I was off to a rocky start with my new dodge service center, but after leaving and calling mike the manager to explain my concerns I was quickly given the level of service consumers expect in two simple steps. Giving proper information, and future plans to require the same from staff, and changing my service advisor to STEVE! He is a normal person, will get straight to the point, makes recommendations through post its, and 100% understands this is his job, not mine, without being condescending. It was basically like visiting my dad at the dealership. I even left my water bottle behind and it was saved! Steve and Mike came through in a big way at my favorite dodge service department in TEXAS!
