to the bodywork only to deny it and take weeks to finally offer up a succession of photographs that they believe absolves them of any responsibility.

Called Autonation when my Jeep left me stranded and wouldn't start. Figured it was under warranty so didn't troubleshoot on my own. After two days wait longer than what they promised, I'm told it's just the battery. Now they want to charge me $280 for a battery + 120 for the tow (double market tow rates and double market for battery) since it's not covered under the extended warranty. $400 total for a faulty battery? No thanks.... picked it up and replaced the battery myself but was still stuck with the outrageous tow rate... Poor Service, double market prices. I would be afraid to take my vehicle here if I actually had a serious issue with it.

This is also the second time I walked around the entire parking lot while no one came and asked me if I needed help with anything either time. I ve been three times with my husband and someone came out immediately every time... Lesson learned.

So many things went wrong with my first experience...

So many things went wrong with my first experience here. I went to drop off my 2015 jeep renegade at 9am because the locks were malfunctioning only to be informed that roughly 8 other things needed to be checked and updated. I asked Steven if it would be done by 5pm and was assured that it would be.

1. I got a call from Steven saying that they would have to keep my car over night and offered a loaner vehicle if I were able to come in before 6pm. I was ok with that and asked if I could come in at 6:15pm since I was at work. Steven retorted, "well they'll all be gone at 6" in a very rude tone. No big deal, I'll just have to try and leave work early then find a ride to get there since they can't wait an extra 15 minutes for me. I managed to get there and the loaner process was so simple I couldn't understand why Steven couldn't do it himself. I suppose I wasn't worth waiting 15 minutes for.

2. When I got my vehicle back, I could tell someone went for a joy ride. That's absurd right? I date a teacher and she has a stack of paper in the back seat which ended up on the floor mat. I mean come on...at least have the decency to clean up after yourself if you're gonna trash a customer's car.

3. After experience that, you'd better believe that something little as not even bothering to air up my tires will be magnified. The alert was never on until I got my vehicle back. No big deal, I'll just go air up my tires since it was so hard for them to do. Well, all 4 tires are already at 35 psi so I'm thinking that the tpms sensor went out under their watch and they didn't bother to mention or do anything about it.

All in all, it was a horrible experience is advise anyone against going here...even my childhood bully deserves better than this.

Took my truck to them to do a major recall (water pump on a Diesel). I had been to three other dealerships to try to take care of this. Other dealerships acted like I was bothering them after learning that all I needed was recall work, but that was not the experience here. Dropped the truck off on Friday and picked it up Monday morning. Side note: The online scheduler gets you a spot in line, but I asked to be contacted before the appointment and wasn't, so I don't think anyone pays attention to the comments. I will be back when service is needed.

I own 2 Ram 3500's for my utility construction business and this is my dealership of choice! GREAT SERVICE!!! And, my service Tech, Sheila, is awesome. Reuben in pars is the man too. Not only is the service department great, but parts department rocks too. NO BS! We've decide to only run Rams from now on for our business, and my next truck purchase will be from here.

Run for your life. Service prices are already high at dealerships, these are insane. Shouldnt be allowed to be a dealership when you are ripping off customers like this. Non-knowing customers probably dont even know they are paying double vs other dealerships. Stay away!

For a used car a pretty good selection. You really have to find the right salesperson. You don't necessarily have to go with the one that greeted you. We got shifted around and a third salesperson ended up making our requests happen. Just be careful with your expectations regarding if you have bought a new car versus buying a used car, not the same experience you may be used to receiving.

I guess it's because I'm generally a nice guy I opted against the 1 star. When I bought my truck I purchased the 6 oil changes package that you can add on in finance. I dropped it off at 11 and was told the wait was an hour. Wasn't a problem since I had someone picking me up. What I did not know was if you are not waiting you are put towards the back of the line. After four hours of no communication I called and after a series of "just ringing" or extended holds or simply the recording "no is available to answer the call and to try again later." So here I sit now a "waiter" so I know someone is seeing to the vehicle. When I could finally talk to someone I was not upset about their lack of service or professionalism but rather the lack of communication and lack of managing expectations. This was 1 of 6 oil changes I've paid for so I will be back but with a better understanding of how the process works here.

Do not buy from here. From the moment I stepped in this dealership it has been a nightmare. It took two eight hour days just to see and buy the car. They made multiple mistakes during the purchase process and had to constantly retype forms. After completing the purchase the finance lady asked us where the car was? It took another hour for the car to show up. I also bought an after market part that I was told would take twenty minutes to install. It cost $500 and has been on back order for three months. I ended up getting a nail in my tire only to find out the wheel lock key was not included with the car. This has taken two days to sort out and a cal to corporate to get any traction. Day one was spent being told that first the car should have one, then, the car was a transfer, then it was a preowned (brand new car allegedly), then the locks weren t sold to me the car was so a key would not be included. I was told they could be cut off but since I didn t pay for them they would not be replaced. Day two I was told they could be unlocked and replaced free of charge. I drove for the second time across town only to find out who I needed to speak to was on lunch and they might just cut them off anyway. At the time of writing this none of my issues have been resolved. The manager told me he would only help if I was nice, what would you do?

If you think you will have a better experience here, you won t. While waiting for my car to get fixed 3 more customers came in with complaints and long waits. DO NOT BUY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. Disorganized snakes in the grass who will tell you anything to make a sale and offer excuse after excuse and lie after lie to get you out of their lobby with zero responsibility for their mistakes. A car wheel lock key is an essential part of a safe vehicle and should be included.

I would have to write a book to tell ya'll everyth...

I would have to write a book to tell ya'll everything these guys did to me. Went on 12/29 to buy a Grand Cherokee for my son. We walked the lot, saw about 6 cars and finally found the one and only. We took the car for a test drive and decided that was it.

Walked inside for the paper work, do numbers and they ran credit to finance the car. While waiting for the paper work to sign and drive off, salesmen Ziad Nassif came and said..."sorry, don't know what happened, but the car is no longer available".. My son and I could not believe what we had just heard. We got up and left. They didn't even bother to apologize or even tried to find another similar vehicle. We got up and left.

Next day received a call from Sales manager Keith Clutch apologizing and he was willing to honored the mistake and to please go back. He was willing to give an extra discount. Guess What..? received a quote EXACTLY the same as the night before. So my questions was...How are you willing to honor the error...? He then said he will make it up to us.

We went back 12/30 and they decided the car was then available again. They gave me numbers again and we went ahead once again with the financial part. Guess What..? Financing department said it was late and the Bank was no longer available to run credit.

Guess What.. I left once again, without the car. They played me like a little kid (I'm 50 yrs old).

Guess What. Today 01/04/17 received an email from General Manager Nick Butuc apologizing and they are willing to make it right this time.

Two things I can say about this:
1) These email go out automatically apologizing and nobody knows crap about it.

2) They should NOT be in business if they don't know how to treat customers.

Very disappointing experience. Very rare to see something of this nature, BUT it is a true fact. I have all the emails and text messages to prove it.

Good luck new Autonation Jeep Customers

Awesome customer service!! Our salesperson Aurther made our car buying process the easiest we've ever experienced. The financial team is super nice and willing to explain everything to you. Had to go to service for a small alignment and the service staff is amazing. Franklin and the rest of the team worked diligently to get our issue fixed as fast as possible. When we are in need of another vehicle, this will be our only stop. Please check them out. You will not be disappointed at all...

I got the luxury of getting Kathy Nguyen as my sales associate, she was extremely courteous respectful and understood all of my needs and wants. She got me in and out and help expedite the process. I also dealt with Phyllis Davenport who was also respectful courteous and again made the process painless and quick. I was impressed by both employees. Would rate 6 stars if possible. Very thankful for these two women they did above and beyond and excellent job.

Stay FAR AWAY from the service department. Where do I start? I made an appointment for an airbag recall. After dropping my vehicle off, I called later that afternoon to check on it and was told that It needed a part that needed to be delivered. After two days and 7 phone calls later, I finally get my car only to see that the airbag light was still on. After all this, I get the one and only phone call from the service manager telling me that since the car is not under warranty, the airbag was not repaired fully. I am highly suspect that they even recieved the part that was supposed to be ordered. I would rather pay to have my vehicle repaired than to have these people touch my car again.

Thing that bugs me is I can't give it less than 1 star.
I made an appt for 930 wed to drop off my truck. Drop it off at 9 and I'm not even on the list, but they take it anyway which was the only good thing. I have 3 recalls and I am told I need only to leave for the day to fix. 4 days later and only 2 recalls completed I picked up my truck. Will never go back to another dodge dealership for service again. I've been to 4 different dealerships trying to find customer service. The worst part is theit service department front men giving us the run around, rather than just being straight forward and honest. If you are too busy, don't take on more cars or don't speak about work details if you know nothing of the work being done. Vladimir Falcon was one of the moSt misinformed employees I've ever dealt with.

I am not typically the person that takes the time ...

I am not typically the person that takes the time to write reviews over businesses, but perhaps by writing this one I will save someone from having my same experience or at least get the attention of someone in management to hopefully address this problem (which seems to be somewhat systemic based on other reviews that I have read).

My husband and I dropped our vehicle off on May 7th and we have gone 9 days without even a diagnosis as to what the problem with our Jeep is. I wish I could say that the service department has at least tried to appear somewhat devoted to fixing our car and keeping us informed of progress, but that is not the case either. If my husband and I wanted an update on our vehicle, WE have had to call and leave messages with the service department. Also, after 9 days of waiting you would think that someone would have called by now to offer a loaner car, but this has not been the case either. Overall, we are highly frustrated with this dealership and will certainly take this experience into consideration when contemplating any future business with them.

Strike 1: I took my car to get valued for a trade-in. They offered less than 1 third the blue book value of my car. I understand the concept of mark up, but I also understand greed.

I was a little disappointed that it took two days to diagnose my Jeep with a bad battery and then put me in a rental car that was a stick shift which is not a problem. The problem was, they didn't ask me if I could drive a standard and plus the young lady that helped me with the rental car didn't know anything about the vehicle.

On top of it all I was not called with what was wrong with my Jeep. We had to call to get information.

If I could give zero stars I would. My mom purcha...

If I could give zero stars I would. My mom purchased a Jeep from this location a few months ago. The staff were so friendly, so attentive. Called her several times a day UNTIL the contract was signed and then after, nothing. She would call several times to speak to her sales rep or a manager regarding a paint job that she was told they would do on her Jeep due to a large scratch it had when she made the purchase. Days, weeks went by and nothing. Finally, after my brother got involved and threatened to take this to Channel 2 News, they called. They made her an appointment on her one day off for 9:30 am. When she checked in, they didn't tell her how long the wait would be. After 2 hours waiting, she asked the front desk how much longer it would be just to be told it wouldn't be ready until 5 pm. So they were really expecting my 72 year old mother to stay in their lobby, during a pandemic, for 8 1/2 hours? Never was she told it would be an all day job. No one gave her the option of dropping off the vehicle and picking up. When asked if the shuttle can take her home and she would find a ride to pick up the Jeep later, they said she lived too far. Yet, when she picked up her plates a week late, she asked why they weren't mailed out? The manager, Cecilio, tells her that she doesn't live that far and shouldn't have been a problem to pick them up since she lives "down the street." We reside in Richmond/Rosenberg. This has been the worst experience of all the cars we have ever purchased. I suggest you find another dealership that actually cares about you and doesn't disregard you after you sign their contract. I can't believe anyone would expect a 72 year old woman to stay seated in a lobby in the middle of COVID.

One of the best dealer experiences I have had in the last 44 years. Great selection, Great PRICES, and a helpful, knowledgeable, professional and no pressure sales staff. Anyone looking for a truck should look at Autonation Ram Katy. Can I give a zero star for their service departmen...

Can I give a zero star for their service department? Took my car in to get a new key fob programmed. Car was running great, all I needed was a new remote for the doors. In addition to programming the key, they performed a "courtesy" inspection of my fluid levels, brakes, etc...the next day my oil light is dinging on and off, on and off, while I sit at every red light in Houston. I'm over 1,000 miles away from needing an oil change. All the way in to work and my oil light is constantly dinging on and off each time I'm stopped. Call AutoNation and they said it's $100 just to look at it regardless if they caused the problem or not. They absolutely caused the problem. The car was just fine yesterday, and today they are telling me it's a serious issue and that I need to bring it in right away. That's a shady racket right there, borderline criminal.

UPDATE: Somehow, AutoNation's "courtesy" inspection of my fluids, brakes, tires, etc....includes draining my oil dry. Took it to a mechanic I trust (unfortunately he doesn't do Jeep key fobs) and the oil was empty despite the fact I should have had another 1000 miles to go. They were shocked. Never seen a vehicle that low, and were surprised the car didn't break down on the way to drop it off to them. Was AutoNation trying to destroy my perfectly good car in order to drum up new car business? My mechanic also didn't charge me to look at it.

AND, I tried calling the number the "owner" left below, and got stuck in a perpetual loop within the automated answering system. There's no option to talk to the General Manager, and dialing "0" for the operator just repeats all the options for Parts, Service, Sales. I will never deal with this dealership again. Buyer beware.

I recently took my truck into the service department. I told them my rear window was leaking from the top right hand side. the service advisor told over the prior to picking up the truck that they resealed the rear window. but they did not reseal the rear window it still leaks. Also mentioned to them that the plastic shield over my fuel lines and brakes on the bottom of the truck keeps coming off and that i zip tied it. they just cut the zip ties and said it was good. now i do not feel bad for wanting constant updates on my truck because i caught them in lying.
