Decided to do the undercoating and rustproofing through these guys instead of the extreme dealership markup. Affordable services that were done well. They had quoted most of the day for the turn around time, but got it done in only a few hours. Would recommend them again for sure.

My wife took my truck to get the windows tinted. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The entire process was very quick and painless. My wife doesn't like to do things like this while I'm at work, but said she would go again and now wants to get her car tinted as well.

Had a slight issue with the first tint done but Andrew got ahold of me promptly afterwards to get things fixed. He was super professional and wanted to make sure the car got done the way I wanted it. If anyone ever is looking for work done to their car just ask for Andrew and he will definitely make sure you are covered. Really appreciate it man!!

I won't use anyone else for my all my after market auto needs. Their service and selection is second to none, and their prices can't be beat! Don't go anywhere else!

They damaged my car and took it for a joy ride and beat it. Never go here. They never owned up to it either!

Andrew and the rest of the staff at AutoGraphix are great to work with. They did what the car dealers car manufacturer and two other so called graphic shops told me was not possible. AutoGraphix told me they could do the striping that I wanted done and they told me that they could do it for much less than the other shops. They did that and much more. They also took care of issues (at no extra charge to me), that the car dealership was supposed to take care of but did not. AutoGraphix stood by their word and delivered on what they said they would do. That is rare these days. They got me scheduled in a timely manner and kept me updated on the progress of their work. They are a preferred vendor and club sponsor for the Midwest Camaro Club and we are very happy and grateful to have them as such. I will definitely be taking more of my vehicles to AutoGraphix for other work I need done. Thanks Guys!!!

Took my wifes corolla in to fix a remote start that had never worked. I was there for no more than an hour and they fixed it free of charge.

If you wait there i recommend bringing something to keep you entertained .

I will say I'm highly impressed with Andrew and his staff. Since I started doing business with Autographix as a customer it has been grade A service.

Andrew is extremely patient and goes out of his way to make a customer feel like family. Autographix stands by their word as well. If they say it, they mean it! Keep up the good work! I will be back for sure!

I made a window tinting appointment a week in advance for 9:00 a.m. and dropped off the car a little early and was told it would take roughly 2 hours. I had made ride arrangements and returned 2 1/2 hours later to find out the car hadn't even been started on and then was told it would be done 4 hours later, needless to say I didn't have the work done!!! Poor management and planning, what a great way to run a business when there is so much competition out there.

Victor was awesome. Fixed my car in a few minutes. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

The tint on on my windows turned out great. However, I was told a different price 4 different times (when I first called for a quote, when I dropped my vehicle off, when I called to check on when it would be done and when I actually picked it up). Also my 2 month old car was returned to me dirty. The windows were not cleaned on the inside, there were greasy finger prints on my seats and all four doors had drip marks from the installation. I wasn t expecting a free car wash, but the outside of the vehicle was also covered in drip marks.

Had to take my car back twice cause the tint was peeling, got it back after the 3rd total attempt which took about an hour and 45min(for one window) and there was hair under the tint and bubbles that haven't gone away. At this point i said screw it, ill pay someone else to fix it and do it right the first time. 2 stars for at least trying....

Never received my purchase. Left multiple emails and made numerous phone calls unable to reach anyone or even receive a reply. A month and a half later I am in the process of contesting the charge with my credit card company. Company is a scam. Stay away!

So about a year ago I went in to have a remote starter put in my vehicle. I recall I was in the waiting room a fairly long time. Not the worst part. The installer came back to say that if he installed the starter, there was a chance that the steering adjustment lever could crack. I said fine, I didn t think a crack was that big of a deal. After it was installed, he came back and said, Just so you know, it did crack is that okay? When I finally got in and was about to drive it home, I noticed it wasn t cracked, he took it clean off. In my line of business, if I have a customer who brings me a diamond ring to fix and I hand it back to them cracked (or in this metaphor the diamond would be missing) the customer would be ing livid until I fix or replace. EVEN IF I tell said customer ahead of time that damage could occur, I m still responsible for returning their valuables in as good as or better condition than when they entrusted me with it.

The food is awesome, the help is courteous and the atmosphere is perfect. Kind of like the Cracker Barrel.

Victor, the tech & Andrew, the advisor took care of me!!!.....keys were lost to a unit and the keyfob needed to be programmed but I could not find the valet push-button switch, so I went online and there were nine different places to look, it was beyond my capacity, I took the RV out to Autographix and Victor got right on it, not only did he take the time to program the remote but he showed me why it wasn't working had I even found it, so now I can explain it to the customer should he have to attempt to do it himself.... VICTOR WAS SENSATIONAL!!!!... thank you!!!

Very noticeable bubbles on those tinted windows they did for my new car! I also noticed my car got scratched after I got it back from them. Have to go somewhere else to fix what they screwed up. Worst experience ever! Avoid this company at all cost!

I had a remote starter kit installed and it has been amazing. They provided me with a range of offers. They answered all my questions about each type of kit and made me feel confident in the option I selected. I had a previous vehicle that I owned and had them tint the front windows when they were located on 60th st around that area, so I have done business with them prior to this recent visit. Doing business with has always been great and I never regret bringing in my SUVs in with them. They always do excellent work and I 100% recommend bring in your vehicle in with them. They will treat your car right!

They tented my two front windows on my Cadillac Escalade in a timely manner and they look like it was factory.

Autographix is super easy to work and deal with. They're great at giving an estimated time and then following through with what they say. Unfortunately, I haven't had as much luck with other vehicle accessory shops around Omaha, so Autographix is quickly becoming my "go-to".

Windows were tinted. Fair price, showed up 5 minutes late. Only took them 10 minutes to get started. I chose to wait in the lobby. Took roughly 3.5 hours. They offered me a ride home or to work. Staff was friendly.

Scheduled two vehicles for same day for tint and a bed liner. Both turned out great and were very quick. Price was the best I could find in town. Waiting area was great. Owners take pride in this business and it showed.

I wanted to get a remote-start installed in my wife's car. I had several email conversations with someone named Andrew, who quoted me a fair price and we set up the date and time for me to drop off the vehicle. I was told the total install would take anywhere from 60-90 minutes.

When I arrived to drop off my car, there was no record of my appointment or any customer information on file. Then I was informed that the install would take 4-5 hours at least.

Since I had taken a half day off of work to have the install done and driven 70 minutes (round-trip) as well, I am predictably not thrilled and cancelled the appointment.

The shop looks nice enough, and they appear to usually do good work - but if you're dealing with Andrew, I would double check that he actually knows what he's talking about.

Did not provide accurate information. Installed remote starter that does not have phone app connection as I requested and was told would get. Extremely disappointed.

These guys are the best the tint has no bubbles or blemishes. They do a clean job and will even come and pick up your car from work and bring it back when they are done! Great work, great prices and great customer service.

Did not shop around just like dealing with professionals

I got my windows tinted and there was a obsessive amount of water all over my doors and on my floors every since my speakers stopped working and so I checked it out and it looks like the water they used or whatever they used shorted out my speakers but the tint looks good at least so 200$ in tint now turned into 300 for tint and new new speakers

I work for a local dealership in accessories and I try to sublet any work I can to Autographix. Roger is the best! His enthusiasm when I ask if he has time to do an accessory is so refreshing. I work with many different automobile accessory stores in the area and Roger is by far the easiest to work with. Many other places will take their time returning an email (if they even do) or they won't return a phone call for days. Roger makes working with Autographix easy, enjoyable, and I know whatever I trust to him will get done in a timely, accurate manner.

Edit: 4 years late, I stand by my original review. Roger is still The BEST. I will continue making a point to use AutoGraphix any chance I get. In the last few years, I've had a couple warranty issues with a small fraction of the products (typically remote starts) and you know who's more than happy to service the vehicle, honor the warranty, and keep my customers happy? AutoGraphix. I appreciate good business and they've continued to earn mine.

Less than 24 hours after getting my rims powder coated by them, they scratched three of them, instead of fixing them correctly, they had someone use fingernail polish to cover the damage, that's okay keep my 500 dollars, that's peanuts to me.

Wanted to get my Windows tinted. Called Autographix and they got me in the next day and worked with my schedule as well since I work overnights. It only took an hour and a half which is what the receptionist had told me the day before. Quality is excellent. Customer service was very nice. They are extremely friendly and professional. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their windows tinted.

Absolutely the best automotive business Ive ever dealt with. Quality was top notch, as always, but they went above and beyond. My ATS-V front drivers window had to be replaced so I had them tint the replacement. They didn't even charge me since the tint was done there originally. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough!

Autographix had the best prices I could find in town for ceramic tint! They were also able to get me in the same week I contacted them and were great to work with. Despite some complications with the tint that was on my vehicle when I brought it in they were able to get the work done same day and my car was left clean and without any issues. The time looks great and I have zero complaints.

I've worked here be careful if you get your windows tinted, there known for having razor blades in their back pockets and cutting your upholstery!

I've now had Autographix apply window tints to three of my vehicles and spray a bed liner into a pickup. They are simple to schedule and always do great work. Dozens of local car dealerships use them for aftermarket accessory application, so they're always busy and very experienced. Go with the shop the pros use!
