Avoid.

I bought a 6 oil change package when I purchased my vehicle and now wish I never had. The wait is consistently over 2+ hours even when arriving near 7am.

Last Friday was the last straw. I called earlier in the week to make an appointment for an oil change to speed things up and was told the appointment wouldn't move things faster.

Well after waiting 2.5 hours on Friday (arriving at 7:05am), I checked back in with the desk and was told my car is "next up" when they checked with the back. Then I found out they just had forgotten my car - parked literally in front of the window by the gentleman's desk.

The best the manager could offer (apparently can't refund my 2 remaining credits) was "what if we can get you car in next?" What if? I was told it was next already, and if that is all he could do... No apologies from anyone the whole time either - just blame on who else was at fault.
