The sales experience was a breeze Chad helped us while looking for the vehicle of our choice even with having our two kids with us. Chad deserves 5 stars but financing deserves 2 the whole process was over done and they try to take advantage of certain situations. I would have provided my own financing except it was presidents day I will say I will be refinancing asap. Next time i will provide my own financing but I highly recommend Chad Embry
